Jason and Nichole are truly fine gems themselves! I am truly blessed to have ever run across these amazingly talented artists, they are genuinely one of a kind individually and with the both of them creating and doing what they do together… They are by far, without a doubt, the BEST in this city and I’d wager to bet the best in any city you can think of.. I feel so blessed and lucky to have found them.. They have helped me in every aspect with the jewelry I had, have given new life to pieces of mine that I thought were lost causes… Nichole and Jason..with their brilliance and special attention to the microscopic detail (literally) have made what I assumed were impossible, absolutely possible not to mention STUNNING!!! I want to start by saying that Nichole and her husband were recommended to me, by name, from a manager at one of the largest jewelry "chain stores" in the country. I had a custom engagement ring request that the chain store could not accommodate, and I was on a time crunch. Multiple different jewelry stores told me that they could not complete what I needed done. Luckily, I found Jimenez Jewelers. From the second I spoke with Nichole and her husband, I knew I was in good hands. They treated me like family throughout the entire process. Not only were they able to complete my custom engagement ring request by the time i needed it, but Nichole and her husband literally drove the finished product to me so that I would have it on time for the big day. The ring turned out absolutely incredible. My only regret is that I didn't find them sooner. I will be back with any and all future jewelry needs. When my fiancé and I were discussing getting engaged he had never been in a jewelry store and I barely wear jewelry. He wanted to make sure I got the ring of my dreams but we didn't know where to start. I remember a grade school friend of mine Jason owned a jewelry store but was down in TX and I am in MN. I reached out to him and he told me to do some research of what I wanted and he would help me put together my ring. I knew I didn't want a diamond and my favorite color is purple. The only jeweler you will ever want to use! Jason and Nicole literally saved a very special gift for me. I was devastated when a piece of jewelry I had ordered from another source for a very special occasion came but in very bad condition. I reached out on a Friday evening to Jason and Nicole. I had not worked with them before but they cared about my situation. By Saturday morning I had the beautiful gift I wanted to give. You do not find people like this these days! This couple is carrying on a family business started by Jason’s grandfather and they are carrying on a tradition of honesty, integrity, and customer service. I highly recommend this shop for any jewelry needs you have. They are honest, helpful, and give advice even if it doesn't benefit them. I went for some advice regarding jewelery that I already owned and they gave me multiple options including honest advice that didn't benefit them. It's run by a married couple which is something I always appreciate. The shop is a little tricky to find. It's on the 2nd floor of the building. So you need to enter the lobby and take the elevator up. Update: They turned an old engagement ring into a beautiful pendant necklace for only a few hundred dollars. I will definitely use them for any future jewelry needs.

Hands down the best jewelry store in SA! Visiting other jewelers in the city can’t compare to the hospitality & a true family welcoming vibe. From the moment I walked in till leaving with a huge smile on my face. My fiancé & I needed our engagement rings re sized & found Jimenez Manufacturing Jewelers & it was a true blessing because we got such an amazing deal & I was blown away by how fast they worked on the rings, same day within hours getting them back. Moment of truth we saw the excellent craftsmanship & how pristine our rings looked! Everything we wanted and then some! My fiancé & I have found a literal hidden gem in this jewelry store.

Lovely people and very professional! Brought our rings in for polishing ahead of our wedding, as well as a watch for a new battery. The rings were a bit scuffed before I took them in, but they made them look better than new! Difficult task because they were a unique metal pattern, but they did it super quickly and effectively. Replaced the watch battery, and even did a little extra to fix a misaligned gear. They gave me some care tips as well, for the rings and watch. I'd definitely do business with them again!

They custom made me the perfect engagement ring for my love, sourcing a rare gem stone that I had my heart set on, and did they deliver! I went to Jason looking for an engagement and wedding ring. I gave him older diamonds and he was able to trade them in and get me a huge discount on an even bigger diamond then I ever would’ve thought. He was kind, respectful, communicated throughout the whole process sending pictures with every step, and the craftsmanship on the rings are unbelievable. Jimenez MFG Jewelers, has provided quality jewelry service as a family owed and operated business since the 70's. Mr Jimenez was the Master Jeweler. His sons and grandchildren inherited all of their trade skills from him. Repairs, custom design, excellent communication, quick, turnaround, reasonable prices. I love their customer service and quality of work.

I went to get my chained fixed and they did it in minutes and also gave it a polish for me, Looked brand new! I looked at some of their custom work and it looked great. Definitely planning on getting my custom ring here in the near future. Also very friendly and knowledgeable it what they do, if you’re looking for custom jewelry, highly recommend them!

i went to jiminez to get a grill. he told me all of my options and helped me choose the freshest one for me. my mold had went wrong, he called me back in to do another 1 instead of just giving me something to hurry up. final product is super fresh, i can barely fee it in my mouth it fits perfect. tysm!

I took three, oddly shaped stones to Jimenez Jewelers to have them mounted and turned into necklaces. The creativity and passion that they showed to this project turned three random rocks into what will become family heirlooms! Beautiful work done in a timely manner. I highly recommend!
