I have contacted Joseph Grassi + Associates firm's Solicitor regarding my new townhouse issues. This firm represents Solicitor for their client "Werrington Holdings Private Ltd", "Coratza Constructions". Even after repeated follow-ups, no response or no communication from Joseph Grassi + Associates and its client on the defects I requested to address. The issues I reported to this firm along with detailed description and clear photos are - 1. Garage floor cracks. 2. Not provided inclusions as per contract inclusion list. (1) Front security door (2) Mirror rob doors to any of the bedroom. (3) Appliance Warranty proofs.
