Kristy at KP Exercise & Fitness is excellent!!! She is extremely knowledgeable, supportive and understanding. I was extremely comfortable with her from day one, she is also great with my children when I have had to bring them along to my private PT sessions. She goes above and beyond for all her clients. The studio set up is also amazing! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Kristy has been an incredible trainer. The warm and welcoming environment at the studio made trying something differnt and a little daunting like pole dancing a lot easier. The classes are a lot of fun and pole night has quickly become my favourite night of the week.
