Went to Jewel Tech today and walked out with a beautiful.Custom made Starfish necklace it is absolutely amazing.I wanted something that I could wear everyday and with this necklace that’s exactly what I will do. Jewel Tech is one of the most outstanding jewelry stores I’ve been to.They have many beautiful items and are reasonably priced there is so much to choose from. The Manager Matt went above and beyond with my purchase.He was extremely helpful .He’s great. The best thing about Jewel Tech is that when you purchase from them you are supporting a family owned business so they go that extra step for you and treat you like family. My friend has a FSU watch and it was running slow and he told me that it might need a new battery. So we took it there on the way home from running errands and they put a new battery in it and it took about 10 minutes to do and the staff there are very knowledgeable about jewelry repair and it is runs like a top. They are located in the Bank of America building behind Regency Mall on the 1st floor. There was a customer in the store while we were there to have an appraisal done on a necklace and she wanted to have the setting changed an they were able to help her about that.

Had my fiancés engagement ring I needed customized and altered and was quoted $1,500+ by multiple jewelers around Jacksonville and one day I stopped into jewel tech, right as soon as you walk in you are greeted and feel very welcome, the staff is very helpful with any questions you may have, I decided to have the ring done by jewel tech for pennies on the dollar! jewel tech not only did a great job but they exceeded my expectations! I recommend this place to everyone now, they are the go to jeweler and they will forever have me as a customer.

This was my first visit to find the best jeweler in Jacksonville. They will be my one and only stop for jewelry. The price and quality of there work is outstanding. Our family has used this place many times for cleanings, repairs and have been very happy with their services. My mom who is picky with her jewelry only uses them. My husband has had two rings resized a tad bigger - one platinum and one sterling silver that had an intricate design. Both times they did an awesome job. We’ve had bracelets and necklaces resized and if you let them keep some leftover precious metal then your cost may be zero. Prices seem pretty fair for the excellent work!

I contacted and visited Jewel Tech to inspect and repair my engagement ring. Upon arrival, they were welcoming and very helpful in discussing solutions. I asked about replacing the setting and Stephanie found me an exact match to my origina! As of this wasn’t enough to be outstanding, they also completed the resetting the same day at a reasonable price. Jewel Tech has my business and my husband’s business for all our needs from now on. Beautiful and amazing work. I had a diamond ring passed down from my mother which needed repronging and a new diamond put in. I am still in awe at the beauty of this ring. It has never looked this good. I could stare at it glistening at me all day long. If any place could have exceeded expectations, this place definitely did. Stephanie is very professional and courteous. People of Jewel Tech are so refreshingly honest. Last Tuesday I brought 2 wristwatches for battery replacement. Today when I get to the store, I am surprised to be told that one of my wristwatches does NOT need new battery. So they are only charging for one battery replacement. If you’re in the market for any jewelry, go to them and no where else! Top class service, customer service and good prices… family own business so they know how to treat clients. I can not say enough great things about this place. I took my wedding ring and bands to have put together at a place that messed them up. My husband and I have been customers here for around 19 years! I stopped in today to have my diamond ring checked and cleaned. They could have gotten me for a repair but said my ring is fine. This place is awesome! I had been in a few times just for watch batteries and everyone there has been really friendly. Today, I brought in my wedding ring because it lost a diamond. They repaired it for a reasonable price at record speed! It was ready the same day! I was sure it would be a week or two. Pleasantly surprised.
