The food was terrible , I bought this for my son and he doesn't eat much but that was ridiculous. The Drumsticks had hardly any meet on them at all and the chips were terrible. definitely a waste of money. I made a complaint via the KFC feedback system they have on there receipts and its been 3 weeks and no response. More

This KFC is the most poorly managed restaurant of all KFCs I have been to. Twice they have run out of chicken at dinnertime hours and not to mention are never prepared and have very long wait times on their food. I recommend you take the extra 9min drive to Hoxton Park and save yourself a disappointment. More

Worst drive thru in Australia. How it goes from there'll be a 4 minute wait on your order to having to walk in after 15 minutes to pick up food that had been sitting somewhere because it wasn't only just made. We go here often as it is our closest KFC however it is beyond ridiculous that lately they never seem to have any stock. Always out of something or multiple things - no soft drink besides Pepsi, no zinger chicken, no wicked wings…. Please start learning how to order sufficient supply if that’s the problem!

Mathew gave the best customer service i’ve ever experienced from a fast food restaurant in my life. Out of all the KFC’s i’ve been too, this is probably the worst ones ive been in to. First off, my twister wrap was plain and not even filled, when I was trying to order my wicked wings, they said to wait for 15 minutes and lastly, the mash potato and gravy was old and raw. Absolutely disgusting.

Consistent quality of food is important in fast food. I've been here before 2020 and have moved house years later and still the food is perfect. Chicken tenders have just the right amount of pepper, the chips are fresh and not too salty. The boxes aren't oiley underneath. Well done More

Waited at drivethrough for more than 5 mins but no one responded. While I went inside the store and told the boy that I waited at drivethrough for 5 mins, the boy had expression and did not care to say sorry. That boy needs major improvement in customer service. More
