Awful management… went with the car at this car wash but apparently my car it was too dirty and charged me extra £5 for it… this is a car was you get a dirty car and wash it. Some are dirty some are not as. That’s why you agreed an average price which I’m happy to pay. They left my car not even half washed and full of shampoo and kicked me out because did not want to pay. Reason: car was too dirty and might block the drainage. Just don’t bother go to them, they don’t want to wash your car… see pictures as a reference of how dirty was my car and how they left it…

They used to be very good. Gradually the quality of service dropped down dramatically. They do not care, and the manager takes feedback as a personal attack and gets offended. Wasting money! I've been there recently to check if there are good changes. Sadly not. A lot of stain marks were left on the windows, door shuts were only pretended to be wiped and when I complained the person in charge jumped at me, started to shout and being extremaly rude.

They use to be ok but at the moment worst car wash, you pay for nothing. Owner of the business probably got to much money and he doesn’t care about his customer anymore. They can’t hoover correctly! Wiping of the car from the water it is probably something very difficult. My alloys are dirty from the tire cleaner. If you don’t point with the finger you have a dirty car. Overall, waste of time, don’t go there. Disappointed!

Thorough and quick service. Very reasonably priced and all done by an extremely hardworking and professional team. They have a lot of space on their foyer and a lot of staff so they can wash several cars at a time, and unlike a lot of car washes it's not awkward to manoeuvre your car through it and you can be in and out very quickly.

Quite disappointed about their interior cleaning, very basic, they just do one pass with a cloth and even miss out on many corners and places, I ended up redoing the dashboard myself with cleaning and shine product not worth £18 unless your car is brand new and doesn't need much int cleaning.

By far the best car wash I've been to in Wembley. They take good care of the cars and overall they do a great job for the price. I have an e class Mercedes and they charged 9£ for wash and dry outside.

Smashed door into the metal cabinets as they were drying and then left one side unclean and blamed the hot sun and jus smeared the dirt away instead of washing. Won't be going again

Owner is horrible to his team and unpleasant to clients. Job is average and reflective of the management. I prefer paying a few £ more and get a much better job done elsewhere.

Good car wash run by some hard working and friendly staff. Different levels of cleaning available if you want a quick rinse and wash or a full valet and wax. Prices are decent

£14 for in and out on a car is a little pricey. Considering the purpose is a quick wash and clean. Im not sure why im paying £2 extra compared to previous times.

The old short man there is very rude and doesn’t know how to talk decently with humans I assume he is the manager or owner as he was instructing the other staff

These guys are kind but when you ask them not to do something, its like its extremely difficult for them to do their job which is absolutely ridiculous

Worst car wash ever, the owner has own guys, put two cars in the front of me, and screaming at me that i should stay in the back... unbelievable!!!!

I've been going there for the past 5 years,so no quick wash for me,I'm a moaner,lol ,so they have to do my car properly....... Hee Hee

Generally good place to get your car washed. Make sure you reach before 6:30 pm otherwise you’ll have door shut on your face.
