Very worst experience at Xperia Dombivli KFC . The cashier punched the wrong order even I told her to punch two seperate meal. After that The Manager came his name was Sachin, he was very rude and arroganteven he was knowing the incident he directly said cashier to cancel my order without giving any options for the meal. As I am the staff from the other brand he was very rude to me but at that time I was the customer to them. He don't have any right to teach me how to talk As he don't know how to talk with girls. I was not there to get the meal for free as I was paying for the food. Even he didn't stop there, he threatened me by saying I also know how to order in your brand and going to complaint the manager. Such a Worst experience because of this kind of behaviour. Never ever visit this brand.

First of all there was only one counter open for the orders around 10 pm Staff was very rude and counter was empty for like 10 to 15 min .I only know the name of one staff which was Varun i guess he was new, but he was very slow and confused and no one was helping this him. his TL was scolding him and blaming him for his mess instead of serving the guests. We have waited for like 40 min for our orders.. I had a very good image of KFC because of the food and services , But now because of this mess I have to re-think to visit it again ...

Most worst experience from this kfc .....I used to order every time like 3 times in a week but today there was a large party at my home my 23 guests where waiting for your order they didn't have meal ....but your kfc has the worst service at all they didn't even have manners to inform a customer they informed me after 2 to 3 hours at 1:00 pm at night when I can't order from any else hotel also ....either I placed order on 10:30 pm like I have lost my patience very disappointed with kfc would recommend never to order from there very bad and such an illiterate people on reception to talk ......worst worst worst

Loved it. Workers were nice and polite. Ordering was easy, they have a token system. Your token number is displayed on the screen when the order is ready. Also have a washroom there. And the food is great as always. Overall a great experience.

These people simply cheat customers who order online. I ordered 8 pieces of hot and crispy, 2 burgers with 2 pieces of H&C and some dips with pepsi for a total of Rs.1588/- through swiggy from Experia mall, Palava city, but was shocked to see the smallest ever possible pieces of chicken supplied. I have similar experience in other places too, but this was the worst. Wonder how such a big brand can cheat people?? They do not have any basic standard for quantity. And finally, I decided not to order KFC again. Pathetic…. No more words to explain..!

On 01-01-2022 I visited your restaurant branch at Xperia Mall Dombivili Palava . I am sorry to say my experience with the staff and employees was completely un satisfied. I order one Veg Tandoori Zinger Meal and one Large Chicken pop-corn . My order was placed the same , when order arrived the Zinger was chicken instead of veg. I tried confronting the staff there with this issue , they were completely unprofessional . At first they denied to accept that my order was veg Zinger , which infact was the same punched in on Bill by Mr. Harshal I tried talking with the Branch manager Mr. Bharat He offered no good help and didn’t look over the issue closely.

Worst customer satisfaction and 0 professional staff. I had ordered a Loaded Popcorn and found an fly in sauces or cheeze, I humbley requested to listen my experience, the Staff on the sales counter replied very arrogant and cheap language "upar se kuch pada hoga, hamare yahen complain may karo ". The outlet manager Subha was present but couldnt do anything much rather then offering a replacement. This was disgusting and very ill treated by Francishee of KFC. Tip don't visit the outlet as they treat you like beggers and expect all the customers to form a queue and wait for the charity to be done by them.

There is no way am gonna criticise the taste factor of KFC. I have always been KFC fan. However I am rating this particular shop with 3 stars only because of the disorganised and confused staff it employs. The person who takes the order is not really interested to listen to your orders and always trying to push their preferred products down the customer's throat. The person ended up taking all the wrong orders and by the time I realised, it was too late. So it would be really great if you people can be good listeners and take the orders accurately rather than spreading confusion.

The service was fast and the staff were courteous... Had ordered a friendly meal something, the popcorn chicken was fine, virgin mojito was well prepared. I did an online transaction that cost me 681 rupees. But from their end, it showed the transaction failed. Had to pay again with the card as they said it'll be refunded back within a few days. Now, it's been over 13 days and no sign of coming back. It's like my money got lost in thin air. Well, Paytm shows you guys received the money and I also have the UPI transaction number. Bought a Buddy Meal - ( two zinger Burgers ) and Popcorn Combo today through SWIGGY. Dissapointed with the taste, crispy and hotness of Popcorn ....Zinger burger was also less hot and crispy still it was ok in taste. Usually KFC has awesome tasty and nice meals in all its branches across India...But totally dissappointed today. Dont know whether it was due to huge delay in delivery which made so or the corona lockdown times which caused the fall in quality. Wish KFC notes and improves it .

My Son Goes Several Time Here For KFC

This is the second bitter experience i had with this outlet. Yesterday we ordered takeaway 8 pieces hot and crispy. They served us the item very hot and fresh. I took it home amd we consumed including my 4yrs old daughter. Within an hour, we all started puking and we puked almost for a couple of hours. This is insane. After paying such a high price, you are selling poison. If you cant manage shut doen the dam store and do not play with people's health

KFC has always been on top of my list to satisfy my taste buds for chicken. Ample seating space but This outlet is usually crowded most of the time. The staff is responsive but service is quite slow. Or maybe it was because of the crowd. We ordered mingle bucket, fries and coke. Chicken popcorn was good. But the hot wing and stripes were a bit off. Didn't taste the same as other outlets. Overall there are many other options to try. Definitely visit.

I had a invite and the staff was very nice and polite. I ordered the new launched Chizza with coke and fries and have to admit, it is soo damnn good (Finger lickin). The chicken was fresh and cheese quality and quantity was also nice. Sitting area is comfortable and ambiance is great. It is a great place to visit with your friends or family. There is usually a wait depending on your order. But that wait is totally worth it. A must visit.

Was delighted to know that finally KFC opened up at Xperia... But unfortunately they could not handle the rush... Resultantly, they served undercooked chicken... Never place an order from this place.I placed an order through Swiggy they called and said another driver picked up and hence canceled the order. So placed another order , when delivered two items were missing. Pack was opened so nothing wrong with the delivery person. It’s again the restaurant that messed up again. Ridiculous service .

I received waste items for the my ORDER. I ordered 6 pieces of HC at 549 + tax @ rs 584 and received tiny 4 teg piece and 1 waste part. They have been fraudulent to me and I call customer service no on map and call got connected to rajestan 3 times and they disconnected. Such a shame. I lost my money.

I've been to KFC for the first time and first time trying their chicken bucket and yet it's such a delicious one. Such tender chicken and the burgers I've ordered were so much perfect in size, quality and the quantity as well. I would definitely love to try out here again.

The service is pathetic. 25 minutes to take an order coz only a single counter open. And after waiting for so long to place n order, they say Hot and crispy chicken out of stock. LOL Even the quality f food is below average.

Chicken Bucket

Frauds, ordered playing 11 bucket, the quality and quantity was filthy. If you order online or takeaway you will find no difference between hot & crisps and wings. They cheat the customers. Don't ever buy here until you want to waste your money. Fed-up with KFC.

Service staff is insufficient to handle customers on weekends. Tables were not cleaned and crumbs were lying on table. They are part of a Quick Service Restaurant chain but service is anything but quick. Took over 15 mins for my order to be delivered.

WORST Service and lodha branch is working to close KFC. Ordered 3 times from lodha branch all the times they have sent some different item or else they miss to send some items, I don't know which nasha they do before starting their day. Worst service

Unprofessional, cash counter does not have sufficient change, been long queue only one counter in active on sunday evening, no up selling no suggestions, been 3manager on the floor still no discipline, for bill- bill roll is been used of Pizza hut.

Found Plastic in fried chicken… and they say this can’t happen… the. Who must have done this… delivery boy??

This is the worst kfc store ever. I always order zinger burger every time but the zinger burger from this store was worst. It had so less chicken in it also the chicken was cold. Never order from here.

The ordering counter and the order taking person was worst waited for 20 min but the order was not taken. Finally had to leave and was not able to njoy kfc food due to delay. Would recommend to keep 2-3 billing counter open at peak hours...

Service is too slow comparing with other , amd dinning place is very untidy . all the service man are too negligence ....

The worst service i have seen in kfc franchise. Dombivali experia mall. Staff is extremely rude and not even ready to listen properly. Please look into this. Very disappointed service

Not at all good!! Bucket chicken was not hot and crispy..and zinger chicken burger's taste was also bland.. disappointed..

Worst experience ever. I was in line and the cashier was asking other customer who is not in line. Next is chicken was not hot and crispy also water was falling where we are sitting. Kindly find the images to see.

Rude behaviour towards customers and the chicken tasted very raw not crispy at all,So disappointed.

Pathetic Experience...I had ordered 4 wings and they gave 2 strips without prior information. Quality is not like KFC actual one. Not worth spending 500 for this taste.. Adding on rude staff.

Worst service from KFC.. Only half of ordered items were delivered and not ready to admit the mistake. Not customer friendly. Not taking customer issues seriously.

Well everyone knows KFC is paradise for chicken lovers and this outlet is also one and the same.. The service offered was gentle and order came too quick..

They will serve you order after 4-5 orders who placed order after you. Staff is not co- operative. Bad experience at this place.. think before visiting.
