Clean, not too crowded, there is proper air conditioning, and machines work well and have digital readouts of how much time is left on them and how much they cost. If a machine is out of order, there is a clear sign on it so you don't waste your time. There is a change machine, vending machine, and they sell some laundry detergent and other laundry supplies. There is always an attendant around who can help you if you need anything. The guy who owns it is friendly and helpful. The place is well cared for, and is much, much better than the place down the street.

Great place. The guy behind the desk is very helpful. There are usually families doing their laundry here. Generally not busy enough that I have to wait for machines either.
