I got a haircut there on Monday, 10/5/20, with a short, slightly full lady, there were two ladies there. One young, nice looking girl and the one that messed up my hair. Well, she couldn't have done a worst job, ..looks like she cut my hair with her feet....a homeless guy with no training could do better.. don't let this woman cut your hair. The pictures don't do it justice.. because in real life it looks worse. I told her, just very little on top, and this is what I get. Now, I can't even comb my hair, because it has no shape.. pinche vieja mala

My regular barber was not available today so stopped by on a whim. Was hesitant about getting my hair cut at a saloon vs. a barber. BUT, to my surprise had a great hair cut done. Her name is Frances ( Kayla's Hair Studio,1706 Culebra Rd, San Antonio, TX 78201) and if you ever need a hair cut (mine was a faded military type cut), ask for her. Frances did a great cut and I’ll go back again and would recommend her to anyone. Raymond

Have been a regular client for quite some time now and they have always provided exceptional service. Laura is my regular hairdresser and is great. Janet and Julio are are also exceptional hairdressers that work very well and provide great service. Ownership is great as well with providing clients the service they need. They do a great job and will continue to be a regular customer. Ty

They have new stylist, new girl was young took an hour to do my husbands hair and still came out wrong. My husband just wanted to leave not even bother to have her fix it. We paid for unsatisfactory service not going back same thing happened with my son's haircut had to take him elsewhere to get it fixed and had to get the sides higher then necessary since it was crooked.

AVOID THIS PLACE! If I could choose zero stars I would. Went in a few weeks ago to get a haircut and was “greeted” by a woman in a completely rude way. I gave her a second chance and she continued with her anger and complete lack of professionalism. Seeing the other reviews, I don’t think this was a one-off. Hopefully the owner of this place is reading this.

I have a Mohawk! I went in to get my sides of head shaved, Pamela did my hair! She did an Awesome job! Real clean smooth.. Went in for a haircut but 3 different girls did not know how to fade. Secondly my 4 year old nephew was on the chair and they didn't help him off and he fell trying to get off as a lady watched him struggle to get off. Then it comes down to the point where neither of them know the number of the store or owner. Very upset!

It’s my daughters first time letting anyone but her long time stylist. She was made feel very comfortable. Went step by step with choosing colors for her hair. Was explained everything and was completely satisfied with trim and color. Loved the patience and careful attention to detail.

Went there and showed the lady a picture of the haircut I wanted. She told me she could do it. She messed up my hair I had to go somewhere else to fix it I'll never go back here again she didn't know what she was doing. She shouldn't be cutting hair.

Although I didn't find the exact type of haircut I was looking for, the customer service and the kindness I received from a female stylist was incredible. I would definitely recommend this barber/hair stylist.

I just started going to kaylas, my ex-cutter got sick and is not expected to return. I let Socorro cut my hair, scissor cut. she does an excellent job. have been going to her for a year. takes her time.

Great place for a hair cut, they did my wife hair for our wedding and the rest of the bridal party. They all looked amazing thanks to the staff here took care of us and all at a great price

Every time I visit, I am greeted by someone. I never have to wait long. My hairdresser is Socorro and she is great! She really makes me feel welcomed. Hope she stays for a long time.
