I personally find this Motel is very good for the price you pay. The rooms have been recently renovated and look far better than they did before. The staff are very helpful and friendly since being under new management. I still find a few things that need cleaning that have been missed multiple times, the kettle, some mould in the shower, etc. Otherwise, it's a great motel to stay at

Location was great and that was it . When we arrived we were told to run the water for about 5-10 mins to get the hot water through… this happened EVERYTIME we needed to use hot water Although the rooms are new they lack a lot. There is no hand towel or face washer in bathroom, no exhaust fan in bathroom, no soap holder or shelf in the shower ( everything goes on the ground where everyone stands ) No cutlery or plates ( no food available so takeaway it was, what do we eat from. ‍♀️. There is also no table to sit and eat at. The room was nice but that’s as far as it goes This new room and they have taken the cheap way out … DISAPPOINTING !!!

I honestly don't know where to start from and how to end but this Motel has now a special place in my heart that I called it home. all of the great services, Caring, freindly, corporation, communication, supports for me are summarised by one person " Vivian " VIVI as I used to call her, the manager of that place and the main reason I have called that motel home. Vivienne and staff are great and always accommodating. She is clear that there is no cutlery and that is fine as we only stay for a night and buying some disposable bits and pieces is the trade off for great service. We always book the same room because it accommodates our needs. It is clean and way better than any other motel we have been to. Since this place is in the middle of having major renovations done to it, I can't really comment on the state of the rooms in their current condition as they won't be there for much longer. However, the cleanliness of this place really needs to be addressed ASAP. The cups in our room still had stains and milk that had dried at the bottom of the cup, and we found hair in the bathroom that wasn't cleaned up. It's a good place to rest for the night whilst travelling or emergency as it's relatively cheap, but some things could still improve.

Disgusting place. Whilst first appearance says it’s clean it’s not. Beds are worn out and like boards, pillows are absolutely past it and then you get to battle the cockroaches and other bugs. Place should be pulled down. Also has the appearance of too many long term residents with trucks and a bus which are left idling for long periods like half an hour in the early hours. Not much sleep here and management don’t care or take notice

I'm sorry this is a year after,but this place was perfect !! I ended up staying 3 nights. My car needed some repairs and I also had my little kitten with me and Vivian (one of the friendliest moteliers I've dealt with)was cool with her being there!! Looks nothing like the photos, smelt like old men and cigarettes, the aircon was broken and only worked in fan mode, the bed was terrible. Bathroom door had no latch or lock and was rotten across the bottom, the shower head was mounted to a peice of rotten timber, the toilet seat and lid had cigarette burns in it. At least it was cheap.

Worst motel I have ever stayed at. My standards aren't high. I knew not to expect too much from the price but I expected it to at least be clean. Moldy shower curtains, toilet not cleaned properly, light above the bed doesn't work, 2 bars of soap still in the shower from previous guests, coffee stains on the mugs, cockroaches, just disgusting. Also found a black hair in my bed. I do not have black hair...

Cheap motel you get what you pay for. Beds are like lying on flat ground, AC just blows out fan so not a good idea to get this motel in the summer we had to buy a fan so we could sleep during the night it’s quiet can’t hear neighbours but you can hear main road traffic, it’s not that loud though but overall it’s not bad, it’s a cheap motel so don’t expect anything 5 star.

It was very good, great priced and services. The rooms are old, from the 70s around and haven't been updated but the benefit is cheap prices. Would be back. Only issues was the other guests making noise, very thin walls can hear everything in other rooms.

Obviously, for the price, the rooms aren't 5 star. But they are clean, well maintained. Air conditioned. But the service is absolutely 5 star. Very friendly and accommodating. Lovely staff. With service like this, i will definitely be making this place my number 1 choice to stay in future.

Stayed here many times over the years, always clean and polite staff, close to the highway and easy to find, the other guests are also great, Gary helped me out, and I can't thank him enough. I didn't have a booking and they still found me a room.

Motel on the Hume Highway at Casula. The motel was very clean. The double room was nice and clean with TV and fridge and jug for tea or coffee. Clean shower. This is a budget motel. There were other establishments who were twice the price that weren't worth what they were asking. Friendly management at the jolly Knight.

Vivian the manageress was so helpful and accomodating. Great location, .priced perfect and rooms and beds comfortable.. Its everything you need for an overnight stop....or longer...

very bad Firstly when your not there they will walk in to you room and clean, but not very good ovusly because we had a cockroach in our shower there is dust through out the room and the bunk bed slats have to have tape around them,there is no where to cook and always smells gross in and out side this is disgusting

I have fond memories of working as a doorman in the cross mid-late 90s. So feels familiar whenever I have to call in here for work. Seeing the same shady trannies, travelling ladies of the night, druggies and gamblers on the make. Owner is pretty laid back and not judgemental. A trip down memory lane for me.

Our neighbors house went on fire due to faulty wiring set up for some idiot who was growing special plants and at last minute had to find a hotel/motel. Owner was accommodating at 9:30 at night and even opened our door later on in the night due to us leaving it inside. Cheers bro …

Squeaky uncomfortable bed, average staff, clean, walls were paper thin. Heard sex half the night one side and singing half the night the other. Just simple and staff not helpful

The guy at reception wanted to know who I was making the booking for...husband and wife, 2 males, or 2 females. I said how is that any of your business who is checking in, do you have availability or not? I ended the call because he insisted on knowing.

It is exactly what it is.supposed to be. A budget hotel! The rooms are tired but clean. Even though it's close to the Highway, road noise is very quiet. The management I dealt with were very helpful.
