I’m confused at the other reviews - I just moved to the area and have been a regular at two other locations both of which had great customer service and facilities, however my experience at this one was horrible. I waited at door for someone to let me in, as I’ve been told at another location that I need to do this when I move, so that they can update my key fob to work out of staffed hours. The man who came to the door was very rude and made me feel very stupid and small for following the instructions I was given. He was very short with me, and I was very taken aback because all I wanted was to workout and ensure my fob would work out of staffed hours. I felt very embarrassed and uncomfortable afterward. Then I went to actually try to work out but the facility is extremely small and outdated. Needless to say my partner and I will be putting through a cancellation request (which I should have done on the spot, but again that man made me feel very uncomfortable).

Lovely gym and nice peeps that run the place. Its a 24/7 gym and i love that. Has all the machines and weights you need to build a better you. Though you probably need to change your diet if you really want to see changes. Also there is a lovely trainer there Eliza that is super sweet and gives the place a good vibe. Owners wife also has a yoga business opposite the gym.. I think yoga is something thats next on my list.. us over 50s got to keep fit.. Sam the gym owner is also a top guy. He's great to talk to and has a lovely energy about him. Basically..he is good people and we should always support the business of good people !

Nice small gym that can get busy at times. I was only a member for a short-time, gradually built up a home gym I requested to close my membership and very quick and easy process, no push back or sale-sy pitch of 'how can we get you to stay?' Straight up response acknowledging and closing of my membership. Top service from owner/ manager Sam 10/10 customer service

This is a great gym that I have been going to for a long time. Sam and Eliza are just fantastic. Eliza - the assistant manager - has been so helpful and kind when dealing with a particular issue, it's just amazing. I cannot recommend this gym more highly.

Well-equiped. Staff pretty friendly. Reasonable price. Parking available all streets around. Not small, not too big, but it got every thing you need from simple start to highly professional muscle-building exercises. I'll always recommend it

Great gym, amazing staff that take customer feedback seriously, clean and good instruments. Speaking of instruments that have been upgraded recently to top notch Drax instruments from Orbit Fitness.

It’s a decent size gym but needs a lil upgraded equipments and also the machines needs oiling as they are jammed which might invite an injury to someone…Thanks
