This being my 3rd trip to this restaurant, I expected great service and meal. (My 2nd trip was during Load Shedding, so I overlooked the misgivings). First question was whether load shedding was over and was affirmed, yes. Ordered my meal, waited like about 8 minutes. Meal arrived cold as ice. Looked for the waitron to complain and I said I didn't want this meal to be heated in the microwave. She comes back after speaking to the cook/manager and says she could heat the meal in the microwave. After this I asked for the cook. First thing the cook tells me, is that the meal has been sitting on the table for more than 5 minutes (which was about the time from me receiving the meal till she mentioned that). Eventually she said she would replace the meal, and then she and the waitron disappeared for more than 4 minutes. By this time I decided to leave and go eat at a place where I never get disappointed, viz. TSD in Springfield Park. I'm never ever coming back to Kaskade, more than the meal, the service is way beyond pathetic. I think the December popularity has gone to their heads and I've seen this far too often were a good restaurant quickly turns to bad due to their inept consistency of meal and service. PS: Subsequent to me posting my review of the pathetic service I received at this establishment, the owner and his friends have literally threatened me regarding the review. He has absolute no customer service or etiquette with his use of vulgar and crude language to get his point across. Just based on his feedback, I WOULD NEVER SET FOOT IN HIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN!!!

So since the family loves bunny hoping kaskades was on the list as we have not tried it before so lunch it was. Very tasty indeed rich in flavours and enough to hit the spot..we tried both mutton and chicken and both were lovely..my 3 year old also enjoyed the meals.The wife requested some extra gravy for her chicken bunny and to my surprise it was brought instantly with No extra cost as compared to some places. We also tried out ther chicken livers with a peri peri sauce that was loaded with onions which we throughly enjoyed. Will definitely try out the menu again!

Kaskade has to be the best place i have eaten and drank. They are so welcoming warm an loving, always leaves a great taste in our mouth plus enables us to listen an dance to great music. I feel so special whenever i go there as everyone remembers me. With covid being a world wide pandemic, kaskade ensures all protocol is adhered to. Really love this place, thank you to everyone who works their for always having a smile an ensuring customers leave smiling

Beer was warm. Too long a wait for them to chill it upon request. If you're charging R35 for a beer it better be cold because i can have ice cold beers at home for R15. Tables were filthy and worn out. I was the only one in the restaurant for Friday lunch at 1pm so food can't be a priority for them which is a huge warning sign for people who prefer not to get food poisoning. This is not a place to come and eat or have a cold beer.

Went with my family as we were told that they make great bunny chows. Got there and ordered while listening to the live band. Food was delivered within 15 minutes and presentation was on point and food smelt delicious. Started eating and was immediately hooked. Definitely worth a revisit to the venue, great music! Even better food! And great hospitality by the staff. Indeed a revisit is in order!

Tried this place for their bunny chow was absolutely terrible. People who eat out like i do and can cook proper indian food will agree once they eat their bunny chow. Good reviews here about their food but makes me wonder if the people giving good reviews even know how to cook. Will never eat there again. First impression is always a lasting impression

I happened to order a quarter chicken bunny from this restaurant after reading the reviews. I must say I was not disappointed at all. Very nicely made and tasty. Sorry no pics lol. Will recommend this place if you looking for a decent well priced bunny. Waiting to try out the other dishes on the menu soon.

Disappointing experience tonight. Usually the best place for a Mutton Bunny. Busy tonight and poorly managed and understaffed. Waited over an hour for a food order, only to be told "there's no chef on duty - a waiter is trying to prepare your order".

Terrible service; food was average; nothing to brag about. The bar was poorly stocked. This is not a place for females thinking of having a girls night out as the crowd is mostly older men; my friend and I felt really uncomfortable as men were forward and kept staring.

It was my second visit to this place and i was really hungry so i ordered sugarbeans and trotters which was on special that day for 79.99 and i was highly impressed,i am even contemplating having my staff party there thats how impressed i was

Omg this used to be my most reliable go to take away. HORRIBLE BUNNY! Cold bread warm curry .sent it back came back curry was horrible and disgusting tasted like stew boiled mutton with stock. I puked my guts out.

Definitely the best Bunny on Florida Road. I've had ± 10 Mutton Bunnies from them over this last year and it's a consistently good curry. Broad beans is also something to be reckoned with. Can't ask for more.

Excellent place to chill with a mutton bunny with the family and thereafter enjoy the dance floor..safe parking with tight security and children are also allowed.would definitely recommend this place.

Authentic curry that tastes like your mums cooking! I truly enjoyed my night out. Wonderful large screen televisions keep sport fanatics glued. Good music that just pinctuates the vibey ambiance.

Curry and bunnies are amazing!!! Nachos are the best I've ever had to date! Dj is on fire! Only Missing 1 star because customer service was really slow. But otherwise, good vibe and good food.

Mutton bunnies here are great! Slightly on the spicy side. You could end up with heartburn after, but definitely worth it!
