"Waste of time coming here, its like a 50 x 50 meter peice of grass, Was a little dirty bowl of water with no tap to fill it with, and whats with the sign (call your dog every 90 seconds?) More like a dog jail imo"
This dog park is used for dog training by Berwick Obedience Dog Club and it seems only the members are allowed during training times. Drove past several occasions and the entrance gate to the car park was closed and there's a notice saying that only members are allowed. Drove around the park and couldn't find any other parking spots as the roads are not wide.
For me it's a great thing that has been provided for community, Lilly the dog loves it. The park wasn't there in the 70's when I was growing up, friends and I would catch tadpoles to take home and watch turn into frogs the eels we'd catch then sell for pocket money to local fish and shops

Great safe dog park. Some negative reviews show ppl haven't found the dog area which is over the mound from the football ground, carpark access via McKenzie Lane. 2x1500sqm pens securely fenced to ground level to 2m high. Only wish would be larger pens but you can't have everything.
Waste of time coming here, its like a 50 x 50 meter peice of grass, Was a little dirty bowl of water with no tap to fill it with, and whats with the sign (call your dog every 90 seconds?) More like a dog jail imo. Will be sticking with a little mud at Gunns Road Dog Park.
Fully fenced dog park managed by the Berwick Dog Obedience School. There are two play pens here with ample space for your dog to run around. Fresh water, bags and bins are all available. Bring a towel to wipe your dog when he rolls in the sand here!
Good place to come down and let your dog have a run in an enclosed area where you know they are safe. It can get muddy sometimes, so be prepared. Shame some owners can't pick up after their animals though. …
Good place to have a kick of the footy since the oval is well drained. Lovely place to take small children for a walk and play. Theres a playground suitable for toddlers and primary school aged children.
Went with some doggos. NOT A DOG PARK, had the impression it might be from some reviews. Just some footie ovals, but no one there, dogs still had a great time. Good accessibility, lots of parking.
Having two fully enclosed large dog pens is beautiful as I try and work with my reactive dog! She cant get out and she a very high jumper, keeps everyone safe!
Nice and secluded, plenty of activities for the kids and room for picnics. Abundance of benches for sitting. No toilets which is an issue for younger kids.
Great footy ground. Netball courts are good but could do with more spectator space. Nice memorial garden but could do with some tables as well as benches.
Good facilities, knowledgeable and friendly trainers. Would recommend to join the club for dog training and socialisation with all different dreads.
There is a dog club here that we have joined. Reasonable price and good trainers. Not a specialized training service but a great group atmosphere
Good footy ground & netball courts in a good location, lots of parking. Great facilities, toilets are clean, canteen has a bit to offer.
Met the manager of Onyx Rescue to collect our new rescue 6yrs poodle Zarzy ♥ great neutral place. Plenty of space for self distance
Amazing off leash park that is enclosed for your pup's to run freely and safely my German shepherd loves it here!!
Great little park for walking your dog, lots of room ,2 parks in case you want to separate from others .
Don’t go there on Saturdays if you’re not a member, it’s member only access. Small fenced area
Gr8 club. Accommodating during practices matches with the canteen being open.. Thank you.
A beautiful park with 2 rings where our dog run all he wanted in a big safe closed space
It's definitely a park. Would recommend if you're attending dog training here.
Great for dogs to play, meet/n/greet others, as well as socialise of owners.
Nice cricket ground! Great outfield. Old narrow pich not good for bowlers.
Great park to take your dogs for a run. Has enclosed fenced areas.
