Little issues with quick fixes. 6-2-2022 I still go here. It currently well maintained by a conscientious worker: floors, shade when it's hot, change machine, parking lot ... all of it. (September 9, 2020) Still going there. Still happy with Jumbo 24 over the laundry room downstairs from my apartment. Efrain is a positive addition. I have yet to be disappointed and will be using Jumbo 24 weekly for the foreseeable future. (January 2020) The was prompt resolution the one time there was a dryer problem. I usually see a person or people working to keep it working and clean, and at their prices there's no competition for their 30 minutes to completely dry what my apartment takes twice the cost, twice the time, and zero star customer service to do. If I used vending machines, then I'd try theirs. I have never had any issues with the change machine. Having tried another place nearby/tried to shop around, I came back here with even greater than my original appreciation. (about Feb 2019)

If there was a way to RATE NO STARS THEN ITD DEFINITELY BE ZERO FOR me ! For the second time coming here , the washer messed up I had the right amount of clothes and everything to wash a normal load , when I returned to the laundromat to check on my clothes , it was the same way I left it , but filled with water ! And the elderly lady here refused to help me and return my money so that I could wash , after the manager insisted her to do so she still hesitated and didn’t return my money to my hand ! She was very rude and unprofessional, this was my 2nd and last time coming here . Also later when I returned ANOTHER machine was messed up from another customer ! it’s a way that you talk to people and the lady doesn’t know how ! I DO NOT recommend this laundromat to ANYONE ! unless you want to waist your time washing and washing over again !

Always clean, working machines. Bathroom is clean and I've never had any issues at this location. It's always nice to go places where you can tell the owner actually cares about their business and quality of service it provides to their customers. I Always do my laundry here. And its open 24/7 . Change machines work properly, as well as laundry machines. They also have vending machine with laundry soaps as well as snack machine. Overall great laundry mat.

I was really impressed with the cleanliness. It should be - there was a lady continually cleaning the whole time we were there. We could all learn about pride in your job/work from her. There's a wide variety in sizes of machines to choose from which is nice. You can also use a debit card or coins in each machine. It's been a long time since I've had to use a laundromat so that was a nice surprise.

Honestly, this might be the best laundromat nearby. The odd location back behind some other buildings would make it uncomfortable at night, but thankfully it is very well lit at night, so no worries. It can be expensive if you don’t bring your own detergent, but so is everywhere else in Nashville. And you always know it will be open, which is great for procrastinators like myself.

I cannot believe how ridiculously hot it was inside of this laundromat. Sitting there for an hour waiting for my clothes was torture, and it didn’t exactly feel like the kind of place I’d drop my clothes of at and come back to check on. One measly fan is nowhere near sufficient. Everyone in the place was sweating. The machines worked fine, although the prices seemed high to me.

Machines are horrible place dirty none of my clothes got dry been coming here for a long time there used to be a lady that ran it and kept it clean ,kept the filters clean not anymore. Guess it was sold out because it has completely changed half 6he stuff don't work and takes 3 times as much to dry your clothes. I left with wet clothes and will not be back

Kind of dumpy. Mop bucket and wet vac left in customer area. No hand soap, dryer or paper towels in what I guess you'd call the restroom. At least the soap vending machine accepted Apple/Google Pay, and the machines themselves worked. Oh and the single load Tide package in the vending machine is labeled $1, but charged me $1.50.

My favorite laundromat in Nashville. Dependable 24 hour service and new generation Speed Queen 30/40lb front loaders with credit card option. (Two 30lb machines and a whole row of 40lb'ers.) There is an old school Pac Man/Galaga arcade console for entertainment at 25¢ per play. I always enjoy this little treasure of Donelson.

I've been to a lot of Laundromats before and this is by far the cleanest and most efficient one I've been to. Efrain Is always working hard keeping it clean and being super friendly and helpful as well. Amazing service. A great location too (next to many food places and a coffee shop). All around great experience.

Our washer stopped working for a little but so I had to come here to do my laundry. The place was very clean and not too busy. They have different size washers at different prices which allowed me to do like 3 loads of laundry done in one washer. The machines also take credit cards which is always a plus.

One of the dryer doors wouldn’t shut and one of the workers helped fix it however I paid the full amount to get my clothes dry but was only able to get 2 mins drying time left when I paid for 10 mins asked for a refund and they refused DO NOT COME HERE!!! Waste of time and money …

We enjoy going to this laundry. E Frain is always there each time we go. He is willing to help whenever we need him He is a kind, friendly gentleman. E Frain is a wonderful man. We will continue to go there as long as he is there, it is a safe atmosphere. Thank you.

Clean, lots of machines even on a Sunday afternoon. Different sizes and the newer big ones accept credit card more convenient than poles of quarters. Representative was constantly on the move cleaning floors, machines and keeping it looking clean and orderly.

They have debit card on each machine to pay so you don't have to waste $ on ATM fees or have to go outta your way to get cash / coins for machine. I drive truck nationwide and this is the first place that has the option to pay via debit card. I loved it.

To many broken down machines, non useable machines and vending machines as well...and one took all my money after we put soap and clothes in it so we wound up going somewhere else to do the laundry after losing about 10 dollars to the machine and in siap

This business is always very clean and machines in good working order. Efrain is always on site in the event of an issue, which I have never experienced. Highly recommend Jumbo 24 Hour Coin Laundry when you need a laundry-mat. Good Donelson location.

This laundromat is well kept up. Free and GOOD WiFi. All the machines and dryers usually work and the place is never overcrowded. Love the fact that it gives the convenience of 24 hour service! Very close to Kroger, good eateries and the library.

Very clean place, the employee Efraim is so helpful and keeps the place clean. They have small to jumbo machines. They have vending machines for soap, snacks and drinks. Open 24 hrs makes it a go to place for my laundry needs. Efraim is the best.

have been going to this laundromat for almost 2 years and it is always clean. The attendant Efrain is always there cleaning and assisting customers. Anytime I have had an issues Efrain has always been responsive and taken care of it immediately.

Good 24 our laundromat. It is a little dirty but it's probably because low staff and no one wants to clean up a laundromat. There is a restroom but it's very small like closet and some sketchy writing on the wall always leads to a laugh.

Place is ok, the 4 junkies that shared a bathroom last night in the midst of me and my fiance washing our clothes. The only reason I give it 2 stars and not 1 is due to the owner or employee kicking them out after he was notified.

Just switched to coming to this laundromat because there is an attendant I feel safer. Efrain is so nice and friendly and is always cleaning and it is one of the cleaner laundromats I have been in..I will continue to come here.

Clean, nice washers and dryers with debit credit swipe. Very convenient, with strong Wi-Fi, large screen TV. While I don't usually do laundry at night, I know they are always open 24/7. Good neighborhood.

Average 24 hour laundry. It's fairly clean and the machines work for the most part. There are usually some shady characters hanging out after hours so be aware of your surroundings at night here.

Very clean and friendly laundry mat! They offer free coffee and wifi. They have tvs, vending machines, pop machines, arcade games and sell laundry products. The owner was very pleasant.

It wasn't to busy, the TV worked, and the washer and dryers worked well. Just like any standard clothes washing place, it has Ms. Pac-Man! The lady that worked there was friendly.

Quick, efficient, Very Large to small capacity equipment, card reading equipment is very helpful so I don't have to carry 2lbs of quarters lol. Great for a long stay here in TN.

Open 24/7 its behind fat moes it is very dirty but has newer machines compared to other laundromats in the area its exspensive. (The bathroom is unisex and smells of urine.)

Place was very clean , you can use your card to wash . Down side .. restroom was very nasty, vulgar discrimination words written on walls . It need to be repainted.

Seriously 6-7 homeless people young old all races literally coming out of the woods. No thank you. Even with a CCP I doubt that I would get out of my vehicle.

The laundromat itself is clean enough. The bathroom is less then stellar. Around $6 for a larger washer. I only go here if my washer goes out.

It's nice. But there is some shady people and shady activity after midnight. Would not recommend bringing small children here at night.

This place is clean! And they have multiple "jumbo" washers for large items like comforters, which I washed today. Recommended!
