I had booked the after school antics for twelve children on Friday for my son to have a little party before his birthday. I couldn’t have left feeling more angry with the whole experience!!! The lobby smells like vomit and we were left waiting around to see someone. I had to go back to the lobby to get some extra socks and was left stood there, there were 4 people behind the counter so somebody could have helped me. Some of my sons friends have allergies so couldn’t have the pizza and had to have chicken nuggets, I was shocked that they weren’t substituted for the pizza and we had to pay extra for them. Some of the parents had ordered food for themselves which took over 45mins to come out and they had to go back and get them to make the food even though it was ordered to a table! We had to clean the tables down before the kids came back for the meals because the tables were really really dirty. The meals that were supposed to come out at 6 were 35 minutes late so not only was the kids getting bored and frustrated, the parents were too! We had to request 3 times where the meals were, the staff was not helpful at all! When the meals eventually came to the tables most of it was over cooked and some of the portions of chips were cold. We left feeling really let down and that it was a massive waste of time. I can’t properly explain how utterly disappointed I am with that whole experience. Absolute disgrace!!! I will not be recommending jump inc to anyone! I want a refund!!!

Prices are scandalous for 1 hour. And at them prices I'd of expected a better experience. 1st thing that come to me on walking in was the smell, foul unclean smell of infection. Our feet stuck to the floor. Lockers are shabby, most unworkable and just in poor condition. 1 small bench in that area. No good if you're a family of 4, no way were they sitting on the floor to change footware Ventured over to the slushy machines, the floor was just saturated and sticky. Not a mop in sight. The trampolines were ok, kids liked it but they would, the other stuff above means nothing to them. Went to the toilet to wash my hands, omg the smell in the ladies alone was pungent and the floor was just soaking wet,... pee or water?? Who knows God knows what the gents smelled like. Definitely a thriving place for viruses, germs and God knows what else. £68.00 I spent for 1 hour with my grandkids, and my husband and that's the conditions we got. No way will I ever go back there again. Try hiring a cleaner, because I bet none of them jumping areas have ever seen a clean .

Good bits first. The kids had a good time. Party food was good and staff trying their best. Not so good bits (opportunities for improvement) Please, someone mop the floor, it’s stickier than a nightclub carpet. Queue for coffee too long, mess in the coffee area, empty displays, cup lids strewn about. The QR codes for ordering food (from a table) don’t work. One of the screens in the coffee area worked, the others didn’t. Really long wait for waffles, like 30 minutes. Coffee order was wrong. Most of the lockers broken. Arcade machines not working. Buckets around to catch water from the roof. We took the chance to fill in all the waivers in advance and sort the dates of birth, but the system had lost them all, so there was a delay. Once the kids were out and bouncing we got told to do some waivers again. Er, no. There’s lots of broken and dirty things, this venue could be incredible but it needs someone to make a big list and work through it. And please mop the floor.

Arrived for a 2 hour session 20 mins early, as requested on website. Greeted with the pungent smell of sick, which didn't go away all the time we were there. Kids got in and changed their socks within 10 mins. Weren't allowed onto the park till dead on 10am. Can't see where the harm would be in letting them on a bit early - especially as I'd paid for a 2 hour session - not cheap at 50 quid for the pair of them. The place was smelly, sticky and not very clean. Flies buzzing round the cafe area. The staff didn't seem to care about the place either - there was a doorbell on the counter for the cafe to let a member of staff know you wanted a drink. I only ordered a drink because I definitely wouldn't choose to eat here. There's other trampoline parks locally that I will use instead of this place in the future.

Popped in for an hour, temperature checks taken on the door, staff were constantly cleaning down and they were so friendly There are so many different types of trampolines and a climbing wall too Had an amazing time, even the adults lol this place has everything, candy floss machines, live Sky football matches, a bar, cafe, shakes and desserts too. The seating area by the open roller shutter is a nice touch especially when its warm. Plenty of parking and more on the road outside too. I didn't take any pics of the trampoline area, there were too many kids and I didnt want to look weird lol Anyway this is the most professionally organised trampoline venue I've ever been to, suitable for adults as well as the kids, will definitely come again

This is an excellent way for the small people in your lives to bounce off some steam. There's so much to keep them occupied including an air track, more trampolines than you could shake a stick at, an inflatable obstacle course (not too strenuous!) and some sort of crazy wipe out style inflatable that the kids are absolutely buzzing about! There's plenty of seating and if you sit up top, you've got a cracking view. There's plenty of food and drinks available and of course the obligatory slushie, that no child I know can resist! Not only that, Asma was really helpful and super friendly. Excellent customer service and happy kids, happy days all round!

I came for the parent and toddler session to give my 4 yo a good workout and wasn't disappointed. Great trampolines and inflatables, they've really used every bit of space in there. It looks great and all the geat feels nice and new. I'd rate this above another orange coloured conpetitor in Leeds. Found it very clean and safe. Lockers are sadly a bit beat up, some don't close, some don't lock, I did manage to find a working one but they're in need of replacement. Reading reviews on here though you can tell the management care about the feedback so sure this will be sorted in the future

Great place to take the kids(and adults) to let off some steam! The trampolines and inflatables are set up in such away that they are away from each other but easy to go from one to the other. Music is played in the venue and the viewing area for spectators is situated above so you can see the area. Upstairs is where the party rooms are with an Escape Room. This wasn't been used whilst I was there so can't comment on it. Downstairs is the bar/food area, again I didn't use this but there was pizza, chips etc for sale. The Slush machines offered a big selection of flavours. The staff are helpful and always in the venue if you need any help. #getsomeair

I visited here last week with some friends. Overall, I had a great experience, I was greeted quickly and given wristbands and Jump Inc. socks to wear inside. Additionally, I was given a refillable slushie cup to use at the extensive slushie bar. My only criticism could be a fairly large spill (unmarked) at the drinks area. However, in the actual trampoline and inflatables park, I had an amazing time. I definitely recommend for a child/teen birthday party or general day out!

It's a brilliant place for kids it bigger than other trampoline places we've been to. My only complaints are (Leeds Branch): There is always this fowl vomit smell in the reception/bar area (some good pine disinfectant should get rid of it!) and the young people that monitor the areas should pay more attention when little ones are playing on their own (seen little kids crying they were jumping and got too far away from theis parents/carers). Kids love the place though.

Play facilities themselves seem great. However, why is the floor SO horridly sticky?! I have to forcefully lift each foot in turn to walk through reception into the play space itself. Very much reminiscent of a night club in Wakefield. The cafe area also had a pronounced smell of vomit. The toilet door was white… once soon a time. If there was great care given to keep the whole place clean and hygiene, it would be a good place to go.

Lots of trampolines and big inflatables to explore. My 8 year old loved the platforms that you can jump off of and had lots of fun trying out the different areas like the wall and basketball section. They have plenty of lockers available although a few didn’t work anymore. The downside was the service at the cafe. They don’t appear to have enough staff so you have to wait ages to be served. We will definitely be back.

If I could give 0 stars then I would. Booked online for me & my kids. £12.50 each! What a rip off! The place was dirty, dingy & smelled awful! There were used plasters stuck to the handrails, torn fabric, damaged inflatables, barriers & tape everywhere stopping you using the full facilities. No food or drink available - all closed off. What a shambles. I don't think there's a member of staff here over the age of 18 - all with a face like a wet weekend! Truly miserable! Avoid & go to jump arena instead!

Really fun place for both kids and adults. I went with a friend during the week and although there were other people, it was reasonably quiet. I'd recommend booking online so you can pay in advance and fill out any of the safety forms that need completing. There's a range of trampolines which are great, as well as an inflatable play area. You can take breaks whenever you want and get a drink or food from the cafe.

Although we had fun as a family, it was extremely disappointing that out of the 5 main parts of the facility, 2 of them were closed off, and some of the areas of the inflatable area were broken/ripped meaning my young boys weren’t able to make full use of it. To add to that, there were leaks coming from the roof absolutely everywhere with buckets and piles of kitchen towel dotted all over the place which didn’t seem safe at all.

We went for the toddler session on a Saturday morning at 9am (first time taking my granddaughter) I found the place dirty, food, socks etc in the crevices of the equipment I could of understood if it had been later afternoon and didn’t have time to clean, but first session of the day I would expected it to be clean at least if you are having very young children in. Not sure if I would visit again.

My kids and I love coming here! I’ve seen other reviews about poor cleanliness etc but our experiences have all been great. It can get busy but we’ve always found the staff super friendly. I snapped my Achilles last week and a big shout out to the staff, especially the manager Jo (I think?). She rang later to check I was ok. Can’t wait to come back!

Had an amazing experience recently, Cherry was friendly, attentive and provided exceptional service. She ensured that any questions I had were answered and she was very patient and kind throughout the entirety of my visit. We had a great time here. Children aged 4-10 all fully occupied for the full hour. This place is really big with a huge inflatable area and large trampolines at the back for solo practice. Cost is fairly standard across most trampoline parks. They offer bundle deals for jumping and food. Food and coffee seemed pretty reasonable too.

My daughter and her friend loved their time here. Plenty to do, no waiting to use any if the equipment. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We arrived half an hour early, and they let the girls join in the earlier jump, instead of waiting around.

Excellent place to bring for the whole family. Friendly staff and great location. A couple of minutes from M621 and few minutes away from Elland Road stadium. Plenty of parking on-site and loads of different things to do with all kids! Bring your own pair of grip socks to enjoy or they are £2.50 for a pair per person!
