Today I took two watches in to have batteries changed. Was told to come back to collect in 30 minutes. After 30 minutes I was told to come back in 20. When I finally collected the watch faces were in the wrong place 12 is now in the 2 position. This guy (presumably the owner) had no idea what he was doing. He refused to take eftpos and wouldn’t give a tax invoice.unfortunately I had already paid. Avoid this place! The ATO may wish to have a look at the books Edit It has since cost $70 at another watchmaker to have the watch faces realigned. Definitely never take a watch to this place I have since been back to the shop and I was refunded the cost of the battery replacement. The female assistant listened to my concerns and apologised for the inconvenience. The male who was responsible seemed completely unaware of what he had done wrong. $70 to change 2 watch batteries was a very expensive experience

Terrible service, just a disgrace of management here. Ordered a Casio watch with these guys and was initially told it would take a week. 3 weeks later after no notification I went into the store on the weekend to get an update, and was told it was on its way and they would update me on Monday. Never got a call on Monday, so I called end of week and was told Casio no longer has the watch but they ordered me a similar red watch with circular face instead. Ridiculous trying to make me pay for something I never ordered. Highly recommend NOT coming here.

Joyce Jewelry handling of online order was good and delivered the correct item, but the courier service response associated for delivery of online orders was pathetic.
