Absolutely ridiculous the way the Owner/Manager conducted himself in the video circulating on social media. He had no reasonable explanation for his screw up and his lack of professionalism was unacceptable. Will be forwarding to the corporate office.
The contact phone number isn’t even a working number so when you call to file a formal complaint about their horrible property, you can’t even speak to anyone. No wonder the staff at their properties are terrible. More
