Reached out to Julianna to see if she can repair or replace the earring. I was told by Julianna that it will cost $150.00 to repair. I told here what my jeweler told me, not repairable. This was Julianna’s response “If it is unrepairable, you can order a new one, it will take 4-6 weeks”. A new Black Diamond Safety Pin Earring is $1114.00 each. Julianna Isabella claims to be a Fine Jeweler but they take NO responsibility for their fine and expensive pieces. Til this day, still haven’t heard back from Julianna on the issue of repairable or not. It’s been over 1 month. Please take your money and throw it in the garbage before you consider buying from Julianna Isabella.
