The team at Jim's Insurance are great. A Very friendly and they patiently explained the whole process to me. They got me a great result & I highly reccomend them. Hopeless and rude. Avoid at all costs and go with a real insurer. These guys are not at all professional and I would suggest going with a tier 1 or 2 insurance company. The Jim’s group are not qualified in their field and generally people buying themselves a job. If I could rate negative stars I would.
