*After receiving a Notice to Sue email to my personal email address in relation to feedback I have left. An email address I used to purchased the product from. I will re-iterate the feedback below is my opinion of my own shopping experience. The accusation below that I am a competitor has been recorded. I have now attached photos (click on my profile to view photos).* Honestly, this was the worst experience buying an item online. Not only is there a black mark in the gloss finish under the protective coating, the back piece wasn't cut to the correct size, we were missing screws, the wrong sticker on one of the doors.. We needed up asking a chippy to come and re-cut the back piece so it fitted. Now both my partner are very able to put together furniture, we've done this many times without difficulties like this. Sorry but it is terrible and we're are so disappointed that we spent all this money, waited so long (weeks over the expected delivery date). When I sent this feedback over a year ago... I never had any response from the company. We could have gone to Freedom, IKEA or any store, paid a couple of hundred more (at most) and had a piece of furniture that was good. A year on, out TV unit has the same black mark, the hinges are working okay, but the push magnet is broken. The 2 center draws don't fit very well, so you have to open the top one so you can open the bottom one. I can't help but think the positive comments are fake, because when I looked further into it after we had all these issues, I couldn't find a happy customer. The biggest issue being no customer service after payment.. Literally none.

Overall I’m very satisfied with my prime oak floating cabinet. Only the door is not soft closing, so every time closing the door make a noise bang sound and I wished you have a choices with shelves or no shelves inside the cabinet, because we don’t need the shelves and maybe that would cost a little cheaper for the cabinet. Because it’s 2.8m long cabinet, it’s divided into 2 cabinet 1.4m/each, the joint is not evenly cut, so my carpenter have to smooth it out otherwise made a gap in between. For the cable hole at the back of cabinet, we cut it according to our need. The one that you provided is doesn’t suit. The quality and workmanship is good, my cabinet still look beautiful with my 65inch telly. Thank you Jasp. I will order again in the future for sure.

FANTASTIC FABULOUS BASIC ASSEMBLY We purchased the Melbourne floating TV unit 2.4 meters, I’m just a basic handyman without qualifications and provided you constantly check and mark the centre of the wall and your levels with a spirit level and most important anchor into as many studs as you can find even if it means buying additional heavy duty brackets you’ll be right. We paid extra to get delivery within 7 days, it ended up coming in 4 days during the hight of Covid lockdown well worth it. The unit went together with precision all draws and hinges fitted flush and perfect and of course the unit looks stunning, so glad we picked this Australian company could have ordered a cheap import but thought nope, great decision in the end.

I was very pleased with the look of this furniture when I first received it, but within 24 hours of assembly it started sagging and it just went downhill from there. The assembly instructions consist of a single vague diagram and holes were missing that we had to drill ourselves. The process of getting a refund was painful, laborious and took over 3 months of constant followup. They had zero interest in customer satisfaction beyond meeting their legal responsibility to provide a refund and insisted we dissemble and repack the item to 'as new' standard despite it being fundamentally flawed and unsaleable. Their 1300 phone number is now out of commission and it is very hard to get in touch with anyone.

We bought the Extra Long London unit for our Theatre and it looks awesome!! The standard length was modified to meet our wall space. The unit came flat packed and every part and every accessory sachet were clearly labeled. Assembly and installation was pretty easy with just the basic tools. All we had to do was to follow the install manual. The overall dimensions were perfect and backplane cutouts were neatly aligned to match our wall sockets. The colour, finish and accurate dimensions exceeded my expectations. Thank you Jasp for translating my dream into reality. Anyone looking for high quality entertainment units at an affordable price, Just Modern Furniture is the place to go.. Highly recommended.

We recently purchased the Brisbane unit and are very happy with it. From the initial order to receiving the unit the customer service was both helpful and prompt but most of all the team went out of their way to assist us in rectifying and replacing part of the unit where we had made a mistake with measurements for cut outs, a true sign of genuine customer service that was very much appreciated. The unit came with clear instructions for assembly and the quality of the materials and finish are definately value for money. I would highly recommend as we are very pleased with how well the unit fits in our space.

So far we've blown away by our experience with Just Modern. Their couriers communicated pretty well and everything was on time. The product itself is clearly made well, seems durable and the assembly (albeit a little hard work due to the weight and safety feels) was pretty clear and smooth. One of our Camlocks snapped and the staff were incredibly friendly and support, we had a replacement arrive in a matter of days and they shared photos and instructions on how to replace it. I'd say overall we're very happy with our media board and have already recommended it to our neighbours.

Worst furniture I have ever brought I paid close to $2600 I waited over 5-6 weeks for it to arrive The worst part is it came un assembled... I had to pay a cabinet maker to come out and assemble to even find it not even lining up There very smart for not leaving a phone number, only via email because of how bad they would cop abusive phone calls I would NOT recommend this at all by all means, save your money and hire a cabneit maker much cheaper and easier Thanks for nothing..

The floating cabinet was delivered as a flat pack. The standard dimensions were modified to meet our wall requirements. The cabinet was relatively easy to assemble and mount on the wall. It looks great below our new TV and has been praised by house guests. It certainly has met our expectations.

Highly recommend!! Bought this lovely matt black 'Canberra Floating TV Unit' with installation kit and installed it ourselves. Installation was certainly not easy because we are not professionals, but with the manual, it was doable. The unit looks great and couldn't be happier.
