My experience with Just Spas in Hallam was fantastic. My spa was delivered and installed in August, but I wanted to wait till I had used it a bit before doing a review. The whole process was excellent, no questions were too much trouble for Janine. So many suggestions that I have been grateful for, specially the one about having the spa partially built in, to make it easier to get in and out of. After 3 months of use, I have just completed my first empty and refill, something that was quite daunting for me for some reason, but it is done and new chemicals added to balance the water. Thankfully, Janine was once again able to advise me when I was unsure. Looking forward to many relaxing spas in the future!!! Thanks Just Spas Hallam.

As a family of four, including our two energetic young kids aged 4 and 7, this spa has quickly become a cherished addition to our home. With a family of four, having enough room for everyone to comfortably enjoy the spa was a top priority. The 6-person capacity is ideal, allowing us to have memorable family bonding time, whether it's a weekend relaxation session or a starlit evening dip. After a great deal of research we chose Just Spas in Hallam. Janine was very experienced and informed, responding to all our questions and without any ‘heavy pressure’ sales techniques. The range to choose from was great, and our spa was ready early and delivered on time. Manufacturing occurs in Australia so unlike some of the other places we visited, there isn’t the extreme delay to get a spa. Covid has clearly refocused peoples funds from holidays to investing in their own backyard, so demand is really high! Several showrooms told us it would be a years wait. We got the spa we wanted within weeks from Just Spas and are really happy.

Purchased a spa from Just Spas in Hallam, the new staff were very friendly and communicated with us at all times. The spa was delivered as promised at the precise date. The delivery driver was very friendly and assisted us by removing 2 gates to bring the spa into position. A number of calls were made to the company for advice and the ladies were very obliging and courteous. We would highly recommend to purchase a spa from this company. Looking forward in purchasing a sauna in the near future from them as well. Great work to all the team at Just spas Hallam.

We absolutely love the spa we purchased from Just Spas Hallam. The whole process, from first choosing and purchasing through to the final installation and sign off was made very straightforward by all the advice Just Spas Hallam gave us. Not only did they supply a top quality spa, they also gave us great information on organisation of delivery, installation and even where to get quality fencing. Our spa gets almost daily use and I honestly can’t see that stopping any time soon. I would recommend Just Spas Hallam without hesitation.

Do not recommend this company at all They will suck u in to give them a good review straight away Ive had my spa fixed 3 times and and waited almost 3month to have 1 repair done, we where kept with out our spa for some time, Don't be sucked in by the trust, they will tell u wat u wanna hear but thenthe after service is so bad that they dont care , after 1 year of owning my spa im still facing issues so this company left me no choice now but ive taken my matter to vcat

Neil and the team at Just Spas have been excellent with providing guidance throughout the entire journey of purchasing, installing, and chemically treating our spa. We ordered the Cyclone Twister spa, and added some extra things like Microsilk, which is pretty awesome. Neil and Eliza from Just Spas have given us excellent customer service, and our spa is now one of the best things we own (especially in lockdown!)

Recently went to Just Spas Hallam and spoke to Rob. Provided plenty of advice on range of features and options and was able to assist with delivery. Got a great price on a quality spa from floor stock and delivery was completed within days, even provided complimentary start-up pack. Purchased my last SPA from this manufacturer 15 years previously and have no hesitation in recommending the service and the Spas.

Great looking spas at very affordable prices. The staff are very helpful and friendly. I got the Cyclone Tempest Advantage and it looks amazing. Delivery was great, we had to get it craned in and the whole process went smoothly and very well priced. We purchased our 8m swim spa from Aimee at Just Spas Hallam back in January. Due to council issues we were able to delay the build of the spa several times without issue. The delivery was quick and easy, and install a breeze. Aimee has been able to answer all our questions even now that we are using the spa. Our experience has been great!
