I was extremely surprised to get a call from the store manager a less than a week after I posted the review below ⬇ He called and personally Apologized to me and offered me a free meal. He was extremely pleasant! Gives me hope in humanity! Very pleased with how they handled this situation. I would definitely recommend choosing this location. I am rating this location with one star because of the absolute rude delivery driver that just delivered my sandwich. Keep in mind, this was my first time ordering with this location. First off, I am a single mother to an 8 month old baby on the 3rd floor which is why I chose delivery. When I opened my sandwich there was an item missing that I payed 1.60 for. I called back and said I didn't want them going out or their way, but could I just get the 1.60 back on my card. That wasn't an option with their computer system which I understand. I had 2 options. 1. have them delete the entire order including the tip that I gave to the driver which was 3.00 on 12.00 Or 2. They bring me another sandwich. So I asked them in that case to bring me a sandwich. ( otherwise the driver wouldn't have got his tip) When the driver showed up I opened the door and said, "wow that was fast! Thank you so much." And the driver basically tossed the sandwich to me, not making eye contact, didnt say a word, and walked away before I even shut my door. Now with that being said, I understand you have several deliveries to run, but that gives you no right to treat me poorly when it was your company that made the mistake. I have been in the restaurant industry for 10 years. I just spent the last 2 years working in the shittiest of bars in the most fast paced high volume restaurant/ bar on broadway in downtown nashville. I get needing to work fast and dealing with people who just want free food. But In this case, I actually just wanted my dollar back because times are tough and I didn't get my bacon on the vegetarian sandwich I ordered!!! I don't understand why I have to feel bad for a mistake made by the company! When he walked away I felt like scum. That's not okay. Treat people the way you want to be treated!!!!

NICK The manager, I called up there and ask who the manager working today after he made my sandwich and when he picked up I recognized his voice. He was the person that was very very rude when making my sandwich. I asked him nicely I ask for wheat bread and he looked at me with this attitude on his face and a big sigh and talked real loud throwing the stuff on my wheat bread. I asked for light mayo as well and put a lot of mayo on it and I’m like does he not see what he doing but he was impatient and they wasn’t even busy. This woman before asked nicely could they mark the numbers on the sandwich and here goes Nick with his nasty attitude comes over there and talk aggressive with the lady about all she has to do is look at her tickets. She wanted a favor and nasty attitude Nick doesn’t care about customers. I will never go back to this location again as long as he there and might not ever eat from jimmy johns again. It sad because I was a regular customer and I’ve never seen him before. he has a very loud voice and is very impatient. He will scare the customers away with his nasty attitude. I’m a Manager in customer service and that’s not customer service at all. Jimmy Johns should fire him before he takes your business under don’t tell me I didn’t warn you.

So I usually have a good experience here , but today I really didn’t appreciate the lack of customer service . Went to the register told the guy#1 what I would like Night club with no cheese, on wheat . Then he repeated night club right? I said yes the box . I’m waiting for my sandwich, guy#2 hand me my sandwich, I said no cheese right, oh I think I put cheese on there” ok I would like one with no cheese I’m allergic. Guy #3 responds so you just want me to make a new sandwich , I said of course . While the guy#1 from the register whispers to guy#3 remaking the sandwich that I never asked for cheese, while remaking my sandwich they commented “ No she didn’t ask for cheese like I wasn’t standing there completely rude.

Food always seems to be great at JJ. There were about 9 people behind the counter, all hustling, but it took a solid 10 minutes waiting on my sandwich. Only thing I can think of is delivery orders? I assume so because there were only 2 customers before me. I wasn't in a hurry, didn't mind the wait, but I see situations like that and my mind wants to get behind the counter and see if I can find the bottleneck. EXCELLENT SANDWICH tho!!!

Rude staff. The guy slapped mayo without asking if I wanted it, and no vegetables other than lettuce and tomato. Nobody gave me a chance to say anything, and just handed the wrapped sandwich even though I wanted it to go. Also, the place smelled awful. I am not usually picky, but I will never go back. I would give zero stars if I could.

I live in an apartment complex. They had a driver with their car topper advertisement, driving eractically through my parking lot. When I yelled at the driver to slow down, he flicked me the bird. I then called, the store tk speak to a manager. They manager didn't seem to concerned with his drivers driving habits and probably didn't convey my message! I will never order from here, not have I ever!

Never disappoints. Sandwiches are made quickly. Staff if friendly. In store pickup is dependable and deliveries from this location are also quick.

Second time I’ve placed a delivery order from this store, waited over an hour, for my order never to be delivered. When you call the store to address it they are very unhelpful. I work from home and look out at my door. They claim the order was delivered but it’s not at my door so clearly it was not delivered. Terrible experience and customer service.

Truly freaky fast, had my sandwich done before I even paid. A+, will continue to eat often. Edit: I have to review again cuz I seriously order from here probably twice a week. What's not to love about JJ's? I mean after all they let you have FREE smells!!! I love this place it is my favorite favorite favorite JJ's to go to. Staff is super helpful and friendly. The owner is in there many times on the line making sandwiches and offering suggestions. #1 sandwich shop

Lord knows I love me some Jimmy Johns my only gripe is if youre going to enforce the mask mandate, do that for everyone. I was told to mask up before I could be served...cool. A young lady and her child come in right after me, No mask but nothing is said to them. Lets do better Jimmy Johns.

At first i had 5 stars on this review and had to switch to one star ⭐️ basically because it took them 1 whole hour to deliver my food when i live less than 2 miles away from the store I will never deliver from here again lesson learned just straight insanity at it’s finest

Really impressed with the service of the young men working this location, on this day. They took the time to make sure we ordered what we wanted and corrected minor issues with caring that they wanted us to return. The food was as expected but the service was 5 star.

This crew is super fast you get in and out in just few minutes, love their bread, you can buy yesterday bread for less than a dollar, I used it for the following morning to make cream cheese and jelly sandwiches for my kids they love it!

Slow. Online order not ready in time. Clerk let two jerks take forever at the counter on their cell phone instead of ordering food. And to top it all off they got the order wrong and left off the avocado that I paid extra to have.

Easy ordering with help from the counter...no spam though...lol. They did suggest ham available but ordered the JJ's gargantuan. Plenty for leftovers.

Super friendly people at this Jimmy Johns! The food has always been delicious and fast! I've eaten both at the restaurant and had delivery. I recommend both as great options! So happy to have this great place in Nipper's Corner!

Just thought that Firehouse was much better. Smelled funny and only cold options. Vegetables on the bottom and meat and cheese on top so you got a bit of one or the other.

Friendly staff and fresh food. Always the freshest ingredients. The meat is juicy and the veggies are crisp. No need for extra mayo. Seriously it's a good sandwich!

You barely have time to complete you order before they are there with your stuff. Even for a pickup it's in and out. You cannot beat the price or quality either.

Ordered a #7 with no tomatoes, to go. Got it back to my work, opened it. There were no Hot peppers on it, like there should be and they put tomatoes on it
