Highly Unprofessional behavior by the owner "Mr Mayank Shah" of the service center. Firstly their delivery is not on time and secondly when u ask for further detailing like a quick body cleaning with a simple cloth to remove dust at the time of delivery, he will question you rather stating you came late for pickup so rather you are at fault and not them.. I would suggest there are many other car service center in other areas who do not argue with customers at the time of delivery just for getting a final touch up on the car at the delivery time... Very Bitter experience and I would say a big NO to their service who do not respect their customers. This was certainly my 1st and last time visit. I paid 600 bugs, but not worth it. If u still visiting here after reading this review, than make sure you stay there for some 1 or 2 hours and get your car clean under your supervision as I found interior was not properly vaccummed as I found a lot of food remains in the back seat.

The car got washed very nicely, happy with the pleasantly smelling and polished clean interior as well as sparkling clean and polished exterior. Upon my request, they did pressure wash the underbody as well as radiator grill. The only thing that i didn't like was a long waiting time. But not a big issue as it may be due to the festive season and they had a comfortable and air conditioned waiting area. Plus i was able to see my car through the glass wall. Pricing was also very reasonable for the kind of wash i got. Thanks KM Autoz Spa.

Owner does not take any responsibility if any thing damage from there side. they blame to you. Don't buy any membership. You can get better option in market According to him customer's car is thirdclass company's part is poor but his man power is good if any parts damage. 3 times ac vents damaged but according to him company parts is poor but his not fault . So don't buy any membership due to this wen I break contract no refunds given even coating charges not refunded I lose total 4500 rs in this due to membership I have taken

My elder brother wanted his BMW for the spa and there are none on this old city side of the area. So he always sorted for the spa's on the other side of the city which is time consuming and not that upto the mark as well. KM Auto Spa is just near our home and these guys are thoroughly professional in dealing with the luxary cars and they know what they are doing. Really hapy with the service and would recommend anyone who is willing for a hassel free work on their car

Such a warm manager with amazing communication skills. You would be impressed with just the welcome he provides! And the car is washed like a baby! Each and every nook and corner of my car was shining like it was brand new, rather even better! And the fragrance from the car was just amazing after the wash! All in all, its a must come place for you if you love your car, coz even if you dont, these guys would provide immense love and care for your car!

This place is legitimately lit AF. I would highly recommend for all your Car detailing needs.✌ Premium service with atmost and genuine care of your machine like their own baby...!! Also very reliable on timely delivery almost never misses the timelines. They know their job very well, Haven’t been disappointed till date in service, though it be just a cleaning, spa, interior detailing or giving your car a rugged floor your job is done with focus, Mayank is the man of words and will deliver as per agreements. You have to bargain on time a little as he won’t agree to give you vehicle till he is himself satisfied with the job

I had an overall good experience here. The worker team is very well trained. They are a bit pricey as compared to others, but end quality justifies the price. The owner Mayank has proper technical knowledge about this business and personally looks after the quality delivery.

Left too many water / cleaner marks on interior.. And they keep getting worse due to dust being gathered on them... In short the marks shouldn't be there..

Worst car spa the manager over there is rude and have no manners how to talk to there customers and always he is charging more money for a single car wash
