Had the most wonderful experience at this doctor's clinic, thanks to the lovely nurse named Steph! I recently had an iron infusion, and I can't praise her enough for her calming and friendly demeanor throughout the entire process. From the moment I walked in, Steph made me feel at ease. She took the time to explain each step of the infusion thoroughly, making sure I understood everything and addressing any questions or concerns I had. Her genuine care and attentiveness were evident, and it truly made a difference in my overall comfort. During the infusion, Steph paid close attention to every detail, ensuring the process was carried out flawlessly. It's evident that she genuinely loves what she does, and her passion for nursing shines through her interactions. Steph's calming presence and talkative nature created an environment that felt more like catching up with a close friend than a medical procedure. She took the time to explain the process thoroughly, ensuring I felt fully informed and comfortable throughout. The iron infusion itself was administered with utmost precision and skill, thanks to Steph's expertise. Her gentle touch and soothing words made the process surprisingly relaxing, turning what could have been an anxious moment into a therapeutic one.

I was a new patient today at this clinic. The receptionist was friendly and helpful, the waiting area is clean and new and the appointment time was spot on time . I can't speak highly enough of Dr Asif. After only one meeting with her, I found her to be so kind, interested and informative. I will definitely be attending this clinic in future. I have ongoing medical issues and I know I will be well taken care of by these doctors. Thankyou Dr Asif. Update: continuing to attend this amazing clinic and finding it is consistently five star!! My friend went here as she is going through a rough time, I encouraged her to go to a non bulk billed doctor as hopefully they would take a real interest. She went to see doctor Samdani. The doctor did not seem to care, he made judgemental comments. I am shocked that this doctor is supposedly meant to specialise in "mental health". I'm sad that someone who is trying to reach out would be met with this energy. If I could do zero stars I would.

Dr. Sam has been so helpful and thorough. She has been incredibly empathetic and sensitive to my circumstances, which I really respect and appreciate. I've only had two visits as I'm new to the area, but I will be making Karingal Hub Doctors my go to. Even Reception and Pathology have lovely staff. I'm so glad I've found somewhere I feel comfortable, connected, and fully trust I am receiving the best care possible! :)

The doctors at this surgery are fantastic. They are super thorough. Each of my appointments has started with a follow up of previous visits. My current concerns are then addressed and then any other relevant health areas are discussed. For instance I needed a script repeat, Sam followed up on several ongoing treatments and because it is Winter recommended I get my flu shot. Highly recommended.

Went and visited here today for the first time and highly recommend! The receptionist is very friendly and helpful and I saw Dr Samreen Zeeshan who is very nice and understanding and she actually takes the time to listen. Will definitely be coming back. And the pathology collector is also very nice and didn’t feel a thing when collecting bloods.

First time at this clinic. I will definitely be making this my regular clinic. Fast, professional service. They are very tansparent about fees. You even get a message for them whilst waiting, to see how far in the waiting queue you are. The doctor I saw was fantastic aswell and made me feel at ease. Keep up the great work guys.

This GP clinic provides consistently excellent service and really care about their patients. They always seem to go above and beyond in their service. I can highly recommend them, noting they aren't bulk billed but in my opinion are worth spending the money on.

This is a great set up the doctors are thorough and really have your health at. heart complete with a nurse and a place for blood tests dietician the doctors take their time to explain results etc I’m very happy with choosing to come here

Charged and not informed they changed from bulk billing after coming only 1 month ago and they changed owners. They now charge for a simple consultation appointment. They need to let people know who have recently been and not paid.

Dr Samreen Zeeshan is the most astute, caring, intelligent and diligent GPs my husband and I have experienced. We have great confidence that we are in the best of care with the most important aspect of our lives, our health.

Both Dr Samreen and Dr Amna are very competent and have gentle and caring natures. I never feel rushed or unheard. The nurses are friendly and professional as are the administration staff. Highly recommend this practice.
