They have been routinely locking their doors and denying service before official closing at 10pm and I'm sick of it. This is the fifth time I've gotten there five minutes to closing and the doors are locked, they're counting the cash, and they just shake their heads "no." This used to be my first choice liquor store for the past 6 years because it is closest to my house but from now on I'll be going to 17th Ave Liquor Boutique on 17th ave and 4th street at least I can count on them not to shut their doors early and at least they're still open until 2 am.

Probably the worst service I've ever experienced in the city, I don't know what happened to the manager of this liquor store but talk about cold and indifferent (almost seemed angry for some reason), I tried my best to be friendly but she wasn't having any of it, maybe she thought I was just another crazy bum customer, I'm not shopping here again. No hello, no thank you, no come again, just get your beer and get out of here..LOL! This review does not in anyway reflect upon the hard working employees who work here.

The guy working at around 1am, as soon as a got my beer asked me if I was buying beer for some natives outside. Said if I was I'd be banned for life. I'd just finished work and was getting a drink only to be greeted by that. No hello or anything. I said it was just for me but he followed me out side into the mac store and around the block . GET A LIFE. Don't go here for your liquor. Worst service on earth.

Everytime I go in the beer fridge door is propped open, in turn the beer is warm. I wonder how high their utility bills are with that refrigerator running 24/7 just trying to get cold. If you're going to sell warm beer, just turn the refrigerator off and sell them at warm beer prices (like Superstore). Terrible waste of energy.

Beer is never cold even though it’s in a cooler room. Often the door to the cooler is propped open all day. I have asked the staff several times and always get a snub response. They don’t care likely because it’s open late so the beer gets bought no matter what. Go elsewhere if you can. …

Friendly staff always has a recommendation if you're stumped. The selection rotates and you'll see some interesting items on offer. It's near a circle K so you can grab mix on your way out. Someone will also definitely ask you for change on your way out. Give them a little change and you will have a great night out.

Questionable service at best. Customer in front of us was hammered and served, no problem. Teller made fun of my friends shoes then refused to serve us. Maybe reconsider your training options before you hire a guy trying to be a hero

It felt like the employees were working with the belligerent drunk in the store trying hedge me in and delay me for what seemed like a pickpocket scam. The service wasn’t just unbelievably bad but I felt like my safety was at risk

Great variety in all areas. Always well stocked and large selection of single cans. Store is always clean and staff is friendly and helpful. Riley even got them to bring my favorite product back in stock. All around great place!

Certainly not going for the service. It is cold and indifferent. It also feels as if the place is stocked with all those wierd things you think about trying but never really do...meh.

Good selection, decent prices. Do not hang out outside too long. The transient problem is pretty serious in that area. Not the business's fault, but definitely a bit of a turn off

My favorite calgary liquor store cause its open late and its not overpriced. 2am most days. Sunday yesterday even 2am. Note: Stampede changes everything in calgary.

Reasonably priced, with a fine selection. The staff aren't particularly helpful, but it's a quick liquor stop, they don't need to. The cashiers are always friendly.

Great single beer selection if you want to sample a variety of beers, coolers, etc. Also a large selections of wines and other beers in the walk in fridge.
