We had an after hours nail emergency. I allowed my 12 year old daughter to get shellac nails (blue polish) while on holiday in Adelaide, not realising that the nail polish could not simply be removed with acetone based nail polish remover at home. The night before my daughter was due to start high school, we tried to remove the nail polish only to realise (after a Google search), that shellac nails need to be professionally removed by a salon. It was 7pm on a Tuesday night and all local nail salons were closed. I tried a few numbers. Nobody answered, except for Jonela Nails. She was so friendly and understanding of our situation, and despite her salon being closed for the day, and expecting guests to her home for the evening, she opened her heart and her salon to us. She saw us immediately and was able to safely remove my daughter’s shellac nails ready for her first day of high school. She is a beautiful, friendly and professional person and I highly recommend her business. My daughter and I will definitely be using Jonela Nails again in the future (just not for shellac nails, now that we know they can’t be removed at home the night before school starts)! Jolena nails is absolutely amazinggg!! She’s the most sweetest person out there, she has the most amazing customer service and she would make sure you are 100% happy with your nails, her environment is also very comforting and peaceful. I’m so obsessed with my nails I can’t stop looking at them and she is so careful with her job, would not rush at all! My nails feel so comfortable and strong it doesn’t even feel like I have nails and i never feels like this. And the hand cream in the end she uses is very smooth and smells sooo good! I would highly recommend her!

I’ve been in Melbourne for almost 4 years.. I tried so many places that I lost count! And I was never happy with my nails.. Until I found Jonela around May last year! Her work is Stunning & Amazing!!! Every time she does my nails? Im more than just happy with them, I am in love!!! Her personality is so beautiful and she is super friendly.. She makes everyone feel welcome, for me it’s like visiting a friend… And lastly, I love the chats we have and the laughs we enjoy.. Her prices are great and affordable!!! I Absolutely will not go anywhere else…

She’s very rude and has very bad customer service. I asked her if my nail shape did not look good; she didn’t care. Very bad attitude as customer don’t like anything who’s going to be tell she wasn’t listening and give different shape and finishing very badly. I don’t like it personally. Even though I went again to show her, she did worse and did not answer what I was saying. I paid $50, and it looks like I'm begging to have my nails done, please.

Florence was amazing!!! She did me and my mums nails beautifully. Most salons can't do the designs I have in mind but not Florence. She was on it without any hesitation and did them beautifully. Jonela is an exceptionally talented person and the kindest out there. I went there for the first time for SNS and had an amazing experience. Perfect shape, perfect thickness and perfect everything. Florence is such an amazing, kind and talented artist. Her customer service is perfect and she made me feel so comfortable and at home.
