Because I am married, and my wife is extremely spoiled, we are here quite often. They know us by name. Do you remember seeing us years ago and one of the lady re-minded us up when I used to come in a wheelchair and now that I’m walking. It makes her happy. Which interns makes the experience much much more better. I have never ever had bad service here the manager is a hell of a guy who is always helpful. in the young ladies at work they’re extremely knowledgeable and helpful. For a man who hates to spend a lot of money. This is one place that I really like going with my wife to shop. They do a great job. I’ve been to other K jewelers around San Antonio, and the one at Southpark Mall is the very best.

Was greeted when I came in by a guy working and he let me know they’d be right with me. Cool. Totally fine. I proceed to get in line behind a couple. Once there is a person available the lady in couple asks me if she was first or if I was as I am mid sentence telling her she was first one of the workers chime in, very rudely, that this lady was first. I’m like ok…I wasn’t trying to cut ahead and if you noticed while you cut me off in my sentence I was saying that she was first. Which I repeated to the lady to let her know she was definitely ahead of me. Just seemed super rude to me when it started off as a decent experience. Just trying to pick up my wedding band…not trying to start fights but ok.

I came in for a simple ring cleaning and ended up looking for a matching ring for my partner. I went in to simply ask a question about having a stone mounted. I was greeted by Sylvia Cevallos. Not only did she answer all my questions, she was able to get me WAY more ring for less than I was planning on spending. I returned a few days later to pick the ring up and she remembered me by name. Her level of service has ensured my wife and I will be customers for life. I cannot speak highly enough of her!

On Wednesday The lady's accused me of taking pic's and I have not...why would I? I'm in the food industry why would I want to take pictures of a jewelry store. I don't get it? I came in that day because I just purchased an expensive Swiss watch at Noth Star that day and I knew my jeweler would have appreciated the quality of watch.

Found a beautiful engagement ring that my fiancee loved, and Angelica (Asst Store Manager) delivered the resized ring on time and kept me up to date as promised.
