Made an appointment to change my tires at 1pm. When I came the guy obviously forgot about my appointment. I sit and wait for 1 hour to see he didn't touch it at all. Finished the tire change including balancing at 3.30pm. What a waste of time. Looks like google review is pretty unreliable.

The best customer service, kudos to Phil and his crew. They're honest and won't give you the runaround. Too bad I drive an electric car and don't visit them as often. Had a slow leak in my tire, found the nail and fixed it in 10 min... Didn't even wait that long.
