Staff were friendly and helpful, I asked for and extra tin of a specify flavour dog food as I had just taken last one off shelf and needed another. The staff was more than happy to have a look for any more stock in boxes above, unfortunately didn't have that flavour left, but there was plenty of choice. Well stocked in Natures Menu raw food unlike some other pet shops I have been to recently. Different options for carting your shopping around (basket/ wheeled basket with extendable handle and shopping trolley) was really helpful as I didn't have a £1 coin for the trolley. Decent prices. Very well laid out sections so easy to find what your looking for. Also plenty of space to shop in. Parking on site with plenty of spaces also wheelchair accessible entrance.

We called to let them the vets know that we were running 20 minutes late due to the strikes. They said it was perfectly fine . When we arrived they informed us the vets had left . No reaction , just the vets have left. They didn’t have a contact number , email in fact I doubt they could’ve picked her out of a line up . How do you not know anything about your vets ? Or not even communicate with them. On top of that, the actual vets it’s like a glorified cloak room and is literally a pop up table in the corner of the stock. Not only would I not recommend I would encourage to go anywhere else possible . I promise you that your nan could do a better job. Alive or dead.

Visited store at Gallows Corner today, spent over £50. My only problem was that I needed an item from the very top shelf and the member of staff I spoke with told me 'she was too busy'. Which is not an appropriate response to a paying customer? She walked back of house, and I could see no other customer she may have been helping.. I could not see any other member of staff on the shop floor. Therefore I had to retrieve the item myself, using the 'staff only' ladders. At this point, another 2 members of staff appeared and asked if I needed help.. where was they earlier? I had already got the item myself so their assistance was no longer needed.

Parking okay, staff helpful, sold out of puppy raw food but did have a few alternatives which staff recommended which was useful. Only problem is that alot of dog treats are placed low on the ground which meant I had to pay for a chew my dog stole when I was not looking, perhaps these could be placed a bit higher If you do not want these chewed. Had a varied selection of dog beds and some cheap ones in the sale too. Will go again but will keep an eye on my dog with the snacks, chews etc.

My Nan has been going here for years and recently see these two budgies bought them and one has been very ill since she got him. When she went back and explained she got told if it dies they'll give her a new one... Charming. Why were they selling unwell animals in the first place for people to have as pets? My Nan is distraught now as she thought the world of the budgie. Very disappointed in the lack of welfare for animals and customer service that has been provided.

The staff are very welcoming. Finding the store is not to hard to find coming from London over the flyover at gallows corner it's just on the left next to top tiles. The store has a very large range of pet food,pet toys,pet cloths and if you are having problems finding anything the staff are only too willing to help you. We buy most of our pet from Jollyes their great.

Patience needed because the staff are that focused talking amongst themselves that they don't realise your there. God forbid you ask them to go out the back to look for something because it's always the same no matter what the product, "its the last one on the shelf". Its common these days, you see, that warehouses only ever stock 1 of each item..

Jolleys have a vast selection of toys for our pet although a bit over priced ,plenty of selection in pet treats ,amongst the best deals ,was the bedding agood and varied display and at a competitive price ,the staff are always helpfull.although overworked ,dedicated till staff would be helpfull but overall its a Jolly fine store.

A good pet supplies store, I find the selection and prices are often better than that of competitors such as Pets At Home which is always good. The have had a 15% off promo for customers for the last month and I have been given another 15% off voucher for next month. Will continue to use them for supplies for my lovely dogs.

I do love a jolleys pet store. This one is a lovely big space with lots of choice. I was a little disappointed with the rabbit's area. A few things didn't have prices, in the wrong place or no stock. The young gentleman that served me at the checkout was very polite and professional. I would recommend jolleys to a friend.

I've used this place a couple of times now and on both occasions the staff were friendly and helpful. They had what I wanted at a decent competitive price, and if you are a regular pet food buyer then they have a loyalty/discount scheme that is genuinely worth signing up for.

My first visit to this store as recently moved to the area but the staff is absolutely fantastic! Very polite, helpful and knowledgeable!! Popped in to get some soothing cream for my cat and they couldn’t be more helpful! Thank you to the gentleman and the lady with the dog…

Friendly staff who are great with dogs (who are welcome in store), great value vet clinic, decent range for all animals - I shop for my dog, two cats and 8 fish all under one roof! Fairly good value for money on most things and there are always good deals on.

Fantastic staff, always friendly and very helpful. Store is always well stocked, and they carry Nutriment, which is the only store bought food my Staffie can eat! Will be using this store for the foreseeable hands down, always a pleasure to visit!

The vet staff will make you wait while they finish a conversation with the waiting customers sat at the side. Don’t really acknowledge you while you’re standing in front of them but the vets are fantastic and shop staff very helpful

Love this store and so do my doggies. The staff always treat them with free snacks and are always delightful to deal with. They have a great selection of treats and food and also doggie toys. We will always be coming back for more.

Fabulous Pet Store, asked the manager about raw food, and she advised me on what product would be good for my Chihuahua's, she even found out how much they should have each meal, very lovely lady, and will be back in store again.

I placed an order on line and no indication was given it was out of stock, I chased a week later and still no sign of it being despatched . they just keep saying we get deliveries all the time. Does not help my hungry dog

Good wide ranging stock for a wide range of domestic pets. Excellent car parking. Will be much more accessible soon when the wretched A127 Ardleigh Green junction road works finally finish. Helpful and pleasant staff

both staff and manager were extremely rude. poorest customer service and they refuse to take responsibility for their actions after making me travel an hour to their store and promising a product. never shop here

Lots of products apart from what we wanted, large dog bed in the style we wanted, however friendly knowledgeable staff. Also live animals for sale, fish, rabbits, small birds guinea pigs and the like

A lovely lady was so helpful, I wish the staff had name badges as I would have mentioned her by name. Gave me lots of advice about what to buy for my new puppy. No hard sell! Will definitely be back

Good selection of food for your pets, also here you can get your pets every wednesday (if I am not wrong) they run affordable comunity pet clinic. Hard working, helpful staff working in this shop.

Not a bad little pet store. They stock the essentials plus plenty of gourmet varieties too. My visits are cat & rabbit related. I always find what I need and then buy more.
