I'm so upset. So on Wednesday, we went to Lakeline Mall and had my kids' photos taken. They did so well so I told them we could ride the train. We went down to where the train was supposed to be, and it was closed. On the poster and online, it says open from 12-6pm. We were there at 2 pm. So, no big deal. I told my kids we could come back on Saturday. So we got a late start because I have a one month old. We saw the train lady and she said they were closed. Ok, so as we are walking away, she is driving the train around with 4 teenagers in it, and she couldn't even look me in the eyes. My kids were so confused and kept asking why they couldn't ride the train, that it was still working.

Doesn't care about those bought tickets already in time and been waiting sitting inside the train for 15 minutes. Was fixing some transaction with one other family while all others just waited endlessly!!!! Creepy customer service at round Rock premium outlets, stay away please.

Fun little train through the mall. Takes you on a little ride and swoops around 2ce for $5, or 3 for $10 or 6 for $20.

Went on this with our daughter. She had fun, but I think my husband had the most fun!

My daughter loves it. We ride it every time we're there.
