Came with 1 suit jacket and pants, and 3 blouses. Gave them 4 days to just dry clean it. My advice would be to not bring a dirty suit here if you want a clean suit. Paid $40 for my suit to be given back to me the exact same condition I handed it in. I've never paid $40 for my clothes to still be dirty, in the future I will never go back here and will probably just clean my own suit at home. In response to your reply, if you stand behind your work and think it's acceptable then I don't see why you have to be on here to defend yourself. If you truly believe you cleaned my suit than you would have no explaining to do. I never once mentioned anything about the stains in my review and I came in at noon on Friday to drop off my suit and said I required it anytime before Monday. That gives you 4 days to figure out how to clean it . There are plenty of businesses who would've taken my suit and cleaned it within the 4 days I gave you but I chose your business as it came up first in my google search. You should not accept a "rush" if you aren't capable to do the work you are being paid to do. You offered I pick it up Saturday not me. If you needed to keep it until Sunday that was fine but you didn't mention that. You had the upper hand you got my $40 and didn't have to clean my suit so I did you a favour. I'm the one who has to wear a dirty suit for $40 not you so if you dont want a bad review then explain to your new customers that they must bring their suits already cleaned if they want a clean suit to wear to work

The alteration service is excellent. I brought a lehenga for my wedding that needed so much work including stitching the top and skirt together to make a gown, altering the width and length of the skirt which was originally designed as an uneven hem line, and making many chest and sleeve alterations for perfect fitting. Aisha's talent and expertise is truly amazing. She had such creative ideas to make the lehenga look even more beautiful. It looked gorgeous and I was so happy to wear it for my wedding and got so many compliments. She was also very patient and accommodating of all my big and small requests. I have never had someone put so much time and effort to make a dress so perfect. She genuinely wanted me to be the happiest bride and did a fantastic job with my lehenga.

This is my first time writing a review. But i really had to. Below are my reasons for why i have given this review 1. Clothes werent provided in a timely manner 2. They forgot to give one of my shirts back 3. They lost my cufflings 4.One my shirts still had a stain on it. 5. Highly unprofessional staff Not sure what kind of operations they are running. We generally use dry cleaners for using clothes for an occasion or important work trip. By going to Just a Sec cleaners, they affected my work trip drastically by providing me poor quality dry cleaning service. I will not recommend this place to anyone. Thanks Vivek

I have not enough words to thank Ayesha for helping me n my family at the very last minute during my sister's wedding. She extremely went all out to fix our clothes which were made literally out of shape. She is a magician abd knows her work in and out. She has wonderful ideas and knows how to implement them. Besides her work, she is an amazing person, who helped us and kept us on priority considering the urgency and time line. She is a very polite, sweet person and always welcoming. This place lies … do not take anything to them … I recently took a dress .. called them before going specifically told the lady over the phone that there is a stain and I need the dress next day and she said no problem bring the dress … next day she calls me one hr before picking up the dress and says the stain we can’t remove so we need more time …. Right away I told her I need the dress asap …. I go to her store … and she’s not there I waited 1 hr she comes back with my dress in her hand …. She’s very unprofessional.. I would not recommend anyone ….

This place is very small and crowded and does not smell clean. Needed something last minute so gave them the benefit of the doubt. Pick up was timely and the stains were out of the dress but they managed to pull the material on the sleeve (delicate chiffon) and it now gathers. They put a clip in the wrong spot (they marked lower and put it higher) and it was an unsightly silver clip with a thick white thread down into the material. Had to take this out on my own and there are now small holes in the chiffon. I️ wouldn’t take delicate material here.

Where to start? They lost my $1000 Hugo Boss wedding suit. Made me chase them multiple times before acknowledging that they had indeed lost it. Agreed to pay compensation of a meagre $80 then retracted that. Beware - their receipt has a small footprint that they pay compensation of only 4 times the dry cleaning cost due to which you can't take them to small claims court. Moral of the story - if you have a valuable item to be dry cleaned, don't give this place even a remote consideration

I had an amazing experience at this place. I needed my clothes altered and dry cleaned within one day, The owner said "no problem!" And got everything done within a timely manner. I called many other dry cleaners in the area, no one was able to do alterations and dry cleaning within 1 day except for this place. I would definitely recommend, the alterations were done perfectly to my size. This place is fantastic.

"Just a Sec Cleaners" is a tiny little place on the back of the Emerald Green building. The woman running it is extremely friendly though her English is a little difficult to understand. I had a pair of trousers hemmed here and I can't complain about the service. She took the measurement accounting for the size and shape of my dress shoes, and the results were perfect.

Ayesha is a life saver. It was my wedding and my mum and sister’s clothes we got custom made had to be altered completely. Ayesha fixed all the clothes and gave a perfect fitting. She finished the job within two days and sometimes the same day for us as we had the events. She also altered my trousseau clothes. Thank you Ayesha you did an amazing job

I dropped my dress off 8 days ago to get a simple hem and was told I can pick it up today, when I arrived to pick it up I was told it wasn’t ready. Over a week to get a simple hem?! I picked up my dress and went elsewhere.

While the location is small, and can look a little cramped, they are quite a busy dry cleaning shop. The rates are very reasonable, and the turnaround time is good.
