Average Update: I decided to try again and boy am I disappointed. Granting a start is unfortunate, because no star would be more appropriate. I wanted to try a large burger meal like the Double Crunch, but they were out of stock of the big buns. It was the beginning of the lunch rush. I then ordered a Crunch Meal and got this tiny little soggy burger. I thought it was meant to crunch. This was accompanied with a small box of chips, which was half empty. I guess I need to be appreciative that the chips tasted good, because they were prepared perfectly, but this does not make the experience any better. Terrible is all I can say. Sadly I will be crossing KFC off the list of places I will be eating in future.

Horrible service at KFC yesterday. Stood for 10 minutes waiting for someone to assist at the counter. The staff was at the kitchen. No one in front to assist. There after I ordered wrapsta box. Lady who assisted stated they no longer have rolls or wraps. I changed my order to streetwise 2 and zinger wings. Waited 15 minutes for my order. There after i decided to enquiry why it was taking long. They told me it would take 6 minutes because they busy with the wings. Which was not true ended up waiting an additional 12 minutes. Awful service, staff constantly in the kitchen and no one to assist. If they unable to maintain proper service during loadshedding it better to close store.

Wow what can I say!Service is always terrible and the only great service you get is from the Management who always has to do damage control due to the staff being so non-chalant! You make a request when ordering your food but when you get your food they have to change your order to what you requested.They always out of wings and will not inform you when purchasing that there will be a waiting period for your order...then after an hour you realise this is ludicrous just to find out you are going to get yours with the 3rd batch of wings going into the fryer anyways I've decided to go less there if I can help it...

Not worth the money! The service and the portion sizes reminded me why I don't ever eat here! First they didn't have what I wanted, then the staff barely acknowledged me at the ordering counter and when she finally did come take my order I felt like I did something wrong to make her dislike me. The regular chips was tiny and not even full and the burger was about the size of my thumb. For R50 I regret not going somewhere else and getting something more filling and worthwhile.

Due to a limited parking availability, one has to wait outside the drive thru for your order. Staff usually brings it to you outside.

Went to buy 1x Rounder Meal and 4x Streetwise Two for workers. When placing the order I asked specificly NO WINGS please and repeated myself 3 times (same lady that takes the order and payment) and even repeated myself at the When collecting the lady asked for my slip, which she took and then gave back my Pack with Food only to realise at home NO SLIP (as proof) and all the 4x Streewize Two has ALL got wings. Tried to phone No answer. Amount was R213. 50 and time was 18:08. This is the Bellville Strandstreet Branch. Dissapointed.

Not to good of an experience. The lady that helped us wasnt to eager to assist. We ordered a family treat and there were no zinger wings available. Instead of suggesting a replacement for the wings she just made it clear that the family treat is not available. We had to basically guide her to offer us the nuggets as replacement. When we received our meal we had to go back and ask for serviettes, teaspoons for the coleslaw, straws and even the tomato sauce. Not to good of a service. The food though made up for the bad service.

This is my 2nd time at this KFC 1st was okish but this time... Terrible i bought the R200 special 9 piece chicken mash coleslaw an chips and a crunch burger meal nugget meal. Oily greasy chicken a large chips was a small an dry the mash an gravy was ok. The crunch burger looked like a junior chicken burger... Every thing was just horrible terribly disappointed wen u super hungry...

Went to buy x2 streetwise two's for me and my friend, chips were fresh but the meat we not nice at all, it was hard and had a black bone, had some kind of a smell as well. Had to throw away the second piece as it had the same problem.. even my friends meal was the same.. was really not impressed by my meal.

Went on for a few min then drove around to each window. The manager, confused, opened the window and said they're closing for the next hour. No apology. That's most kfc's though. Bad service.

We went to buy twister duo for R99.90 on drive true but when we have to pay we were asked to pay extra R4.00 for cool drink because of they didn't have suger free cool drink, I asked them to swap with water they told us that it's gonna be more of which it's not like that so we ended up to get the twister and small chips with no cool drink

This store is dirty. The drive through is so narrow if you drive a bigger car...i know for a fact that drug dealers hang out around that area...and it somehow affects me to refrain from going there...the adjacent garage dirty too...seems no one cares about the property. Don't expect to be helped via drive thru in the morning, either nobody at the window to assist or card machine inoperable. The competition opposite, with the red and yellow sign, is stealing their business and right now 'I'm loving it'!

Never provides ketchup with meals (very annoying) , hardly ever has zinger wings and then also struggles with crunch burgers every now and again. I've experienced this at this kfc only, must be a planning issue. But I will say that what do I order is always well made. More

I find KFC Bellville to be one of the best KFC'S I have been to. Their chicken is always moist and never have I had a dry piece from them. Their staff there are also very friendly and polite. Keep up the great work.

Probably the worst KFC branch in western Cape. Always short of something, either chicken or ice cream or buns. The service is terrible, even the female "manageress" doesn't have any HR skills and treats a customer as if she's doing me a favour serving me. More

The meat we got was from yesterday's left overs. the taste was off, the bones were black in color, the odor. We waisted our money thinking we were gonna get good breakfast
