They are just useless and absolutely unorganised. They do not listen to their client. They waste a lot of your money on sending out the same letters and only end up with an amateur result. My advice is to shop around. BEWARE as your consultation is undertaken with a senior lawyer and passed onto to a junior that has limited or no experience with the matter. If you want to waste you time and money and not get a result this is the perfect legal firm for you! The only time I saw legal clauses reiterated from relevant Acts was not in letters as requested to the respondent, but when I stated that we did not want to use their legal services and wanted my files transferred to another lawyer! If you want compassion, respect and understanding then go elsewhere! The question was even put in writing to them asking if they could actually deal with our matter from a legal perspective and if they had the expertise... the didn't even respond to my question!!!! I guess that should have been enough proof to not pursue my case with these substandard lawyers. Not good enough! People do yourself a favour, do not let them take advantage of you as there are many good lawyers out there, just not these ones!
