Absolute garbage service! My wife, 3 year old daughter and I asked for a dinner table. There was an empty table of 4. One of the staff told us that we couldn’t use that table since there was only 3 of us. Seeing that none of the tables around us had seating for 3, my wife asked where does a party of 3 sit. The staff person then rudely told us to just leave. As an Albanian visiting my home from abroad, I am ashamed if this is how we greet visitors to our country. These are not the values that I was raised with. Hospitality is one of our best attributes but unfortunately in this case it failed my family and surely others as well. The owner replied to my review below and said that the table was reserved. This is not true! This is not what was said to us! You simply were hoping to make more money by serving a larger party. Instead of calling me a liar. I suggest that you simply apologize and try to to a better job with other guests in the future.

Me and my boyfriend went to this restaurant and we ordered one special and one bolognese. We were told that there was no sauce for the bolognese, so we said we just wanted one special and nothing else. Some minutes later, the employee brought two specials, as I said it was just one (since there was no bolognese). The employee was rude and told me he had repeated the order which he did not. I tried to explain that he did not repeat the order because if he had done it, I would have repeated it was just one special. The special that came was cold and the french fries were cold.

Food price on display outside was priced different from the menu Inside, We asked rice and kofta,they said is not available, is just for breakfast,,I mean who eats rice and kofta for breakfast in the first place. The waiter taking the order was not professional, he was arguing all the time when we noticed the differencein prices i stead of apologising,at the end when we finally ordered,they said the kitchen was closed to make us go away,really funny , there are many other placed to go,underline this was one of the worse I have been in my life Really bad service,avoid even if it is the last restaurant open in Vlora... First time here , very bad service! Everything was awful the service was very slow they even forgot to bring us and vinegar which is very basic, food not cooked well, we decided to add a few more orders , they refuse to serve more orders as he said the restaurant is open; fast food is closed which is very disappointed I'm here on vacation for sure I will not be sitting here anymore

Watching all those comments made me mad. The quality of this place is more than just great. We were 4 people and went there for a week. Everyday the smile was the same as the first day. Best food and staff ever ❤️❤️

We ordered bolognese pasta which came to be so dry with very few heavy bad smell meat and no sauce, i asked the waiter politely if they always serve it like this he told me “its bolognese”, i said nothing more but i think everyone knows what they order so it was very rude!

Usually don’t leave reviews, but have to say, don’t eat at this place. My husband got sick of their food which was not good. Unpolite service, wait too long for food and after all got sick. Don’t go at this place.

Fantastic and friendly staff, everything that was needed was done quickly and efficiently. The food was absolutely delicious and wayyyy better priced than everyone else. I highly suggest any tourist to come here to this spot.

Perfect place when in Vlore. Good food and the staff is great. They speak english fluently but other languages too. Will be back!

They hire a kid as a waiter, who forgot about our table. I saw other people seating, waiting and waiters would never come to their table so they left. Good luck trying to be served!
