Left needing a proper massage. Preface - I am not one to slam in a review because I had a bad day, or get my jollies being mean to businesses. I genuinely needed therapy, I wanted to enjoy this so much. I was let down. Staff were polite but quiet, place was clean but very cramped and stuffy. Too much junk on the walls, I was sitting too close to a candle and the sleeve of my robe put the candle out and put candle wax all over my arm. I wasn't burnt in any serious way, but it was a fairly obvious OH&S standard that you shouldn't put candles so close and where where your clients in big robes can't see them. That was a shock. The massage was rubbish. I had to ask for more strength and I could feel the therapist's hands shaking when applying pressure. Maybe she's not used to giving harder massages or not strong enough to do this kind of work. It made me feel bad because I could feel her struggle. Then half way through I could hear the staff changing. They didn't tell me but snuck around me which made me look around to see what's happening. I would prefer a "hi I'm so and so, I will do your facial, I'll do this, this and this. Does that sound ok?" Just a simple handover: massage is finished, she is here to do your facial, etc. I ticked "quiet therapy" not absolute silence. Music was droning and repetitive and loud. I gave 1 star for the facial as that was quite lovely but was only a small portion of the whole experience. Afterwards I was left in a room unsure of what was happening next. I had to ask if it was finished and if I could put my clothes back on. Again - lack of communication. I have been to places where I felt bad spending only $200 on a 3 HR therapeutic massage and facial because the therapist put their heart and soul into every carefully directed stroke of their skilled hands - $200 wasn't enough for their treatment. Jorga James felt like a pat on the back with fancy paintings on the walls. Interior decoration does not a therapeutic healing massage and pamper make. Staff needs training. Rooms need lots of useless stuff taken out to make you feel comfortable and for safety if you use candles!!! Pick better relaxation music. I would try them again only because of their location, but not for awhile in the hopes that staff change and it is better for my hard earned money. Please remember JJ -people come to you for therapy and release from their stressful worlds. Service your clients with empathy, remember why we would even bother booking to see you in the first place. Your staff need to talk, not only at the beginning but throughout. I was in desperate need of a massage, and $165 later, I still need one. I feel so jipped. Get more for your buck at Westfield. I'm sure there are plenty of places there that can help you for soooo much cheaper.

I had a wonderful experience at The Day Spa. Went in feeling quite frayed and down, and left my Qi ritual feeling connected, recentred and pampered. I even noticed I was singing along in the car on my way home, which I haven't done for a long time. Thank you to the team at The Day Spa - Jorja James Day Spa for your care and attention to detail. I will certainly be back and recommending you to everyone who needs a bit of time for themselves.

Sam and all the team at Jorja James give you an experience of the real "spa" feeling. Little touches like warm towels, a warm blanket during your treatment and facials that just feel divine like the therapists have magic in their fingers. I highly recommend this day spa particularly if you need a little natural pick me up midweek!

I can't vouch for the services that they provide personally, but my SO absolutely loves going here. There's a really serene feeling that you get just by being in the waiting room, so I could imagine that the feeling that you get in the massage rooms is quite the thing. And their pamper packages are always a welcome gift.

I have been going to see the girls at Jorja James Spa for 8 years now and every visit is a wonderful experience. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. I love coming here for spray tans, massages, facials, the works. Never had a bad experience. Keep up the good work ladies. :)

Absolutely gorgeous. The atmosphere is relaxing the smells are intoxicating and the staff are extremely friendly and polite. The massages are wonderful, I couldn't believe how loose my back felt afterwards. I can highly recommend Sam and her team to anyone looking to be pampered.

Went here when I was pregnant for a pregnancy massage and facial package. Cannot recommend highly enough. They treatments were exactly what I needed, I left feeling very relaxed and pampered. Friendly, professional service, lovely set up.
