Last year in April (2021) I bought a ticket from you for my husband and the return flight was cancelled 3 times because of COVID circumstances. So , I requested a refund and I have been following up back and forth since then ; and Navjot was very patient, supportive and respectful throughout all the conversations and follow up calls. Last week when I called again to follow up, I happened to talk to Avtar's wife and she was very rude and unprofessional to me over the phone and then she hung up without listening to me and answering my questions. I called back and she refused to talk to me. My question is how do you treat your customers? Took then a year to refund after all phone calls and rude conversation at the end with business owner I would not ever give them one star

Do not trust these people with your visa applications. They will promise to have it ready within 30 days, and then turn around and say it’s not their fault. Additionally, on their recommendation, I changed my ticket to open status, and they reassured and promised me they would get me on a flight once my visa came. Once my visa came they kept telling me to wait for the next day, and stalled me for an entire week. Then the girl who called me said I have to buy a new ticket if I wanna go and that’s the only way. My dad spoke to another agent the same day from the same company who said they had a flight, but once the girl who I was speaking to found out, she shut that down. These people will scam you to get more commission out of you.

One of the worst experiences I have had of dealing with a travel agency is with Kataria travels. The agent’s are simply unresponsive with lack of knowledge and business awareness. They have no clue of online prices, flight options and if you get them to book a ticket, they are unable to explain the price breakdown. Additionally Kataria travels overcharges by a huge amount. E.g. I called the airlines directly for a date change option and was able to execute a date change @ $ 450 for which Kataria travels quoted me $700. I would strongly recommend not to fall for this travel agency. They provide a bad client service and overcharge. PLEASE LOOK FOR OTHER OPTIONS !

I was given the wrong sized passport photos. When I came in, the representative cut me off as I spoke and claimed she didn't recall my existence in the store (even though it was less than a week ago) and did not compensate me with a refund of $10.00. Who knew as little as ten dollars could be so important to rajni and kataria tours and travel ( avtar tours and travel). I strongly advise you to go elsewhere, and not have to pay twice to get your needs dealt with. I will be reporting them to the correct authorities, and posting reviews on 3 additional websites.

I wanted to ask some questions about international travel and restrictions in terms of quarantine and PCR testing. My first phone call with the organization stated that they would get back to me in ten minutes. After an hour, I called them back to ask my questions where someone replied to my questions but then abruptly hanged up on me. In my final call I was finally able to get some answers from one employee but then I wanted to double check the facts, it turns out it was not accurate at all. It was not an ideal experience on my part

STAY AWAY - you have been warned. Definitely don't book with this agency. They are more interested in taking your money than giving you a great travel experience. I booked a trip to India with them and while abroad, my day flights got canceled and the agency promised reimbursement for the money spent plus the extra charges I had to put on my credit card to get around. It has been more than 3 years now and I have not been compensated. Immoral business practices.

Always a pleasure when I come here very welcoming super helpfull. My go to whenever I need to get anything passport related or book a new trip last visit was to get passport renewed filled out all papers and took picture so when I went to passport office it was super quick definitely recommend booking your next vacay here I paid about 200 less than all my friends who booked themselves

Completely unacceptable service! My flight got changed and they didn’t give me any update. Also told me I had a carry on and I had to find out the same day I would have to pay for it and they said they wouldn’t do anything it’s between me and the airline, but they were the ones that told me that I could bring it. Would not recommend to anyone to use this service.

Wow.. great way to deal with new customers. The lady on call literally put the receiver down with a bang while I was still talking that I am looking for tickets! And didn't even take my call afterwards. If you can't help someone, atleast be polite. I would never deal with such unprofessionals! Pathetic

Poor service . I applied my Indian passport for renewal they didn’t attached properly the documents . Call many times but they didn’t respond my calls and i also called for tickets no response to them also i m fed of from their service

Do not trust the owner Avtar he took the money from our visa and forcing us to fly without our confirmation later when i spoke to his staff they were able to make changes but the owner was not doing it.
