Used to go by Kapnos shuttle from Larnaca airport to Limassol quite often, so decided to travel from Larnaca city to Paphos airport (cause Ryanair had really good ticket to my destination city and it flights from Paphos only). Booked one seat on Kapnos site, which was fast and easy. Unfortunately the bus stop point didn't mentioned clear in order confirmation, so we called by phone number on site. Service employee confirmed that trip will happen and bus will be wait at Headquarter Office, and I need to arrive 20 min earlier. We came at this point 30 min earlier - and didn't find any sign of the bus stop or bus company. Really nervous we run between this point and Faneromeni church and finally saw the bus in the alley a bit away from the point (closer to waste ground on the corner). I jumped to the bus and it's left immediately although there are still 10 minutes until the departure time. The were no passengers except for me so I had to change the bus somewhere outside the Larnaca (to the one that goes from Nicosia), which is totally ok for me. We arrived to the Paphos airport even earlier than expected. The trip overall was comfortable and nothing to complain about, and drivers are nice and helpful, but the process of searching of non-existent bus stop in the middle of dark nowhere (it was the night time) took a lot of nerves. So my wish to Kapnos: please, mark a bus stop at the order confirmation more clear (maybe with the map screenshot) or even put a driver phone number so passengers who booked the seat can find the bus.

Билеты онлайн брать не стали, т.к. впервые собирались пользоваться этим трансфером и допускали, что шаттл просто не придет. В аэропорту были за час, в 11 часов дня. Фирменный коск по продаже билетов почему-то был закрыт. Работник аэропорта Пафоса сказал, что билеты приобретаются у водителя шаттла. Автобус, точнее, микроавтобус, подъехал за пару минут до отправления, и к нему сразу набежала толпа. Большинство людей, как выяснилось, зарезервировали места заранее (рекомендации сделать это на сайте нет, как и фото автобуса). Остальные садились в порядке очереди. Когда дошла очередь до нас с мужем, оставалось три места. А за нами была компания из трех человек. Один из них что-то быстро обсудил с продавщицей билетов на греческом, и посадили ту группу, а не нас. Нам сказали, что у них был резерв (хотя мы четко видели, что нет, и их посадили, чтобы занять все места, вопреки очереди). В общем, нам места не хватило. Следующий шаттл ожидался через восемь с половиной часов. Пришлось брать такси и ехать в Ларнаку за 120 евро, вместо запланированных 30. Очень расстраивает, что на сайте не было информации о небольших размерах автобуса, иначе купили бы билеты заранее или поехали бы на автобусе другой компании, с пересадкой в Лимассоле. Спокойная реакция продавщицы билетов и ее быстрая договоренность с группой из трех человек наводит на мысли о том, что такая ситуация произошла не в первый раз.

The worst service I have ever met. I book a ticket for transfer form Larnaca to Paphos on Sunday, 3.45 to arrive to the airport before our fight, which was at 7.20. I have to create the account on their webpage and got confirmation of trip (attached). To be 100% sure that this bus arrive, I called the help line - the lady double confirmed and took my mobile phone again. Althought bus was cancelled without any information (they had our phone, e-mail, etc.). Custom service in the kapnos shuttle bus point in the Larnaca airport was very impolite, unpleasant and irritated. The lady with whom I was talking, had fun that we had problem. She said that transfer was cancelled, because they changed the schedule. She was laugthing and she didn’t give us any help or even alternattives. I have never met such customer service before. I HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENED THIS COMANY AND KAPNOS COMPNAY CUSTOMER SERVICE ON LARNACA AIRPORT. Finally we had to travel to Paphos via Taxi, paying much more the we planned. It was so dissapointed, especially the behaviour of the lady in customer service point…

The first part of the route Pafos airport - Larnaca city went smoothly, the staff was ultra kind and professional. However, somewhere in the middle, when some passengers had to switch the buses (majority of passengers went to Nicosia, the other part - to Larnaca), we got into a mini van where the driver agressively demanded extra money for taking us to Larnaca city, lying that the ticket covers a route only to Larnaca airport (and there was no internet connection in this part of the island to at least show him what is written on their website). When we argued, he started to say that it’s our choice if we want to get to the city quickly or with 1 extra hour (lol). I didn’t feel safe at all. The company should verify who are they hiring.

Fraud or complete lack of professionalism! We bought tickets from Paphos Airport toLarnaca Headquarters stop, but we didn't get there because the driver stated that Larnaca Airport was the final stop (when we reached it), and we should use public transportation or a taxi. Before purchasing the tickets, we made sure via email that we would reach the center of Larnaca (which was also confirmed by the lady handling the buses at Paphos Airport). Of course, contacting customer service when the driver left us at Larnaca Airport was impossible because no one was answering the phone. Furthermore, the customer service is now not responding to emails. I absolutely do not recommend using this company's services!

People are overreacting here a bit. We booked the shuttle over their page, were worried about the reactions, emailed them, they gave us the address, called them 10 minutes before just to check, they came on time. And it was a Sunday. Got to the airport quick. Well-organized. Google Maps address is a bit off, but just walk down to their headquarters and wait there. There's a phone number at the door for emergencies. The shuttle bus stops right across the street. Beware of some taxi drivers offering you a ride and wait for the official Kapnos van.

DO NOT USE KAPNOS SHUTTLE! On August 31, we arrived 10 minutes earlier at the departure station (Protaras) for the transfer to the airport, but the shuttle bus did not show up! We waited for it for another 30 minutes and had to take a taxi (70e extra spent) so as not to be late for our flight. They don't know anything about that. KAPNOS DID NOT RETURN US THE MONEY, allegedly they have problems with payments, it has been more than 10 days. We paid for the Kapnos transfer 3 days earlier. All that was very unprofessional!!!

The location of this pin is not 100% correct. You need to walk 100 meters south (towards the church Faneromenis / towards Larnaca airport). In our case the Sunday 06:15 AM bus never arrived. There was a Mercedes car that took us first to Larnaca Airport, and then drove 20 minutes more, and the Nicosia bus picked us up, and took us to Paphos. So be ready for surprises.

You cannot make a reservation via phone. Also, when the bus is full they Do NOT bring another bus, they just tell you to wait for the next one. The driver kept on saying inappropriate things and was constantly cursing at other drivers. Lack of professionalism!!

Useless service as 2 times that I needed their service during a weekend, they had only 2 routes with totally uncomfortable starting times. I called them to discuss my complain and they didn't even bother to call me back as promised.

Just don't go with this shuttle. They do not run by their schedule and provide little to no information about the duration of the waiting. You'll not get to your flight in time.

We booked 2 tickets from Larnaca to Aya Napa, and also for the return journey. Both went well. Comfortable and cost efficient service.

Booking was easy and worked without any problems. The bus arrived on time and the driver was very friendly
