The staff at this KFC are the worst, they aren't trained in any aspect of customer service or food presentation, and the cleanliness of the front counter leaves alot to be desired. On one occasion it took them 3 attempts to get my partner's order right and all that was asked was no lettuce and no chilli relish on a burger. Today when I went to place my order the staff member just stood there staring at me with a blank expression no hello, no communication at all, when I commented on his manner he said it's not my fault I have ADHD, another staff member basically threw my order at me and gave me the stare of a serial killer! Eating take away meals in this economic climate is a special treat not an everyday occurrence, in future I will be spending my money elsewhere. The owner of this store needs to have a look at how their business is being run and represented, and the amount of food wasteage and profit loss from the incompetence of their staff.

Today my wife and I visited KFC at about 3:30 pm on Friday 9 th December D 2022 at Narrellan INOT in centre.I have been to this store several times throughout the year. Bought a meal big meal today.Instead of 15 piece of original recipe , requested to swap 5 original recipe for tenders.After reaching home found that the tenders are missing.When I rang them back the lady insisted she saw her colleague packing and there was the tenders.She made me feel like am lying.Worst service ever.Had bad experience with the service before too.In return for the inconvenience offered a 20 percent discount on next purchase.Just fooling customers.

Standard KFC restaurant was tidy and clean when I visited. The Staff were present and sorted out my order. Plenty of seating available to consume your dirty bird push! Once im done with the breasts and thighs I love to throw my bone back into the greasy box grab a few wet wipes sort myself out then have a little cry and a nap before continuing with my day

Just bought a 3 piece box from KFC Narellan Shopping Centre with bread roll, gravy and potato and chips. My bread roll has been eaten by rats on top. And the chips were half dead raw. The potato and gravy was rancid. They would have noticed that it had been eaten away. But they just don't care. Won't be going back again discusting. I don't even want to give them 1 star rating but I have to.

I had ordered on the app a burger feast everything was fine until we found out one of the burgers didn’t have any sauce and was partially raw on the right side of the patty in the middle, and both of the large chips were not salted?

Got my order wrong twice after I told them they got it wrong Staff were rude and one had a nose ring upside down. I mean come on.. If your going to disappoint your parents then have the decency to insert nose ring right way Plus I saw a crow outside the KFC window so I just knew it was going to be a bad year for the stock market in China

The service was disgusting, the server didn't even know their own items and the manager was extremely rude to me. They didn't fill up all my chips, my go buckets were half empty and they refused to give my sauces to me without me paying for them again.Will not be returning to this place again. The chicken was the only good thing.

Today we visit kfc and spent $38 on two meals the only thing that was good was the zinger burger the chicken tenders were raw the chips raw and the potatoes and gravy were slushy omg what a terrible meal it seems like lately we have been coming here the food is disgusting and the $$$$ you pay you think you would get much better

Ordered a box combo, and 6 nuggs. Cause nug is life. Anyhoo, lady gave me just a burger combo. I had to practically tell her all the pieces to add into the bag. Oh, and then charged me 2 bucks for my worries.

9/6/22 - I don't know what it was but this was my first time having KFC from here and my GOD was the ENTIRE MEAL DELICIOUS. The chips were like perfect, they weren't too flavoured to where it was overboard with the gravy, and don't even get

They forgot me. They just kept handing out food to people coming and going. It wasn't until I went up to them and asked them what's going on. Food came out instantly after that. Really poor service. I won't be returning.

Mixed up my order 4 TIMES!!!! Waited a total of 45 minutes while they stuffed my order up multiple times. Ended up asking for a refund as I couldn’t wait any longer. Incompetent, uneducated staff. Stay away.

I've been there a few times lately and everything is pretty good. The friendly service with a smile provided by the young girl who is possibly named Clarissa or something close to that is second to none.

Despite what some people have said, KFC Narellan have never stuffed up my order and the people who serve us are always lovely and kind. Great place for a quick bite to eat at the Townie.

11.26am on 7 Dec. LOVE d lady at the till. This 5 stars are for her! Paris is her name n she. NEEDS a promotion/raise!!!

To me that either by luck or chance do I get freshly cooked pieces of chicken in my choices of orders but the service is good and efficient

Better today than most visits.(I live in a small town, so KFC is our fast food).
