The customer service really needs to be improved here. I have been served multiple times by a girl (I believe she has an Irish accent) who behaves like it’s an inconvenience to her to do her job and serve customers. They also leave customers waiting after seeing them to do god knows what in the back and the coffee without fail is always burnt. I will say the cupcakes, brownies and some of the cakes are delicious but severely overpriced. You’d hope the customer service would match the high end price tags, but no. So many better options around eagle street as well so I’d up your game Jocelyn’s.

There was never any doubt as to where we would get our wedding cake from. Jocelyns Provisions have the yummiest range of cakes in Brisbane. We ordered two flourless vanilla and one flourless chocolate and they were a massive hit with all our guest, not a single piece left over! We love their rustic look, so we didn't change a thing about their original designs, although there are many options. The cake was delivered to our venue with no troubles at all. This is my go to place for a 2pm pick-me-up coffee and sweet treat in the city. Everything I have tried there is a delight (and I have worked my way through most of the cake/food cabinet). The staff are always so welcoming and friendly. And the coffee is always perfectly done . Big fan of the fact they offer coconut milk. And their takeaway full cakes look so good. I can't recommend this place enough

I went passed this place a few times but this time I need to try their specialties starting with coffee and a sandwich Wow really good! To die for sandwich and coffee. Yum They have biscotti, Anzac cookies, white chocolate rocky road which I must try for next time. They also have ready to soup in a ready to go bag kept in the fridge that I must try.

You cross Eagle St, at the lights of course, and there, right in front of you, is Jocelyn's Provisions. Of course you have to go in and sample their delights. The service is efficient and with a smile and you walk out forgetting why you crossed the street in the first place. Go. You won't regret it.

Spent what I consider a lot on a chocolate bar cake. If you want a real chocolate cake don't buy it here!!!! I specifically said I wanted a chocolate tasting cake not a chocolate coloured cake before I bought it and I paid a lot of money for flavourless brown coloured cake!!!

Great place to get deserts. I especially love the vanilla cakes/cupcakes. Unfortunately they run out quick so sometimes you don’t get anything worthwhile if you show up after mid day. Glad to see that they are open again after the flood damage. Keep up the good work guys!

Would not recommend going to this bakery at all. Specially if you’re a tradie. Attitude of staff at counter was unpleasant and unhelpful. Was simply trying to buy lamington and was told they do a good job. I won’t be finding out after that experience

My go-to for coffee. Freindly staff, quick turnaround, great depth of flavour to the coffee, and lots of great quality cakes.

I love the cake sample you get with your coffee. With so many coffee shops around, this stands out. The ham and cheese croissant toasted is delicious and the pork and apple sausage roll.
