K4 have handled my business for some time. I would not dream of going anywhere else. Nick handled the drafting of my powers of attorney and my will, when I was very sick and about to undergo high risk surgery. When other lawyers would remind you how much they charge per 6 min, or pretend empathy, Nick remained super professional. At one point I was too poorly to attend an appointment, he made it happen at a better time. He and Preeti have since handled two house sales and a house purchase for me. The most recent sales and purchases took place during the COVID19 lockdown. The process was particularly stressful. I’d like to write a testimonial for Nick Foreman for the work he did in helping friends of mine when buying a house. From start to finish, I am told that Nick was just amazing. K4Law Nick Foreman and his team were utter professionals, from the moment they answered my original phone call until the exchange of deeds, all I came into contact offered a 5 star service. I was purchasing a lease hold property with that came additional complications. Nick Foreman and his personal meticulous attention to detail ensured I received the correct legal advise securing me additional indemnity insurance at no extra cost prior to contracts being exchanged.
