"Cute little park"
Lots of woods in the area, and plenty of squirrel for my dog to chase. There are two water fountains there which have been turned off lately located on either end of the park. One small playground for kids and 3-4 benches located around the trail. There's also a small open area in the back that shares a fence with the local highschool.
I like this park it is like being in the forest up in the mountains except it is in the city. It doesn't have any creeks or rivers running around it,so you can't go fishing or start . But it does have picnic tables and benches so you can enjoy the summer days and nights and also have picnics or just sit around. …
I love the forward feel of this park. It's always cool and shady so great for hot summer days. There's a pretty substantial playground with many old style play structures. There are paved paths that wind throughout, and even a dirt mountain bike style track that my son (4) loves. It's never busy.
It's a very different kind of park. Very shaded because of all the tall trees but still very open and it's easy to see everything going on. There's an old really tall slide that my daughter loves but if it's cool outside it feels even more so there because the trees block the Sun.
Cute little park. Lots of Pokemon. Nice play ground and walking trails. Nestled in the trees between a high school and and elementary school right off San Raphael and 122nd. Lots of birds if you like birdwatching too. I saw three falcons early morning so pretty and talkative.
Lovely shaded park with lots and lots of trees. The playground equipment is in great condition. I appreciated all the park benches and picnic tables. Paved paths for easy stroller walking. Only thing I would change is an actual bathroom instead of a porta potty.
Quiet park. Pretty decent size. Play structures are in one area, but without feeling crowded. A couple paved pathways meander throughout the surprising number of trees (for an in the city park). More than ample spots to either just sit, or to have a picnic.
While this park seems fairly dark, during evening hours it has more lights than many other city parks. There is a circular walking path, playground/swing area, 4-5 tables for use, and a walkthrough to cut through the park for pedestrian and
I've commented on this park before, but I have to say, this is a great park to visit. It's 92° degrees today, but with all the beautiful trees it felt like 79° Wonderful people with their children and K9 companions, it was just a joy. …
It is a best park I know so far. On summer time is the best place to take kids over here to play ( 90 % in shade ) very cool place and very nice neighborhood ( senior neighborhood). But if you come here to mess around, you will be reported
I have frequented this park for over 30 years. I went there as a kid and now take my own there. Recently, I have had repeated incidents involving teens smoking weed, apparently dealing weed, and cursing loudly. Usually they are doing this
John Luby is tucked away, but that's part of what makes it so great, when I visited it was cleaner than most parks in the area (especially those by schools) and had some of that awesome old school park equipment. For example slides where
This park makes me feel like i or my kids are going to be kidnapped for some reason. It needs and upgrade badly. There is so much space but it feels so closed in because of all the trees. I didn't want to stay at this park at all. If you
It’s such a lovely wooded area, feels like you are in a forest. There is a nice walking path around the exterior, and a playground in the middle. It even had a large metal slide, which my children loved. There are swings and a playground
Very quiet park nice shade in hot summer so many pine trees to give nice shade, they have a old fashion slide that's very tall old school slide very nicenice path with also dog park at the end of park diffently worth the visit …
Step out of your neighborhood and back into the forest! This park is beautiful, quite and serene. There's tables for small gatherings and a great play structure for kids. I love walking through here to drop my little one off at daycare!
The best thing about this park is the shade. It's one of the few places to stay out of the sun on a hot day. The play equipment is older, and better for little ones who are a little bigger/steadier compared to some parks.
Great shady park for the kids to run around and play on equipment and build forts in the trees. Not usually too busy. Good amount of benches and picnic tables. Also a lot of room to put down a blanket for a picnic.
It's a great little place hidden away from the city noise surrounded by healthy community this park is perfect for children small dogs and grandparents this podcast lots of history and lots of memories
The park in the woods, my kids call it. Its a beautiful park, lots of area to walk around. But the road that runs past it is always a risk. Drivers speed through there, ALOT! Keep an eye on your kids.
A great forested park with shaded playground. Lots of picnic tables, benches, and a few garbage cans. Nicely paved pathways are or be for strollers or those with mobility issues.
Hands down the best swings for adults in the area. Plus the park is open after dusk (not too common now days) and the lamps light the park well, one right next to the swings too.
Really cute and clean park. My only issue is so many people let their dogs run around off leash. I've had to take my dog home because of other dogs running up to him loose.
Lovely, peaceful park. Full of big tall trees, perfect for hot days- you can play in the shade. Like a little forest in the middle of a neighborhood.
This park is an oasis of tall trees in a neighborhood. Children's play area, benches & water fountains allow everyone to enjoy the wonderful space.
Nice a shady! This is a little forest, with some nice paths and a few hidden bike trails. There is a play area with several slides and swings.
A small pleasant spot with walking paths through fir woods. Yhere is also an open meadow area. Bences and picnic rables are scattered around
Very nice park. Nice and shady. Lots of squirrels for the dogs to chase. Look out for animal control. Mostly, pick up after your dog.
It was such a nice little park. Clean and family friendly place. Not near a busy street lots of trees and really nice neighborhood.
Huge shaded park with a loooong slide, play structures, swings. If you don't like sun, this is the place to seek shelter and chill.
We live this park, and it's great they actually fix broken equipment. It's shady for a hot day and my granddaughter loves it!!!!
Beautiful park with lots of trees and a nice if basic playground. Come prepared for ants on the picnic tables and no bathroom.
Feels safe for myself and my grand kids to go play always clean never any trash around

Awesome neighborhood park, well maintained and the kids play structures are safe for the kids.
Hidden gem vary nice forested park. Small but has lighted trail and large play ground area.
Nice and quiet. Heavily wooded park with playground in a quiet residential neighborhood.
My favorite park to bring my kids so far. Just right for small and semi small kids lol
Nice park. Sometimes you could see some homeless people here.
