This is the shiny, new KFC in my area. And to be honest, I kinda expected to see the store put it's best foot forward. It's on a road that basically leads onto the motorway, so you'd think they would want to show they know what their doing, or that their excited to be there. Same old KFC themed issues, staff are absorbed by hanging out with other staff, the order comes out wrong, 2/3 of the menu disappears 30 minutes before close. A memorable experience would be the time when they neglected to match the pricing of their own app, when the app wasn't working. For that, I got charged roughly 50% ($18) more than I should have. But man, if I didn't like the food they sell as much as I do, this C- would be a D-.

Online Order number 1644 on 18/12/23 and picked up from the counter around 1:30pm. The snack pack was extremely salty (at least 3 times than standard). I have not ordered extra salt on the snack pack. The small fry that was part of the wicked wings order was also extremely salty. Both food was thrown in the bin and I feel bad to waste the food. The lady who was preparing /serving was a bit weird. She was shaking salt on the servings like a maniac without thinking. There were lumps of salt in both the servings. Feel free to check the CCTV footage if someone cares. This is my home store and I think the issue is employee related. Thanks for motivating to avoid KFC. It's a shame if KFC lacks in staff training on how much salt to apply on servings.

I am literally waiting ✋️ waiting and waiting in the drivethru. Minimun 1 hour wait in drivethru, something is wrong here owners, It's a fast food so needs better service and quicker. Waiting ✋️ for food for 1 hour in drivethru, is not what we axpect. Plus when issuing orders please ask the staffs to give us tickets, almost gave me wrong order. Chips needs to be cooked to order or at least hot and not Shoggy, we paid for this not asking free food. Also needs to be filled up completely not half way through. Been through many kfc but this is Far by most worse, anyone readings this review, just drive to minto or Ingleburn, instead waiting for 1 hour. Saves fuel ⛽️

Well finally seems this KFC had picked up its game, and I can now proudly rate it fully with 5 stars. Last two times I have gone through five through, it has been super quick and no mucking around. Today I purchased the Zinger Crunch Stacker, a burger that KFC shuttle leave on their menu permanently. Seriously the best burger I've had from KFC. If I wasn't so full from one I would have gone and bought another. First time in my life I have taken a burger from the wrapper, and it looked exactly like the one on the advert and on the menu board. Seems at my age you can still get surprises in life. Anyway, well done staff here, and well done KFC for a cracking burger!!

Food was hot, fresh, and served to us quickly. Major downside was that only 2 out of 10 tables were actually 'clean' and the floors were a bit messy too. During the entire time we ate, no staff members even attempted to clean the dine in area, even when one of them was seen walking past the mess. If it was busy it would be more understandable as they had service to attend to but it was pretty slow and drive thru seemed to have one car during our visit. Food was definitely a 5/5 but felt pretty yuck dining in a messy area where majority of the tables were covered in crumbs, grease, liquid, or rubbish.

wanted to order but some rude boy who had the name "owen" gave nothing but disrespect & attitude. my chicken tenders were dripping wet with oil & slimy. they weren't even crispy but instead soggy. the chips were half cooked & soggy. my zinger burger was dry, barley any sauce, & so stale. got food poisoning from the half cooked chips. When i was receiving my drink, the boy dropped my drink over the counter & exploded. he refused to give me another one and said if i was to get another one i had to pay for it, when he dropped it!!! i ordered popcorn chicken & barely got any. Worst kfc ive ever been to.

Where to start! Waited over 30 mins for my meal and the chicken was raw ended up throwing it in the bin. The manager (I assume) apologized for the wait time, saying that she had multiple staff away. While I was waiting for my meal I noticed multiple staff members talking so I put it down to bad management, not good enough. Also while I was waiting I needed to use the restroom, it looked like it hadn't been cleaned for a couple of days further more there was no toilet paper. Absolutely appalling performance from this newish store I will not be returning ever!

It's an ok place to buy KFC, I wouldn't say it's the best. The staff are nice and polite, and wait times are a bit long, especially going through drive thru. There's always a wait with something specific, which is unfortunate. The quality of food isn't the best either when it comes to their burgers it's like there slapped together by someone who doesn't care. It's not all bad. It could be worse, right? Seems like there is a lack of communication and leadership in the place!

being close to the motorway it’s easily used but… disgusting service not once have they gotten 1 order right nor have they even had pleasant service from drive through…. If you have 10-45 minutes spare after you order and pay no matter if they are quite or busy yeh maybe try this shop but do not recommend to anyone in the area.. there is one in ingleburn 5 mins away… go there. Has to be the consistently worse kfc I have ever experienced.. period.

Bought original recipe burgers from them and were half cooked. We were unable to even chew them. On the drive thru I categorically asked them to please cook them properly because last two times the same problem happened. Called them to register my concern and the staff member asked me to bring back the burgers and them they'll be evaluating the issue then decide whether it is half cooked or not? Really disappointed from the customer service. They have lost another customer.Thumbs down

This is literally the worst kfc franchise ever. We bought a cheap as chips meal and boy how cheap they are with the portion. We supposed to get 8 pieces of chicken instead we got 6 pieces and they all small burnt wings with one drumstick. Please check your meal box before you go out as their staffs can’t count.
