Just been there and placed an order with Nontu , apparently they could not supply a slip due to their system having a problem I do have have my card slip on hand.firstly I ordered a all in one feast and two crunch burgers for my kids so requested for white sauce,I arrived home to find that my kids can't eat the burgers because of the burgers being with hot sauce, I tried calling the store for about 6 times now with no answer, Secondly if you call the store as being halal yet allow people to walk in and sit and have alcohol in full view of management, staff as well as other customers, as far as I know most stores don't even allow food or beverages from outside to be consumed in stores let alone alcohol yet being halaal certified. Aside from being utterly upset by my kids not having a meal that they so desperately wanted due to as having load shedding we can't make another meal and this branch does not answer a call.i stay almost 20km away from that store. It wasn't like they were busy,the guy who assured me that wasn't a problem putting white sauce on the burger helped Nonto was also assisting with drive tru orders. I would say it's one of the best kfc around , being 24hours having a drive thru and a fair size sit in also free wifi ..the staff sometimes are very nice ,one or 2 of them have their days, the day manager looks like she wants to moor someone im guessing its not her day. I've been coming here now for a few years and there's always improvements on service ..they need a proper coffee machine wasn't working properly ok sharp kfc is always tops

The location is great to have a meal. The drive-through is a little shaky. I would say check your order before leaving. The sit down, which is great , Staff are always around and happy to help my meal was exchanged when I had an issue with quality

I arrived about 30 mins before they were meant to close on Thursday 23 November. Staff said they only have certain pieces of chicken. I was looking for a veggie burger and chips. Complained on their socials and they promised to get back to me twice. Never did. Also super dirty and drive thru thats basically drive-wait. Management doesn't care. Will be going to Pedro's across the road. Done with them.

Dont waste your time here. Placed my order at 9:19 only got it 40 mins later. After waiting 20mins the lady told me that my order will be done in the next 20mins. This was an absolute waste of my time. Never going back to this branch rather go to a restaurant. They really live up to the fast food name.

Went through the drive through. The lady on the phone had a lovely smile, and was patient. Through the collection window, I could hear the employees were in a good mood, laughing together as they got the orders done. Swiftly done.

Everthing is above expectation. Fast and friendly service. Food is always fresh and tasty. Only hassle I had was that I asked to swap the coleslaw to mash and gravy as my son loves that and it wasnt swapped.

This KFC is filthy inside if you are going to sit-in and eat your food. The least that can be done is get someone to clean the floors and tables to keep them clean for customers. I walked in and had to clean my table first. Stuff is loud, shouting at each other. This KFC needs proper management unfortunately.

Long queue in drive thru and when I asked the assistant what the reason for the delay was, she informed me they were out of chicken. How can KFC run out of chicken. Please rather close the drive thru than waste our time in such cases where there is no chicken
