Not very happy! Was just there tonight to get a 14 piece meal that’s comes with four side! Plus fries! We ordered paid and left and started to check our bag and we did not receive our fries nor a receipt! So I went back and said politely we did not get our fries and the guy that didn’t not take my order says he was listening to the woman taking out ordered and then decides to have the nerve to keep shoving the receipt in my face saying “see no fries” And proceeded to accuse me of lying about French fry’s! Note we ordered gravy so obviously we would have ordered French fry’s for the gravy. Just common sense that fry’s go with gravy!

Only location other then Belleville one. Was closed for dining in due to covid. Meal was decent. But value for the amount you're spendng? No. Very expensive. Frustrating when you ask for your meal to be a certain way - all white no wings- pay a lot for that and they consistently mess it up. A phone call to them leads to kids of excuses as well as saying that the food was correct . Don't eat there often. Family from out of town like it for dinner when they visit. $87 for 2 bags of food. Bags weren't even filled. Otherwise, store was clean. Staff was friendly. Meal was done quickly. We were the only ones in there, otherwise it is usually a wait.

Not particularly happy with this location. During my last visit, I had to repeat my order several times due to the person taking orders not understanding anything I was trying to say to them - also irritating the people in the line behind me. When I arrived at the drive-thru window for payment, they almost charged me for the wrong order, corrected themselves, then gave me the food. (I'd just ordered a two-piece chicken combo with a diet Coke, for Pete's sake!) Upon opening the box in the parking lot to eat, the chicken was DRIPPING with grease. I'd only gotten one piece of chicken down before losing my appetite, throwing it out, and just drinking the diet coke instead.

I come here once a month or so for the vegan plant-based combo (regular mayo is vegan) and always tell people how tasty it is! (& cheap!) Today was busier than usual and Linda impressed me with her polite and personable service with a smile, while showing her team mentality saying "just to let you know, it's going to be a busy day" to her coworkers as more vehicles pulled in. She was also dealing with the technical issue of a quiet drive-thru speaker (was quiet for me listening as a customer too) but didn't phase her professional attitude, thanks to Linda and her team, I'm a happy customer!

On December 5, I ordered an 18 pc bucket meal for a lunch for 7 of my employees. It cost me $80 and boy was I ever disappointed!! The chicken was not fresh. Probably leftover from the previous day so it was very dry. Everything else was pretty good but come on, chicken is what you do!! Now you not only pi$$ed me off but all my staff were all disappointed as well. I will never order from KFC and waist my money. Pizza party sounds better!!

I ordered the chicken, bacon and cheese sandwich. It had to be the worst sandwich I've ever had. The smell was off, I mean, stale. I pulled it apart to find the which item was tye source of the smell. It turned out to be the bacon. By this time I had eaten half of it, I threw out the rest. This restaurant is a joke, I came in and used a coupon for 2 big crunch combo's for 13.69 and asked them specifically to make my sandwich a certain way. They did not make it the way I asked so I went back in and asked them to make it again and they still messed it up...so I went back in and asked for a refund which they did not give. Manager name is Anmol. I am not happy with my experience and will be calling kfc to make a formal complaint. Oh and they didn't put my coupon in and charged me full price for it. Absolutely ridiculous

Grease for one. I asked if still a special on she said no so I asked do you have meals for 2 and she said yes so I ordered that got home it was for 1i called but they wanted me to come and get a replacement but I am newly in a wheelchair so I have to asked someone to take me in my vehicle so I said no but no offer after that so I was very upset. The fries were slightly warm not good meal or experience at all. Staff need to get more training so they know how to deal with customers when meals are wrong, cold and they are angry.

Don’t bother wasting your money noone there speaks English and they will get your order wrong entered a coupon and everything comes up that you get with the meal but no still wasnt right somehow the girl working the cash was still confused and I didn’t get my large fries with my variety bucket a $30 meal with a coupon and missing half the items thanks kfc also the chicken is usually cold greasy and gross anyway so better off to skip to another restaurant unless you don’t mind cold/gross food and half orders

The chicken was terrible. It had no taste and the meat was dried out. This KFC is nowhere near the original taste. Not one bit of salt. It was so bland tasting I need to drink after every bite. I hope this is an isolated case because if every KFC has gone to this new nothing taste then I will never again eat KFC.

Employees are both apathetic and hard of comprehension. Popcorn chicken tastes old. Dining room, as well as bathrooms, are not up to standard on cleanliness. Store advertises their SPC rewards acceptance, and yet "do not accept credit card-coupled SPC rewards"; which I'm also pretty sure isn't allowed when locations are part of the SPC rewards group. At least their Brisk tastes good... All in all, would avoid.

This used to be my go-to KFC in the last like six to eight months they have just became so downhill always missing items with delivery not making items properly if you order through skip they don't bother to give you no ketchup and napkin fork for your order nothing I ordered the famous chicken sandwich yesterday and they gave me a piece of chicken on a bun that didn't even cover half of the bun.

I visited this Taco Bell and was very impressed with the service we received. The person at the counter (I think his name was Dakotah) was very patient and informative which made it easier to place our order. Later on, he even asked us if we enjoyed our meal and if we were satisfied with our food. It’s these people that make it a greAt experience coming to Taco Bell. Keep up the good work.

We stopped at your location on Saturday, April 9 to try again after the last meal was terrible in hopes it had improved. Not so. That chicken was dry and over cooked and basically tasteless. The service was fast but that is all I can say about this business. Unfortunately for you we will not try again.

Ordered 2 Supreme tacos hard shell for my child and got 2 soft shell instead poor customer service asked for to soft shell back and considering with vivid should not be doing that when its outside store will be the last time I go here have also had pink chicken in past but threw out poor management and employees never again ill go to marybrowns

We hit the drive through at 1057 pm on way home from Ottawa and Ruchika promptly took our order. She and another young woman seemed to be running the store. We were surprised as most places close a few minutes before actual closing time! Ruchika was polite and fun to chat with, food was good! Thanks for being open and staying open late for us!

Horrible service, always late opening, never ready. Grounds are in horrible state. Staff walk in after opening, no sense of time. Food very greasy need to change oil. I will be going to another one to try. Have tried this one every sunday for a month as my mother has Alzheimer's and eating can be difficult but going to another from now on

I should consider others' reviews here before i go there, employees there have no idea how to respect customers, after i ordered i asked them for ketchup, a guy there he told me his name is Anmood, he left me while i was still talking to him, the restaurant is very filthy, tables were dirty, it is the worst KFC i have ever been

this is a KFC/taco bell. It had fast service but they didn't give us any sauce nor ketchup so we had to go through the drive thru. prices were just okay. chicken taco double the price of the beef and doesn't taste as good. They didn't allow me to use their washrooms due to COVID so I had to sneak into Wendy's next door.

Chicken is very greasy and much smaller here now. Chicken popcorn is amazing though. Staff are lovely. The chicken is greasy on the outside, and slimy on the inside. Taste isn't bad, but the overall quality isn't there anymore.

Food is okay but be ready to wait for forever, get too much or to little of you food or the wrong order completely. The manager will apologize perfusely for taking 15 mins to make your meal and may even give you free food when all you really want is your order, and accurate and efficient service.

I went by drive thru and gave the order and wait was 7 mins told by staff and it almost took 20 mins and they dont even bother about time of customer. Poor time management and lack of customer service. Manager started Argue with me instead of saying sorry. Thats really Disgusting service.

Every time I have KFC I remind myself why I don't eat KFC But this one worst experience in kfc. I ordered basket-18 and drink, she forgot to put my drink, napkins. I came back again, another guy gave my drink even didn't say sorry. Worst guys they dont know how to talk to customers.

I'm not sure what happened to this restaurant, but at one time it had friendly service and good chicken. I don't live in Kingston so had not been there in some time. The service was anything but friendly and the chicken was so greasy that we threw it in the trash. Shall not return.

Clean restaurant. Staff were nice. Only thing I would prefer is that they have utensils, condiments and napkins outside the counter for guests to use.

This is a KFC/Taco Bell location. We mainly go for Taco Bell as my son likes it and I don't mind it. Not much to say as it's Taco Bell. As for KFC I don't usually order anymore as I find they've gone downhill compared to what they used to be like.

By far worst food ever! My "crispy chicken" sandwich was soggy like it had been microwaved...my poutine tasted like old fries with watered down gravy...id recommend doung the extra drive and going to the one on gardeners/ bath rd...night and day!

Picking up my order through dt after 9 pm there was a car in front of me so had to wait 5 mins in dt and they asked me to come pickup my order from front even when its ready up front as soon as i enter store where the manager was busy using

Not impressed. Half of eating area closed off and only half of tables (understandably) in other half available. The drink we chose at the dispenser was empty of syrup.( Just dispensed water.) Whole place seemed old and in need of a facelift.

Wow. I love KFC. There is nothing better than Dirty Bird. This location has super friendly staff and the chicken always comes out hot and fresh. The Colonel would be proud. I would have included a photo of the chicken, but I ate it all!

The service was unacceptable the cashier was making mistakes with every order not sure if he was a New hire or if it was language. While I was there he had messed up 4 simple orders including mine. He was not listening to the customers.

Food was used to be good here, but I would say the quality of food has decreased very much here, it was the only kfc in Kingston that I liked because of its food quality but now it’s not the same kfc that it was used to be once.

We ordered a couple combo meals that were supposed to have 2 chicken 2 tenders fried and popcorn chicken and they sent no chicken pieces and then barely apologized and did not even offer a extra piece or anything like that

It's KFC, (with a taco bell), could use a remodel but otherwise is a typical KFC with the same chicken you'd get at any other KFC. 30 seconds off the 401 so good for a quick and easy stop if driving through Kingston.

Fast service even with long lines at the drive through. However, the KFC coating seems different and sometimes there is pink near some bones. These issues haven't stopped me from repeated visits to this location.

The Taco Bell side is awesome. Fries Supreme for the win. Staff is reasonable. Free drink refills. Nice seats, not much of a view though. Nothing wrong with KFC, I just don't pass up a chance for Fries Supreme!

Best service , and quality of food , also clearly the best hours out of all the Kingston locations . Also the fastest drive thru out of all the KFC/Taco Bell locations I've been too including other towns.

Waited 15 mins for food at the counter. When walked in there was nobody else inside or in the drivethru. But a few cars came after we ordered and they got priority for 15 mins before we were served.

Went in at 4 pm on. Floors were sticky bathrooms had pee on the floor. Service was fast because we were the only ones there. My fries were stale and meat was dry. Would not recommend this location.

I think they have lost the Kernels recipe. Have breaded chicken, greasy greasy and no meat. I bought 16 pieces mostly wings and drums. Kfc has become worst then the chicken in the grocery stores

The food is very inconsistent. It's either luke warm or super fresh and hot. One think I do notice is there is no sense of urgency. Just because they're not busy doesn't mean I'm not in a hurry!

Go to Popeyes. My place for chicken sandwich and reg chicken order. Great food

It's located conveniently right after the exit of highway 401 near Kingston. The environment, price and taste are what you'd expect from a KFC, no surprises here.
