AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS. "We have plenty of other customers." I ordered a meal for delivery. I work right across the street. I order delivery because I only get 30 minutes for lunch and I don't want to spend the time waiting for my order to be made. I work in the office watching until my order is delivered then I take lunch. NOT TODAY! I waited an hour before I finally called to see where the order was. The person who answered the phone said that my order had been cancelled because I was not at the address. I said that can't be true because I am sitting here looking at your store and have been here the whole time. I asked to speak to a manager. After expressing my displeasure about the service the manger told me they don't need me as a customer and they have plenty of other customers, then hung up on me. Company responded to my voicemail. They sent me a link to a website where I was supposed to be able to leave details about the issue. The website doesn't work. They offered me a free cookie through the app. What a joke. This company seems to have no interest in customer service at all.

Tried just getting sandwiches. We ordered one Unwich and one regular. Got two unwiches and the one that was an Unwich was also not an Italian but was roast beef and the ingredients were not completely wrapped in lettuce. I sent someone else to take the order. I gave them my number so I could get their rewards. Matthew told them their were several different programs. There are not several different programs! Total lie! Myself receipt was correct so it was not the mistake of the person I sent. So I called and talked to Stephen. He said that they would replace the sandwich and give me a refund. He took my information then told me that the credit would be received in 1-3 days. The bill was paid in cash. I will edit this to say if they refunded my cash and/or replaced my sandwich. I am doubtful at this point because he was "processing" my refund and stated it like he was actually doing this and it was a cash sale. I guess they just say that and don't and hope you don't check your bill and then enough time does by that what happened is not clear enough anymore.

Order was made online and was sent to the wrong store so it couldn't be delivered which was no issue I just asked for it to be voided. After it posted the next day to my account I called to speak to the manager but was told he was too busy to speak and he would call me back which never happened. Called the next day and was given and email and phone number of who I apparently had to talk to and the email was invalid and phone mailbox was full. Called the next day and was told he would contact me and again didn't get a call back. Finally the NEXT day I called corporate and they are working to resolve the issue but will still take 3-10 business days for my refund. Corporate was a great help but it never should have had to get that far and certainly should not have taken almost a week to talk to someone who would actually fix the problem.

Jimmy John’s used to have everything I looked for in a lunch place. Decent food, a decent price, and a relatively quick delivery service if I couldn’t leave the office. Now it has two of those things. The food is still decent, the price is still okay, but the delivery service takes forever. Edit: gave it another shot and I’m over it. Tired of waiting an hour to get sandwiches when I could make better quality food with stuff from the grocery store and not have to deal with the delivery time issues and declining food quality. My drink was wrong, food was almost warm when sandwiches were supposed to be cold, extended wait. The manager did reach out the first time I had an issue but nothing meaningful has been done to correct the issues as far as I can tell.

It's pretty good food. But I've worked in fast, delivery, and casual food establishments in the past for about 12 years. I've developed particular tastes and standards and tend to be a harsh critic. Give them a chance and find out yourself. I tend to custom build my own sandwich verse pick their standard fare. Because of this, mine get expensive. They have a good selection of choices, use good bread, meats and cheeses. They staff properly for high customer times and the stores are clean. My negatives are simply based on my preferences, and nothing they have done wrong by my standards. Personally, I'd change the bread, flavors of ham and turkey, and offer a different brand of cappicola. But those are my choices. I still like to get a sandwich from them now and then!

5 years ago: Onions were raunchy(i couldn't even eat them- they were so sour, ) bread was hard, and the lettuce was slimy. This Jimmy Johns is slowly in decline. November 2023 I came here one night and all the doors were locked. The guy blamed his coworkers. He was working alone. Now, here again, ordering. We have been waiting in the drive through line for over 10 minutes and it hasn’t moved. I’ve lost hope of getting good food here. I came last week and got a giant club tuna and that was a mistake. I think this may be my last time coming to jimmy John’s or recommending it to my clients. It’s a shame. This used to be a great store.

I'm pretty used to the standard JJ sandwich or unwich but I had a particularly disappointing experience here. Per the directions I pealed the paper from my unwich/wrap from the top like a burrito. There were two or more wraps of paper meaning I had to tear five layers of paper off to get to my food. Once I did the paper was rolled into the wrap making it impossible to eat. I finally resigned to moving it to a bowl and making it a salad. Upon unwrapping the unwich to move it to a bowl removing the paper undid most the wrap as it was folded inside and flung tomatoes all over my pants and floor. After all the drama over a single wrap it was a pretty meh salad and I would have been better off going to the gas station two blocks away.

Something’s seriously changed here recently. Ordered 2 sandwiches today. One of those sandwiches was supposed to have 2 meats.... instead it had no meat at all? Looked at the receipt and saw it was entered correctly. But no, I just ended up with a bread loaf full of mayo and veggies. And last week, ordered delivery to my home. Bit into a sandwich and it tasted so sour I thought the meat was stale. Smelled it and realized it was doused in vinegar and again that was not what I ordered. I feel like this place isn’t really worth the gamble anymore and I kinda feel like they ought to at least get the ingredients right since they don’t have to cook anything.

I placed an online order. Order didn't go all the way through. But debt card funds got put on hold. Lowering my balance to low to try again.(we all know how "pending" transact may take days) I called just to be sure it was or wasn't being made. Hoping I would have to settle for a vending machine. It was not being made. As I thought. However ALEX , once he heard the situation. Said he would not only male the sandwich. But have it deliver. For free. I was a bit speechless. No longer worried about going hungry. Being stuck unable to go anywhere. It made my day ... Jimmy John Freaky Fast. :)

Yesterday we ordered from this place and after 1.30 hours the food never came. I called today and spoke to Stephanie Olmo and ask her if she can compensate us. She said no they were busy and only have 2 drivers. I told her we will never ordered from Jimmy John's again she said and I quote "we will get more customers. Stephanie Olmo is a big risk to have on your riverside location because word of mouth goes a long way and I work at a credit union so I will never recommend this location. I also posted it on my Facebook and inside page.

I went to this Jimmy Johns twice due to convenience: The first time my sandwich was accidentally given away to someone else... they made me a new sandwich and gave me a coupon for a free sandwich. Not bad! Today I went to redeem that coupon and was told I can’t use it on the sandwich I normally buy because it’s too expensive. They already made the sandwich so I have to pay for it. So I just bought my sandwich gave them the coupon back and left with last Jimmy Johns sandwich I’ll ever eat. There is more to running a good restaurant than making a good sandwich!

Placed an order at 3:42p using a gift card that was sent to me by Jimmy Johns Corporate due to some issues I've encountered recently with this store. Order was received at 3:42p according to the Jimmy Johns tracker. Called store at 4:13p after tracker did not move at all. Was told that they did not have a driver and therefore could not bring my order. They were also unable to refund the charge to the gift card according to the manager. This is my third or fourth issue with this Jimmy Johns and I will no longer be purchasing from this corporation.

Freaky fast they are not. I rarely think of Jimmy John's and now I remember why. Ordered ahead for a noon delivery so that I would have time to eat between meetings and not be left to a delivery window when. It went "out for delivery" about 5 minutes before noon, seemed like things would go as expected. It's now 20 after noon, it's been "out for delivery" for over 25 minutes and now I won't even be able to eat it bc I'm back in meetings. Definitely won't bother trying this place again.

Not happy with this experience! The app is frustrating. It was 4 min shy of an hour from the time they received my order to when my order arrived. I called the store, the person was very nice, but I felt like they should have offered me a free drink, sub, or something. An hour is a long time when you are hungry. Didn’t say a single word while I was ordering until the end, then he proceeded to look me right in the face for a whole 10 seconds before saying “that is the nastiest thing I’ve ever heard in my life” and it was literally a freaking basic veggie sandwich. He said that to me twice before I just walked out the shop. The most annoying response I’ve ever gotten to ordering food in my life

Horrible experience. Im a pretty patient person and I never leave reviews, but this was ridiculous. Who ever was taking my order must have been high. I talked with him for over 10 minutes and was only able to get out my name, address and half my order. I wasn’t even able to place my full order (only ordering 3 subs by the way)... ended up hanging up because he left me on hold for 5 minutes in the middle of me ordering. GET IT TOGETHER.

It's like they don't care an hour before closing. I ordered a #16 with light mayo add cheese. Not only did I get extra mayo but there was no cheese or bacon. And I literally waited 14 minutes in the drive thru window for this.Then I get a sweet tea WITH NO SWEET!!

Went through the drive thru and asked for extra mayo on my sandwich like I do every time I go to Jimmy Johns. Today I was told no I could not get extra mayo on my sandwich and when I asked why not I did not receive an explanation. Then, when I got my meal, there NO mayo on my sandwich. I was given 2 SMALL mayo packs with NO knife and my sandwich wasn’t even cut in half. Very inconvenient for someone who only gets a 30 min break.

This is one restaurant chain that it depends on where you eat? All of them have clean restrooms, but they don't have the same staff, the Park Street store sometimes they make the sandwich you order others they put what they want, it got under my skin something awful! I am not the type to return it, and make them redo it, is the reason, I think they did it? But I guess, that is why so many people don't accept a bad order?

This is the worst place to order from. My ex husband called on the phone to place our order, and was immediately put on hold for over 7 minutes. I went ahead and used the app and placed the order since the lady who answered the phone left my ex husband on hold for so long and then turn around to our sandwiched being made until 20 minutes later. This store used to be the best. I am putting a call into corporate.

I LOVE it!! Food was great, the restaurant is very clean and kept in order. The staff is very friendly and TRUSTWORTHY!! I left my purse there and never realized it for a few hours. I was FRANTIC!! I went back hours later and Ryan and Maddie were kind and honest enough to return it to me!! I was SHOCKED bcuz there aren't many ppl that honest in this world today! I loved it and will return regularly!

Not what I expected. It was fresh and fast the staff was friendly the place was clean but the sandwich had no meat on it. I thought Subway skimped on the meat but they are generous compared to Jimmy John’s. Spent $17 dollars on 2 sandwiches for the wife and I and left just as hungry as when I got there. I eat here many times a week. I love the new wheat sub roll. The manager here is so friendly and is exactly what a manager should be. The staff are almost always nice and polite and the order is always right. I wish they would cut the sandwich, but other than that they are really good and fast. It is a little on the expensive side for a sandwich though.

Ugh!!! It is 1:16 and my food I ordered at 11:26 still not delivered. I called at 12:00 and explained I had to leave for a meeting. Still NO food. So that’s another $20 down the drain. This is the 3rd time. No offer of replacement food, or refund. I also always pay a 20% tip.

My workplace catered sandwiches for us and boy was that a rip off. They were individually wrapped about 4" each. There was so little meat it was impossible to taste it in the bread. Incredibly slow, 1hr 15mins not exactly freaky fast. Used to order every few weeks from here, but were routinely messing up the order, bringing hot drinks or no drink at all … thought would try again today no more. Would have been faster to drive to grocery store buy everything and make a darn sandwich …

I called for an order at 9pm. Google and website said they were open to 10PM. I understand that there are staffing shortages and other circumstances that go into closing early. If you could update Google and the online delivery versus finding out after placing an online order, it would go a long way. Still love you all.

Drive thru is fast and efficient. The subs were delicious as always! My favorite is the Beach Club and hubby is the Italian. Don't forget a pickle!

Will never buy from again. Incompetent management never called me back to inform me that my order had been voided and was not coming, though there was ample time to deliver when I placed my order. I called back after 2 hours to be given a faulty excuse by the store manager blaming the incident on his regional manager.

Door is locked and the sign on the door says the dining room is closed. Defeats the whole purpose of placing an online order that I expect to walk in and out for. Instead I had to wait for 20 minutes in the drive thru for the orders for the cars in front of me to be made.

Jimmy Johns is always fantastic. I’ve never had a bad experience; the sandwiches are always fresh and delicious. And this particular location is on point, especially for lunch. They’ll get you in and out and get the order perfect. They’re also very friendly.

Always a pleasant experience. KNOW WHAT YOU WANT, the register clerk isn't the only person listening and if you want something special then say so and quickly. They make the sandwiches so fast I usually am presented with it before the payment is finished.

Apparently "Freaky Fast" means taking over 2 hours with no communication and not getting the order right when they do deign to deliver it.

Don't get me wrong. I love a great sandwich as much as the next person but I saw no reason to order from Jimmy John's. It seemed to me to be mostly bread and very little filling. I'm sure because they deliver is why they are still in business.

Ordered a sandwich to my office which is .2 miles from the location and it took an hour to even say "out for delivery" then another 15 minutes to receive the order, at which time I was now already ready to leave work... not freaky fast...

Pretty large Jimmy John’s located near Brooklyn area of downtown. Typical Jimmy John’s the food was good and it was fast for a fair price. I’m a big fan of Jimmy John’s. Glad I stopped by I will be back I’m sure someday. Would recommend!

I was very happy with Jimmy John's I go out of the way to get sub from there. I went last night and got the WORST sub I have ever had from anywhere. I was so disappointed I don't t think I will be going back for good long while.

This Jimmy Johns is borderline closeable. Their phone staff is so painful to deal with that I cannot imagine walking in and trying to order. Do yourself a favor and deal with the one on Hendricks. Never had a problem with them.

Visited 12/3/17 at 2:30PM Picked up to bring back home and it was made and ready before I even had time to put my wallet away, super awesome. When I finally got home it was still so crisp, perfect and fresh. Ya'll are the best.

Finally got a chance to try a Jimmy John's sub. Price was a little more than I expected for a combo. However sub was good overall. I did think the bacon on the sub was really hard.. Nevertheless I plan on going back again..

Ordered on the app at 11:52am. Arrived at 12:43pm. Not so freaky fast as advertised. Uber eats would have arrived faster which is sad.

Jimmy John's is awesome. They have some of the best subs. The only thing I can say is they need to add jalapeno peppers to their menu.

This is the best Jimmy John's I've ever been to by far . they make your sandwich before you can pay most of the time.

Most of the traffic is the drive thru. So Inside dinning is undisturbed and open. Good sandwiches and pretty quick

First time here. BBQ ranch chicken sandwich had only two pieces of meat. Mostly just lettuce and cheese
