I came in at rush hour for lunch but I can always depend on the fact that I'll only wait tops 5 minutes for my food. I got it in 2 minutes regardless of all the orders in front of mine so it's nice when you're very hungry or passing out from hunger like I was this day. Filling meal with a lot of options. They dont cook your sandwich so if you're reading this, dont be rude about it. Other than that I love going here as a quick option and have little patience to wait for an appetizer.

JJs is pretty accommodating for what they have but they will not go out of their way to make you the 10 star sandwich you deserve so compromise and everyone should have a good day.

This particular location is a searching for parking type of area specially around lunch time so beware. Luckily the JJs here has a door on both front and back of the parking lot so you'll only need to walk a minute if you park on the sides.
Kid-friendliness
I see kids here all the time and entire families stop to get a quick bite so I'd say it's pretty kid friendly. Music is never loud enough for small ones to pick up on. There is no play place playground or outdoor seating so be prepared for that. Still no one really judges you if your child decides to get up and dance so it's nice.

Placed my 3rd or 4th order with JJ and it was placed at 1107am today. I wanted my lunch to get here on time for my 30 minute break. I requested a delivery at 12pm. No courtesy call or text about delays on orders that it would be delivered almost an hour and a half after my requesting time. The line was busy the whole time. I called about 15 plus times and it just rang and rang to cancel and get a refund. The delivery man did apologize that they got busy and the manager will take calls after 2pm. I wasn’t gonna waste anymore of my time to call them again. But I know for sure I will not be ordering from JJ again. The whole receipt had “ Delayed “ but no one let me know. So I had to purchase something again downstairs on top of my $15 little John combo.

One hour and 30 minutes. That's how long it takes for this location to deliver. Missed my lunch break waiting on them. Not so much as a phone call, update, nothing. And to top it all off, my order was messed up. Our office is located literally right around the corner. This has happened to me before, but I wrote it off as a fluke. After speaking in our office meeting just now, they confirmed they all have stopped ordering for this location for this exact same reason. They even stopped ordering group orders for client meetings because they can't guarantee they'll arrive on time. I must've missed the memo. This JJ location is SO far off from "Freaky Fast". I should've just gone out and had a sit down lunch at a restaurant. This is farewell. Taking business elsewhere.

The rudest General Manager I have every encountered. As a paying customer I placed an online order. When my food was received, the side was wrong and the sandwich was wrong. When I called the store to address the mistake, instead of the GM expressing proper customer service and offering to fix the error, instead he made excuses stating "Well thats not how the order came in on mind end". I offered to show him a copy of my receipt to show the order was placed correctly on my end. He simply ignored that fact and offered zero resolution. I had to literally ask for them to at least fix the wrong side. The worst example of customer service. Zero stars.

We were in the area having dinner at Salata and my husband suggested wanting to get Jimmy John sandwiches to eat for lunch. I think this may have been only my second time buying from Jimmy John's. The first time was at a different location. I ordered the Italian 8-inch sandwich. My husband got a turkey club sandwich. We both ate our sandwiches today and it was good. I will say it was my bad yesterday. I hadn't seen what veggies are automatically added to the sandwich. My husband asked me if I told them not to include onions because I do not like them and I hadn't. The gal was so nice to remove the onions for me. Would be open to checking out more of the different sandwiches available next time.

Completely horrible experience. Waited over an hour for my food when they are less than a 1/3rd of a mile away from my office. I called and was told it was going out the door only to wait another 30 minutes. I asked for them to bring extra ice, there was none, and when I went to take a drink of my tea it was Coke. I called back and they said they would issue me a credit but not to my card and if i wanted the correct drink it would take another 30 minutes. What happened to customer service??? Unfortunately this isn't Covid related either cause I had horrible experience from them pre-covid, they just don't fix the issues.

I’ve been having a really rough week and ordered online for pickup. I went in and it wasn’t ready quite yet which was fine. The employees working were very nice, they apologized and explained the situation. One of them attempted to make jokes about it taking too long and offered me a soda. I really appreciate the simple act of kindness and needed the smile. The sandwich was also very good and I really enjoyed it. Thank you guys!

I order probably twice a day from this store, and really I’ve only had one other problem other than this. I let the first situation go. This time when I called in to speak to a manager because the driver forgot my drink I asked how he could make it right. He proceeds to tell me that he can credit my account by one $1 bill. Quite frankly had zero interest in my business or making it right. I myself won’t be ordering from jimmy johns again and anytime my coworkers here at Cavender Buick GMC bring up this business I will make it a huge point to order or eat elsewhere.

Horrible experience, ordered two #9s, cashier asked me 3x “no onions on both”, to which I replied yes and 1 no onions please. Got home sandwiches barely had Mayo, was missing the salami, and both had cheese and no oil or vinegar at least there were no onions! While sandwich was being prepared I asked if I could add a whole pickle to the order, to which employee rushed and replied your sandwiches aren’t done yet, grabbed a handful of pickles and put on both sandwiches which clearly was not was I was asking for. Worst experience I’ve had at jimmy johns!

Horrible customer service, Never on time. Over promises and under delivers. The workers answer the phone to let us know they are short staffed, and then hangs up on you...But previously they promised food would be in by a certain time, and it was delivered an hour and 15mins after promised time. Advise, if some one calls, tell them the excuses first, and let them choose to order elsewhere that can deliver on time. To the customer, if you have time to wait for food all day, order here... If you have a limited lunch, choose somewhere else.

1/11/22 I'm so sad......I frequent this location all the time and today I decided to have them deliver to me...... I waited my whole lunch time for my food and it still has NOT BEEN DELIVERED!!!!! I understand being short handed, I really do, and I'm a very patient person, but call me if you see it's not going to be Freakishly Fast! I'm literally 4 minutes from your store on Sonterra, I'll come pick it up!!! My order was confirmed at 12:07pm. It's 1:22pm and I still don't have my food! !!!!!

Placed an online order, came to the store 20 minutes later, order not ready. Waited 10 more minutes and still nothing. Went up to the register, was ignored for another 5 minutes. At that point, I have already gone over my 30 minute lunch break, so I asked for a refund. The employees working there couldn't care less and the store was a mess. Cold cuts and bread thrown all over the kitchen floor. Will not be returning.

Placed order at 11:30AM on May 13, 2021. At 12:46, still no delivery. Tried calling several times, with NO answer. This is unacceptable and will not be tolerated, for the last time. You have lost our companies business with you. I suggest you start educating your staff members on proper customer service. We will also be listing our experience on google and yelp reviews. Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE Have sent notice to corporate that manager should be relieved of there duty!!

I love JJs and have never had a bad experience at any other location, so I'm very sad to even have to write this review. I recently moved in to an office building about 1/4 mile away and of the 4 times I've ordered from this location, 3 deliveries have taken over an hour. These are 1-2 sandwich orders, not big office lunches with dozens of sandwiches. Disappointing, and unfortunately after giving them several chances I likely will not be able to again.

Everytime I eat on site they get it right, but delivery has failed us three times in a row now. Shame on me for allowing it to happen. (Wrong bread, wrong veggies, and long wait times 30-40 min). On the good note, they have replaced the sandwiches for us each time. These are all simple mistakes that should be fixed to keep it a more consistent location. I love the sandwiches, but PLEASE get the delivery right at this location.

Called for curbside pickup per the signs on the door. Was told they were open for pick up inside. Reiterated we were here for curbside per signs, and social distancing (hello?). Again told to drive around the other side and come in to pick up order...mind you I forgot a mask...So, okay? Were they just being lazy? We are in a pandemic right night...what? Remove your curbside signs if that’s something you no longer offer!

I ordered my food online at 11:50. I called at 12:50 to see the ETA on my sandwich and the guy said you should have it in 10 minutes. I called back at 1:27 and asked where was my sandwich it was over 10 minutes. He then asked if I still wanted it and of course I said yes I WAS HUNGRY. He then said okay well when we get off this phone it will get delivered. LMAO what a joke. Horrible service and Horrible staff!!!

The absolute WORST service. I’ve ordered about 5 times from this location and every single time they get my order wrong and when asked why can’t they get my order correct it’s here you want a credit for what was missing from the sandwich. When spoke with General manager, he was SO rude, had zero empathy for the mess ups and lacks customer service. The service is unbelievably horrific.

I love the fast Delivery. I orders a sandwich at 11:00 am, and the sandwich was being dropped off at 11:14.. Regardless if you like the sandwich or not that is unheard of. Location is in Stone Oak and Im on 1604 and 281. I feel a lot of the reviews on here is just from people who want Subway sandwiches delivered. Give this place a chance for a new taste San Antonio.

Don't waste your time, this NEW jimmy johns location must already have enough business to start turning people down. Good luck finding the place to dine-in, as it isn't what you could consider a "good location" or "easy to find."

One of my wife's favorite places for a Philly cheese steak. Generally they do a good job though at times they have mistakenly added the spicy peppers to her sub which she can not handle. They are not the least expensive place to go for this type of food but a giant size can feed two normal people which makes it a decent deal.

Better service than chick-fil-a! Jimmy Johns give your guys a raise! I stop by for a sandwich like twice a week and Ali has my order down. I can order/ pay and pick up within 5 min. Praying Jimmy Johns treats him well so he never leaves.

The bread is always fresh the service is always prompt and the reception when I called is much more than just professional. I buy sandwich here at least 3 to 4 times a week. Our experience turned out wonderfully because of the manager. The delivery was taking way too long so we decided to get the order ourselves. I did not expect any special treatment because we changed our order to pick-up, but it was given freely. As always our food order from this location was precise.

Ate Jimmy Johns a few months ago(not this location) and didnt like the food. Decided to give them another try cause it was close to the hospital my wife is staying at so gave it a try. Overall, it was very good. Sandwhich was made quick and tasted really good! Will be back

I popped in for a late lunch at 4:30pm on Thursday, April 20, 2023. There wasn't a single customer in the entire store. There was one lone employee, Alec, on the phone. I was DISGUSTED by how much trash, including the top and bottom
