Worst experience for Aadhar update. They only know how to harass people. First I stood in queue since morning 6:30 AM for token. The post office employees opened office at 9 AM, but they made us wait for another 1 hour & distributed forms to exactly 10 people at 10 AM. All they had to do was give forms to 10 people. After giving form, they asked to come back again at 3 pm to submit the form. Again, it hardly takes 2 min to fill up the form, did not understand why we had to come back again just to submit the form. When I went at 3 PM, they told us to wait till 4 pm since they were too "busy" with their "work". I waited till 4 pm, then he told us that Aadhar server is down & we all have to wait longer in case server comes back. I waited till 5:15 pm, then left. Since then they have been harassing with new excuses, every time we go there to submit the form. I visited the post office 4 times as per the time given by them, without any luck yet.

If you came here for Aadhar updation/correction then this place is hell, one of the worst place. Employees are not at all friendly. To get token you should come at 6-7am in the morning and they will provide token at 10.30am for 10 people then they will tell to come at 4pm. For 10 min work you have to spend a complete day in queue. This is how our government is working. Employees working culture is too slow and if they are not able to complete it within 5pm then they will tell us to come next day.if anyone come with political background then they will give preference to them without any tocken. If they are not able to do this then please stop the service and save people time and energy.

Had gone to do Aadhar mobile number update at 3:00PM 06/11/18, Got to know the process they follow in this place. First, you have to visit the post office in the morning at 9:00 AM to get the token/form and that would be only for first 10 people. Luckily if you are the top 10, then you have to visit in the afternoon 3:00 PM and once they are done with their chores, they will do the update of yours. If you can bear their idiosyncrasy then you can survive in anywhere in the universe. If we are working professional, we have to visit twice for to this place and that too only first 10 members in the morning. No clue who formulate this genius process. Hats off to them.

Worst Service. Today (Saturday) I entered sharply at 11.50. I was waiting almost 45 minutes. At 12.30 they said, Closing time is 12. You can go and come Monday. One old man who was standing with me begging that he wants to send some medicine, its so urgent. But the staff was not allowing. They should have told at the time of 12 itself that timing was over. They wasted my 45 Minutes. Mr.Officer. Will you be able to give my time back? Please work. Government is giving you salary. If you are not interested to work why you are coming to office? I will give you some better work

Horrible. They guy behind the adhaar is useless. We went the other day asking for tokens for the next day to update my kids aadhaar, since we didn't want to wait for long with the kids. He said we don't give out tokens for the next day. Recently we went again and now he says tokens are given out for the next 15 days. And he can't give tokens for the 16th day. So basically telling us you can't update our adhaar at all. . Finally we went to an SBI branch close by on the same day and got my kid's biometrics updated in 5 mins.

This post office is shown as Aadhar enrollment center in Government of India Aadhar UID website. But when i went to enroll Adhar card ,the official in post office said they don't have equipment to enroll a new Aadhar. He also added that ,they can ONLY DO AADHAR DETAILS UPDATE ...like name change,address correction etc. That too Their timings are 2:30PM to 4:00PM. It is very pathetic that the infrastructure to enrol Aadhar is not been setup, but Govt needs Aadhar number for every thing. Mera Bharath Mahaan

Kadugodi post office is one of the sub post offices in Bangalore. As it is a sub post office change of mobile number for updation of mobile number for Aadhar card is not done here. The place is well decorated and with flagstones. It's very close to Kadugodi Park. Services like selling post cards and envelopes are done here. Even you can drop your letters and send any registered letter or parcels around the country from here. The place is well maintained clean and safe.

I went here to update the mobile number attached to my aadhar card. Went around 10am on a Tuesday and there were about 3 people with same work. The person was quick with the tasks and I didn't have to wait much. Was charged Rs.50 to update the mobile number (government charges and you get an SMS about the charges). You get an SMS saying that the changes will reflect on the server within 72 hours and my number attached to Aadhar got updated in about 34 hours.

This is undoubtedly the worst post office India can unfortunately have. The staff is Rude and have the government attitude. They definitely need privatization. They don't care about customer they are always looking at clock for lunch time and exit time without actually working. Senior staffs are always busy discussion the family matters during office hours. Please refrain from going to this place unless forced by government.

Government ko Indiapost band kar dena chaheya ya tho all staff ko suspend kar dena chaheya. Government paisa deta hai kam karne ke liya..tho kam tho karo.. I went there to get my Aadhar updated but on one Saturday they said it will start after Raksha bandhan holidays and the next week they said it only happens at morning 10 am for first 10 members. Really bad service. The person told me to come on Monday knowing that for working people it’s difficult. Poor service, staff should be suspended.

If you are going for any aadhar related query . Remember some point 1. They are only providing 10 tokens per day 5- male 5- female 2. They start aadhar related work form 10:00 'o' clock. so if you really wanna done your job from my experience I would recommend you to be there before 9:00. I'm not gratified by some of their employees .

Welcome to yet another terrible office of the Indian Post industry. You can expect grumpy officers unwilling to help customers here. They have a broken token system, that most often is not active. Try to call them for enquiry, nobody picks up the call. With this level of public service, Indian Post unfortunately is going nowhere :(

Worst place for aadhar update. You go in the morning and take the form and a token number. The same token number will be allotted to other persons as well. They will tell you to come at 4 pm again and you will wait till 4.30, then the process will start and if someone else with influence comes in between they will allow him first.

The most terrible service you can imagine. I called to this office and ask about parcel boxes availability. People said me 'yes', and I spent 30 minutes to come here. Then they say they have no boxes. Nobody ever say me 'sorry' because nobody cares. That's customer's problem. Their manager doesn't care.

Kadugodi post man is very rude and he never comes to location and give the post iteam .after putting clear address landmark mobile no still he will tell ur door no is here only I can come forward .he has is own door no as per him.very bad service by siddarthalayout post ma in Kadugodi ..

In the age of superfast banking, one should visit here to see how our ancestors used to do banking , 2-3 generations back. A queue of 9-10 people in the cash transactions counter takes roughly an hour! It was a deja-vu of when I was a kid & used to visit bank with my grand father!!

When we see bad ratings that sense thia office is not doing good job. Postal of India Authority is this not your responsibility? To make correction or you don't care because you're also doing government job. Now it's high time "Government Job evolution required" to stop CURRPTION.

Useless customer service and support. Makes you wait for account closure. Extra formalities, doesn’t follow the rules written on their website. No online option Doesn’t work with other branches, have to come to home branch Unorganized chaos is the word for post office as a whole

Staff dont want to deliver anything. They just update the status saying insufficient address and then you need to go and pick your parcel. Staff don't even know how to behave. Ridiculous service. I am giving one star as there is no option to give anything less than that.

All Postal works are done here and people of this area depends upon this post office. All small savings scheme like, Savings Bank a/c Rec. deposit Fixed deposit, PPF and postal life insurance are also done here. But now a days there works is reduced gradually.

Is this the time to close their office @1.30pm? Yes it is true the people are not responding properly, i visited twice for open my daughter SSY account but these people are asking me to come tomorrow, so they are working only 3hours

Post office near whitefield station. Generally I use to go only for Register Or speed post. You can not expect a post office with a morden bank with all facility. The stuff are good but that also depends on your requirements. Overall ok.

Helpful staff and well maintained facility. New Aadhar enrollment also happens here for free. People looking for new Aadhar can visit here. For Aadhar Better to come early morning around 10 as they allow limited approx 10-15 enrollment.

Postman will not deliver speed post to stated address mentioned in the speed post envelope, customer need to track the status and collect it from post Office.otherwise he will take his own time for delivery. I have experienced .

This is the biggest post office in the range of 10 km. Aadhar updation and enrollment happens, but have to take token well in advance as they do only 10 per day. Money withdrawal is available upto a Max limit of 50k per day.

The post office doesn't respond to your parcel deliveries through their telephone number. Check with your apartment security guard / call the post master of the office you can get it if you, write to pgportal/cpgrams

Service I have been to this place to enquire about a post that came to kadugodi s.o The post man helped me out in getting the post and also guided me well regarding another post that went to kannamangla post office

Sometimes you feel like staff here has done phd in ignoring people. They won't even look at you and keep talking with each other BUT sometime they act very nicely and do the job in no time.

There is a worst employee who behaves like a CEO but actually a peun, wasted my 3 hour time when i went for a date of birth updation on Adhar. Actually that service not possible there.

No one responds when we call there. Worst response. Indpost also should be privatised. Almost many government employees are good in taking bribe than working for Nation.pity on them

This is a small post office.dont expect much facilities if you are visiting here. Visited mostly for Speed Post related stuffs and the staff at the speed post counter is helpful.

I went for Speed post and the person was very well behaved and very quick in work. Within 10 mins, he has done my work. Even private courier service desk are also not so quick.

Pathetic, in government office there is no generator, or UPS not sure how post office will become Digital with payment bank etc. Power is basic need for digital transformation

Did not deliver parcel to Doorstep, Person having attitude, and arrogantly behavior with security, forcefully took the security sign and left parcel at security.

I have good experience there. But taking longer than usual time to proceed. Working hour for Speed Post is from 9 am to 2 pm Monday to Saturday every week.

Staffs are friendly but lacks change and they ask you to tender exact amount or get the change from nearby shops. Service was quick and staffs were prompt.

I went there for sending registered parcel, and it was hassle-free. UPI payment was also available in the counter for the same.
