LOVE, absolute LOVE. The first thing is this: the store is not a store. It is an exquisite museum, a gorgeous expression of the heart. The spaciousness, the mix of old and new -- display of old wood and exquisite, funky, out of this world creative shoes! The next thing, the staff. My goodness, the staff. They are so down-to-earth, knowledgeable, warm and best of all, you can feel the love for where they are, what they do and being with you! Going to JFS is a combination of going to a gallery/art house, Disneyland and the most chic boutique.I had never been to the Flue-niverse (did I get that right?) until about two wks ago and then, found out about the book signing. My friend and I went and we had the sweetest pleasure of meeting John Fluevog and his wife. He gave a short, authentic, moving speech about why he wrote his biography (freaking gorgeous coffee table book). It is all about the heart. Period. And I tell you, it isn't so much about the words, per se. You feel the presence and that, my friends, says more than words could ever or will ever. It is therefore NO surprise that the staff is a reflection of the owners of the business. It is, more than anything, a family. Now, where was I? Yes, the shoes and the staff. When you see the staff wearing these precious creations and they are wearing them with such panache (and each of them are quite unique!), you cannot help but be tugged at the heart. It is an adventure to allow one's self to try on these little rays of sunshine that wink at you, teasing you to let go of judgment and simply TRY YOUR SIZE. Because I will tell you this, there is EXUBERANT childlike joy in allowing yourself to be worthy to have the lovely staff have you play in their space! There is NO pressure and they are the SUUUHWEETEST! Go already and experience your heart and feet twirl and twirl and twirl! PS. Shout out of love & hugs to Meghan, Stephanie and Kaley! Sara was remarkable!! I had issues on International Fluevog day trying to order online with a Gift Card my son got me for Mother's Day. I had emailed the general email box and the lovely Sarah from the Edmonton store emailed me back and said - no problem she could get everything processed for me. I had forgotten all about it when she followed up a few days later and offered to help again. I called the store today and not only had she put the shoes on hold for me earlier, she processed everything, found the gift card online and had them shipped out in a matter of minutes. She was joyful, happy to help and was hands down the best customer service I have had in a long time - although I always have amazing service at Fluevog regardless of where I am. They hire the cream of the crop! Thank you Sarah for making my day and bring a burst of sunshine. You made my heart happy!

I have to say that the staff at the Fluevog store in Edmonton are the most fun people I have ever had the privilege to shop with. Every time I go in they are knowledgeable, excited, accommodating and efficient. Before my partner passed he and I went into the Fluevog store on Whyte Ave. He bought me two new pairs of shoes. They were the last he purchased for me. Every time I go in I feel him with me in memory. It makes it even more special that the staff make each trip a full experience. This last time was the best. Sarah was my associate. Her joy and love of Fluevog is infectious. She made me laugh out loud several times. She is someone I would like to be friends with outside of her place of work. The shoes are already works of art but no matter how beautiful, without good staff they end up just being shoes.

John Fluevog is a talented guy, with way more style and panache in his big toe than I have in my entire body. The hunnybunny, a native, couldn't recall ever coming in here, and in my six or seven years of traipsing Whyte Ave I certainly never have. I can't see how that's possible. The window display is inviting and the shoes inside -- some for each gender -- are enchanting, the kind of things which cause one to slap the forehead and exclaim "why didn't I think of that?" If money were no object, and my ambient style of dressing leveled up, I'd be a regular here. These are less footware than objets de art, worthy of consideration and purchase. (The staff are excited, helpful, and amusing; thank you, ladies.)

I have had an amazing experience with John Fluevog Shoes Edmonton. I purchased a pair of shoes on the online store during a customer appreciation sale. They came super fast, but unfortunately they were slightly small. The great thing about Fluevog is that they supply a return address within Canada, so I did not have to pay to ship it back. I emailed and got a response from Jenna right away. I reordered a size up over the phone and Signe was extremely helpful. Not only did she know exactly who I was when I called but she took the time to explain to me the different shoes names and how they're meant to fit. I am waiting for the new pair to arrive. Great first time experience purchasing Fluevogs!

Best. Shoe. Shopping. Experience. EVER. I researched what I wanted online and reached out before going in to make sure they would have what I was looking for. I tried on all the shoes I wanted to see and a few others that normally are not my style but actually were REALLY nice and I would consider going back for!! Left with a gorgeous pair of Leader Mary Janes (my first pair of Fluevog shoes) and I am so happy with them!! SARAH *edit as I am horrible with names* was wonderful and so helpful - I mean, I love the shoes, but with customer service like that, I will never feel shy about going into Fluevog again! Saving up now so I can browse the funky colors and styles for my next pair. <3

Me and my partner were in the flagstone Edmonton today. I wanted to add to my collection of Fluevogs- I purposely came in to buy at least two pairs, possibly more. We spent 20 minutes looking around waiting for assistance, when one staff member who hung around the cash register finally moved to talk with a trio who were being cared for by another staff member. She even looked over at us as we waited to see if she would assist us. Finally, tired of being ignored, we left empty handed and Mr. Fluevog, your flagship store is less at least a $1000-2000 dollars in sales today.

This was one of the best shopping experiences I have had in a while. The ladies in the store love the brand, the shoes, and go out of their way to make customers feel happy. All of them seem super happy to booking working there too. They were singing at the cash. You do not see that often any more and I certainly did not see that enthusiasm for the brand in the Toronto store. Exceptional service, shoes and experience. ..and pretty cool couch. Bravo!

I visited a John Fluevog store for the first time at the end of June. Sarah, a Senior Sales associate, waited on me. I could not have asked for a better associate. She was AWESOME. Her love for the product she was selling shone through the entire time I was in the store. I will definitely go back to this store, just to have Sarah wait on me. And by the way, I bought three pairs of shoes that day, partially because of how good Sarah was.

Went in here again today and, wow, it is nice. Shoes are very high quality and you do pay for the quality. The service is exceptional and staff are kind and friendly and clearly proud of the product. Some deals can be had here and we got some heavily discounted shoes on sale. They stand by their products too with decent return policy. Will come back if in-person meetings happen again and require me to wear shoes.

Bought several pairs over the last 2 years and my sister also . Staffing , as service nice used to be everywhere ! Personable , Knowledgeable , Professional , Helpful when asked not pushy !! Slipping into a pair of Fluevog is like slipping into buttah ! First rate quality , great looks , design and one of a kind . The danger is not walking into the store to browse but to try ON a pair ……..than You are hooked !

I had one of the most pleasant retail experiences I have had in a long time while visit Fluevog Edmonton yesterday. I wish I had gotten the name of the vog lover that helped me with my purchase. The enthusiasm, knowledge and dedication to the brand was impressive. Thanks for your help in choosing my new pair of vogs, these Campbell's are going to be well loved.

I cant say enough positive things about the staff. Each and every one of them are incredible and always willing to go above and beyond to help make fluedreams come true. My love affair with vogs has been going on for too may years to count, and while I was of course thrilled Edmonton was getting a store again, the staff really make it a special experience.

Ladies thank you for the wonderful experience and outstanding service. I left with 2 pairs of shoes that I love and will last me a lifetime. Went in for some window shopping and met Erin! We were greeted with a friendly smile and helping hands! She helped us around the store and matched us with the perfect pairs of shoes. Canada Day we were there ,at front door were masks and hand sanitizer. I declined both. Sydney was wonderful and treated us the same as the 3 people in the store with masks on. We will be back to buy vs gravity pope as I wasn't defient I appreciate the respect. In turn I give that back.

I have had the blessed opportunity to shop at Fluevog many times now and have a pretty decent collection of amazing shoes. Every experience at the Edmonton store has been exemplary! The knowledgeable staff are amazing and the customer service is beyond compare! Keep up the good work!

Decided to see what they had for purses. We got to hear a sales clerk on a tirade against people who get their shoes dirty. Also, they were offended when my wife asked to use the washroom. We've shopped Fluevog in Montreal and Vancouver with far better staff. A place to avoid.

You get what you pay for is what they say and this is certainly true here. I've been to six fluevog stores and this is one of the nicest. The help was amazing. The space is well laid out and generous. Hard to leave here without spending a few hundred dollars :-)

The people at this location take great care to ensure you get the perfect shoe that you want. They were even kind to call us a cab as we had a long walk there and didn't have the energy to walk back. I will definitely come back next time I am in town.

Staff are awesome. Let me try on any shoes I wanted and did their best for sizes. Left with an amazing pair of boots. They gave me the necessary care tips too. They were not pushy in anyway and seemed to want you to enjoy your experience while there.

I've been in awe of fluevlog since I was alive. The staff at this location do their job exceptionally well! If you have never been I definitely reccomend! If you love a good funk and inclusive staff/space check them out. One day I'll own a few pairs!

All styles, designs and taste. A predominant 50 ties. Great details, colors and some even include a autograph with inspiring messages on your soles. If you are window shopping or just walking by, you have to give it a try!

Love this place. I've been wearing their angel boots since 1997 and have only gone through a few pairs. The boots are high quality and last forever with really soft rubber and super comfortable.

Staff is always so friendly and helpful. The clerk was so patient with my friend and I as we tried an assortment of styles. As always, I'm happy with my purchase.
