Stopped in here to take advantage of the free two hour parking, I parked me all original mint condition EB S falcon here then walked up to Ferrari and Lamborghini in a knock off Dolce & Gabbana Leopard-Printed Tailored Suit, so I could pretend to be interested in buying a supercar. Noticed on the sign it was for customer parking only, is I got a 2 buck slider (it was amazing) first bite Zinnger sauce all down the front of me. Cleaned it up with a couple KFC wipes. Decided I was ready to walk down and start new car journey. 10min, later I was on the way back to get my tuff EB from KFC, noticed I still had and hour and thirty five minutes left of parking. Needless to say I was sucked in by KFC's advertising and I was like "bucket, shut up amd take my money" ordered the family feat for one and I was on my way he to corio. It was a good day out, I had a good feed and got within 5m of a real life Lamborghini. Had a good day, and sent it all the way home with greesy fingers.

Fine if you make an Uber eats order, they fill follow directions. Although if you go though drive through it’s pretty disappointing. I ordered the Zinger Box Meal, was given the wrong type of wings, only received 2 wings, and I asked for a extra salt on the chips (because for some reason KFC is very stingy with salt) and I received NO salt on the chips. I have gone through this drive through a few times and each time is so disappointing. I get it, it’s KFC, it’s not a 5 star restaurant, but I expect the restaurant to give me the correct items and at least follow orders. FYI please note: they follow all orders via Uber Eats, I believe it’s because it’s documented and if items are missing it can be reported. Like I said, it’s not a 5 star restaurant but I at least expect this particular KFC to deliver the BARE MINIMUM AND GET THE ORDER CORRECT. Do better.

this. this is what i live for. service is out of this world. the staff love us and we love them. been here over 20 times and never have disappointed. we've done food fights, cricket games, kick the footy and so much more fun tasks! i really recommend this as the place to go when you're craving kfc. they have the best service out there. give you free food even sometimes if they mistake your order. we go there before footy games, after footy games, before work, after work, before cricket, after cricket, before soccer, after soccer. literally any time of day, this is the place to be. everyone is so nice here. we ran a game of cricket the other week upstairs the kfc and it was really fun! me and my friends all love this place. only place i want to be at. I LOVE BURNLEY KFC!!!!!!!!

Possibly the worst KFC in australia. Im a Richmond local and not one order in the last two years has been correct. Wrong order provided two times tonight and gave up accepting the third order unchecked after waiting 20 minutes, only to get home and no salt at all added to the chips. Took them back and finally asked if this was a corporate or franchise store, expecting to be told it was a corporate store… Surprised to hear it was a franchise store. Dear franchisee, please train your staff to follow correct processes and ensure you spend time instore ensure these processes are followed. Have waited two years to finally get to the point of writing this review after countless poor experiences!

I'm here WAY too often for my own good. I'm sure all the staff know my order and name by now. Everyone is super friendly though. So many fast food locations slack off when its busy, but I've never really waited a long time here - at least not relative to the number of people. Only wish that sometimes more priority was given to the in-store over drive through, but thats not on the staff, rather the industry/business as a whole. Definitely recommend coming here for some fresh chicken, and nicely salted chips.

Ordered wicked wings for take away. It tasted absolutely stale, almost as if they were fried in extremely overused and dirty oil. Extremely salty and lacking the usual fragrant KFC herbs and spices taste. To sum it up, stale chicken deep fried in dirty oil. Only able to stomach 4 out of 15, had to throw away the rest. That’s how inedible they were and I grew up finishing my meals with clean plates to avoid food wastage. Will genuinely not come back here again. Rather go KFC at Vic Gardens. The chickens in the photo were dark brown, not the crisp light brown ones my colleague had at work just the day before at another branch.

3 times in 2 weeks Every time the wrong order has been given. If you have a customised order, please check it on the spot. Otherwise will be surprised when you get home. Always asked for no lettuce on burger, but they don't care about that. Items were missing or wrong. Chicken wasn't fully cooked. Pretty Ordinary. Ordered an ultimate box. Burger had little to no lettuce. Wing tasted bland with no herbs and spices. Fries were not salted. When are they gonna learn? We want salt on our chips!!!!! I cant fault the chicken usually and usually night service is better than during the day but they are so allergic to putting salt on fries. One time I even asked for salt packets in anticipation of horrible dry unseasoned fries and they didnt even have that. This could easily be remedied.

One time I went here and had wicked wings so out of this world food I called to tell them. It’s sad that when they picked up the phone they asked me what was wrong with my order because those boys made magic that night and didn’t know it. Might not ever come back in case it ruins my memory of the best wicked wings I’ve ever had.

We drove past thought we will stop and have feed. 4 meal boxes bought all chips were so stale it was not even eatable. The upstairs eating area is more filthy that the streets out side and god for bid if you wanted to use the toilets. Biggest waste of money for the month.

No knowledge of the concept... the standard you walk past is the standard you accept Every one on duty walked past the most filthy floors and benches and could not careless. When I said please clean the table they only cleaned mine. Nice enough staff but couldn't careless. Food was bearable.

Pulled up the drive through. Had my food within seconds. Not only was this the fastest kfc experience I’ve ever had. It was also the juiciest freshest, most delicious tongue tingling sensation I’ve ever had. Amazing service, efficient service, all in all an incredible kfc experience.

Order was incorrect despite docket being accurate. Very rude response from the female server. Also the original chicken pieces were not up to KFC standards. Looked to me like chicken cooked in dirty oil that was not hot enough. Chips were sad, cold and undercooked. Sloppy.

Great location, small carpark. Food is very fresh. Unfortunately all tables and floors are very dirty, upstairs, downstairs and outside.

I’ve been going to this KFC in Burnley for 5 years and they have been nothing but great customer service and give you what you request for. I usually go drive through and they always try to be as fast as they can. Keep up with the excellent customer service guys!

It's a KFC, there's not much to say really. The place is clean. The staff were friendly. The app actually worked. The food was hot and met the usual KFC standards. Didn't spot Ken though I guess he was busy out the back with the Chickens.
