Very disappointed with this place. Made a “Relaxed” session booking which is geared towards specifically to children with SEN needs and supposed disabilities. The session was nothing of the sort. As my little one is unable to walk but lives the sensation of bouncing I had to jump with her to get her bouncing the way she likes. I had management tell me that I couldn’t do this because only one person is allowed to jump in the square set at anyone time. As I explained to them for a child who does not have the ability to jump of her own volition like peers of her age how is she supposed to do it? I asked the manager Kelsey if these SEN sessions were only for children with Autism, ADHD or or other behavioural needs and not those with more complex needs, such as mobility issues, because if so the site should outright express this. Kelsey couldn’t answer the question. All the staff there are children who are first jobbers and really do not have a clue how to run the place, because no one could answer simple questions. Moreover, for a place that has a wheelchair ramp to get to the trampolines and soft play area… how on earth are there only toilet facilities upstairs? I was unable to go to the toilet because I couldn’t leave my little one downstairs on her own and it was way too much to carry her up the stairs and then leave her to sit on the toilet floor without a her wheelchair whilst I relieved myself. Certainly, cannot reasonably recommend this place to anybody with a child with the same conditions as mine. Oh and the sun dried tomato, mozzarella & pesto panini was ice cold in the middle. Not properly cooked at all. Glad it wasn’t a meat filling as I’d probably would have gotten food poisoning. The service on offer was poor. If I could not have given a star at all I’d feel much better about writing this review.

We booked a two hour birthday party for our daughter . We were very disappointed with the service. Our hostess disappeared after the children watched a short safety film. After an hour of jumping the kids started asking about food and drink, there were paper plates and cups on our table, no drinking which should have been provided from the beginning of our session. We tried to find our hostess for 45 minutes and no one knew where she was, including the manager. 15 minutes before the end of the session, she appeared dissatisfied. We asked for food and drink, she brought pizza but I had to ask again for drinks for the kids. When the kids ate the pizza we wanted to light a candle on the cake but the hostess disappeared again. There weren't enough plates or spoons for the cake. My husband had to go to the local store and buy some . In the e-mail I got they were supposed to provide everything, we paid for it. While we were waiting, another hostess asked us to leave because they have the next booking and said that we can cut the cake outside. We were all in shock, we couldn't believe it. My husband went to the manager again and thanks to that we gained time for cake. Shame and disappointment. Paying a lot of money, it shouldn't look like this. I do not recommend this place for a birthday party. All the staff are kids who don't want to work and don't care Of anything. Shame !!!!

DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT THE SAFETY OF YOUR CHILDREN. the staff made it very unsafe. I had to do their job for them by speaking to children to make sure they were keeping themselves safe, as the staff did absolutely nothing but encouraged them to risk their safety. they completely ignored the rules and put childrens safety at risk. instead of making sure children were using the trampolines one at a time, which is an important rule at the trampoline park, they were encouraging them to use the trampolines in groups?! one staff member voluntarily picked up a child and put them on my trampoline with me as i was doing backflips. extremely dangerous. they sat back and watched as children were getting jumped on because they were sharing a trampoline. having all ages in the park at one time is very unsafe and makes it very difficult for the older people who are respectful to the people around them and are aware of their surroundings, as these small children, even aged 2 unaccompanied by adults, jump underneath the older peoples feet. i had a horrible experience. i could barely do any trampolining as the entire time i was worried about crushing other people. it was so over filled that there were not enough trampolines at all. youre lucky if you get a go. i want a refund.

Been here quite a few times my children 5, 4 and 2 have a fantastic energy fueled time. Not been on a busy Saturday so always been relatively quiet. Went on Saturday and it was heavily full not a single table free in sight. Eventually found a table. The place was a mess, people are like pigs these days just get up and walk away leaving their rubbish for others. Staff are worked off their feet on busy days, the least ppl can do is tidy up after themselves, I mean you don’t have to take out cleaning products and clean the tables just bin your rubbish. Anyway can’t fault the activities in there they have added a big inflatable alongside the soft play so you are really getting your money worth now. Soft play sometimes has older kids when it clearly states for young children 5 or 7 and under. Had big hefty big children bowling around in there nearly knocked my child over. Staff need to keep eye on the soft play and take out bigger kids over the age. Food is debatable. £4 for chips and you get about 20 chips. Bit over priced but they have a variety of snacks. I do love the place anyway just being honest about my experience, but will be bringing my kids back for sure. For 5 stars staff need to be more observant when tables need cleaning, and have staff briefly glance over and remove big kids out of soft play.

This place is getting worse and worse each visit. Managers I’m talking to you here. STOP IT! how are you hiring young children to look after children ? Oh please What’s up with the toilets up and downstairs? Stinking, dirty, filthy,. Clip and climb Young girl obviously got some sort of attitude problem towards customers RUDE. Fix up man I’m telling you if you don’t do anything now your going down hill. I asked a staff there if anyone can clean our tables as other people sitting before us has left all there Rubish on the table In a state. She said to me ask someone ells because she can’t help me. Why isit so hard to get someone to clean the table? Give me the cleaning products il do it. Staff chatting away on courts constantly about 3-4 of them next to each-other instead of the looking out for the ones bouncing on the same trampoline where children can hurt one and another as iv witnessed children coming out with blood or even really badly hurt on my previous visits. Sort it out this is ridiculous. Also please talk to your staff to get the toilets clean as no one has been doing this since Thursday morning. Tut tut . No Ratings at all your hygiene is poor. This is my last visit here and won’t be coming back to this branch again. Unless you really do sort something out .

Very disappointed with the soft play area for under 3. One small dark area only with not much to do in it. 5 soft shapes. 2 small wall games and that was all. To charge for it nearly a £12 I think is shameful rip off. My toddler spent time there crying as there was nothing to do and he wanted to go to older children section where obviously is not safe enough for him and older children are running carelessly. Also the kids had food in the soft play area where the ice cream was on the mats. No one was watching. The gate always was left by older kids open so the toddler could easily run out to the older kids play areas where he was not allowed and there we had to deal with his cries again. It was hard to keep him in the small area. He had nowhere to run to let his energy out and the older kid's soft play was to difficult for him and dangerous. I gave 3 stars just becous I think the older kids play area is good enough. But for toddler's soft play I would just give 1 star only. Mums at home with toddlers allways look for something to do with them and the soft play there is definitely not enought for todler to let his steam out. Im actually upset for my experience today. Other mums were saying the same thing too.

Okay I’m really really disappointed with the place today just booked for my son for one hour and a half to enjoy himself with his friends in jumping in Enfield,and by mistake,i booked it for the soft play area so we try everything we could we spoke with the girls that were in the counter and they was very disrespectful,we asked for the manager we’ve been waiting for 30 minutes and my son could not stop crying,this is bad experience really bad Service and I’m very disappointed it’s not first time that we use this place. I had done my son‘s birthday party there all the time we booked there,so once we do the mistake we asked them to pay extra money to get in because he was with a group , and they said no, they said it’s not our fault is your fault, you did the mistake ,unbelievable in the end we paid extra money we managed to get in, but only because we told them we gonna write bad review so there was worried that’s why they let us in.

We went to Jump in on Thursday & booked the Afterschool Deal & Toddle area. It was simple to get through no queue not many kids. Watched the briefing video, put on special socks, there are lockers for shoes & clothes. Toilets just near by the lockers ( it was clean when we arrived at 4pm, filthy when we were leaving at 6:30pm) kids had loads of fun. After jumping we ordered pizza slices that came with deal. Waited around 10 minutes for them to be cooked. A lovely lady served us - although she was very busy - running between the counter & back kitchen baking pizzas. There’s parking on the premises. The only fault I found was that my son wasn’t allowed to show my daughter in the soft play area, she’s young and always goes everywhere with him - I just wanted him to show her how to climb up the soft area & the slide as it helps her with confidence & he wasn’t allowed to do it, so she was just sitting in the baby area of the soft play. Eventually I got her to jump on the trampolines.

Clean, affordable, nice variety of activities. Love bringing my little ones to the Sunday morning toddler takeover. Make sure you get in early as toddler takeover tickets aren't sold partway through the session (learnt that one the hard way). Reception is a bit hit and miss depending on which staff are on/ whether the card machine is working but very helpful and friendly for the most part. Trampolines are well maintained and the whole place is brightly lit and has a cheerful feel. The mix of free bounce, balance beam, dodge ball, inflatable slide and soft play is ideal for stimulating and wearing out little ones, and is also fun for grown-ups if they feel up to it! I can't usually afford to buy snacks there but haven't had a problem giving my kids food I've brought with me, which is such a help and means we can go more often.

I had a birthday party booked in, which I arrived 30 mins before my time in order to start on time and leave on time in case another party was booked after mine. At reception I was told my party host was waiting for me which was never the case. The party that was booked before me wouldn't leave and to be honest nobody seemed to have done anything about it. The was no communication between the host and me unless I approached reception to ask what was going on. Too many staff present but nobody doing anything other than just talking but when real help was required (called Marshalls) nobody was around to help. First time experience and totally disappointed for the amount of money I had to pay. Extremely poor service and wouldn't recommend it to anybody who wishes to book a party. The only positive was the pizzas.

The soft play for my 8 month old cost us £11 yet the section for her to go in had nothing in there. It was a tiny section and the bottom of a much larger soft play structure which had a couple of large soft blocks and some faded puzzle time toys on the wall and nothing else. It was dark under there as it was covered by everything else and there was food all over the floor. Much bigger kids kept going into this section which made it challenging to let my daughter roam freely as I was concerned in the dark the other children wouldn’t see her. I wouldn’t recommend this place to take little ones to soft play.

This place is awesome! I've never had so much fun in ages. It's full of trampolines! Wooooo! I went there for sport and to have a good time. It was nice and easy, I booked my 1 hour session online, signed a waiver, logged in, and I was ready to go. Lockers are available to store valuables. Watched a 3-minute safety video before going in. There's even a climbing area in the corner too. I'm going to try that some time. Ideal for families, and parties. Or for solo fun, like me. Lol. There's a cafe to eat and drink. And a soft play area for smaller children too. The place is clean and tidy. The staff are friendly and helpful. Perfect place for lots of bouncy enjoyment. Highly recommend. ^_^

Had a great experience today at the trampoline park with my 4 year old son. We booked the toddler session and he really enjoyed the whole experience and was able to play without it feeling unsafe with kids rampaging around. It was fairly quiet so he was able to explore everything. There’s parking available for free outside which is always a plus. The customer service was brilliant and they also keep an eye to make sure kids are not misusing the equipment. Kiera our server was brilliant! Very friendly and easy to talk to. Fantastic place to entertain the kids of all ages as there is something for everyone. Went here with a 2 year old and a 11 year old and they love it especially the foam pit, I must admit I enjoyed it myself even if I did keep getting stuck in the foam pit. There is a small cafe inside where you can sit and get a drink if you get tired or even for the parents that don’t want to join in can just watch. Great place to come especially in the school holidays. The only reason I am not giving it 5* is because the toilets are quite a walk upstairs which was a bit far with a 2 year old.

Had an absolutely amazing time!! Erild at the main desk was kind, considerate, and had a great smile! He was genuinely a great guy and his welcoming and friendly demeanor made our first experience here a memorable one! The place itself was spacious and had plenty of areas to bounce, pounce and "jump in" The only thing I would suggest to improve the experience would be if you offered an adult only session. But other than that, had a great time and would go again! 11/10

Came here for the first time with my nephews. I hadn't booked in advance so was told to go and do this first online. Staff should be more willing to help customers do this, especially for the first time. I had problems trying to figure out what package to buy and had to get help from staff at the counter. She did point me in the right direction but it meant my nephews missed out on 11 minutes of play time. The boys loved it. The 1 hr package wasn't enough time for them but they will be back. They really enjoyed it. Parking isn't great so come early.

Great place, took our scout group here for a trip and they thoroughly enjoyed it. Booking was easy online and they offered group discounts for scouts and other youth organisation during the week. The only negative would probably be the service at the food kiosk as it was quite slow, had to wait for 10 minutes for the staff to serve the single customer in front of me their coffee. We also came at quite a busy time and were unable to buy extra spaces which is unfortunate. The kids had a lot of fun and overall enjoyed it so would highly recommend

We paid £500+ for 15 kids, the food was late for more than 45 mins and then asked us to leave because we had exceeded the two hour slot. Overall it was great, my kids loved it. The two hours was a little bit too much for them as they only jump 1 hour. Great place for the kids. The only thing I wasn't keen on was the soft play area. It's really dark, and I wasn't able to see my child playing through the nets. She also got upset as she thought she was lost. She is three years old and doesn't usually have this problem at other soft plays. But the intended purpose to come was for trampolining and the trampoline park was great

Quite a good range of stuff, including a climbing wall area. Not as good as Bristol Air Hop which has nicer facilities for jumping, and a bigger range of stuff (no climbing wall though) a nicer parents' seating area and is warmer (bit cold in here). Cashless, so don't bring money.

Chantelle is so funny and such great help. Love her and her team. Please never let them go. Would love her to run any future party bookings or any bookings I attend to. She made my day!

The trampoline Park is great fun, and a good workout. We recently discovered the climbing walls - they're awesome! It was great to see my son face these challenges and succeed. The staff are engaging and helpful and we have been back several times since! Parking sucks, though.

Sweltering temperature inside, even with windows open. Lack of lift / accessibility facilities - had to carry a full baby buggy and party decorations up two flights of stairs. Kids loved playing there, the adults had a harder time

Yesterday we had our sons 7th birthday party at Jump City it was fantastic all of the staff were great. They sorted the food and drinks they looked after all 22 children and their parents. Thanks very much to you all see you soon.

Great fun they do toddler sessions!!! Really great only this is it does get a big cold inside but you will soon warm up by jumping around.

A great experience. Have held both birthday parties at the weekend here and also weekday taking kids and their friends. Lots of fun. Make sure they wear t-shirts as they get very hot! The staff are very friendly and helpful too

I took my boys here and they loved the trampoline and soft play area. They are disability friendly and inclusive. It would be great if they could add more SEN Slots.

1st Friday night takeover and the kids loved it. Dimmed lights and music was really good. Rhianna was really friendly and helpful. Made a really enjoyable experience for the whole family. Definitely come again.

We had a great experience today for our son’s party. We were particularly impressed with our hostess Rihanna, who went above and beyond to make our experience positive. She was very patient and accommodating.

I had a lovely experience with my family. The manager Errol was very helpful throughout the whole session as were other staff members. My children had an amazing time and I would definitely recommend jump.

Disrespectful staff we only have 1hour and they made us wait for 15mins the system was taking long, there locker was not working i waste 10mins with the locker and of the day i was carrying my kids shoes

Its half term and what better way to get rid of the energy levels of young children. This is the ideal place to do this. Jump In a very good place has a nice cafe to relax while the kids go crazy.

The toddler soft play and trampoline part is kept nice and clean. Staff wear masks most of the time, but it's a bit hit and miss. However all staff are friendly and helpful. Price is reasonable.

Really good service from the receptionist and the young lady at the cafe. Definitely recommend. Enfield site.

Had a really wonderful staff member named erild who was incredibly welcoming and so helpful. Couldn't of asked for a better person. Their friendly attitude really made the visit worthwhile.

We went for my nieve birthday. It was on a Fridays night and after seven pm they had music and lights. It was great. My son had such a blast and now he wants to celebrate his birthday here.

The kids had a magical time and did not want to leave! Staff Rhianna and Kayla are true assets to the establishment demonstrating excellent customer service. We'll definitely be back soon.

Went here for my sons 5th birthday and 3 times before this. They have a under 4 soft play area also which looks like a lot of fun and a mini trampoline area for them also Worth a visit

Well done Jump In. Kids had a lovely time. Lydia helped us with the logging-in issues. She was very patient and professional, her customer service was on point. Her coffee was top too.

Climbing wall was booked for a party hour. Was a good experience, everything clean tidy and sterile. Hand gel positioned around the place. Kids loved the climbing and want to go back.

We have had the best time in the trampoline park the staff are so nice here there really here to help in any way possible. there is so many things to choose from just a whole day out

Great time at their toddler session - 3 year old had so much fun - great there's such a variety of things with softplay, slides, trampolines and air pad.

Kids had fun . But they have closed more sections off due to covid and the cafe system is a joke. Now you have to order via qr code. Staff are nice
